I would agree to previous reviews by other travelers. This is very outdated hotel (feel scary to walk out from the room in the dark as they installed sensor light in the hallway. 60%+ of rooms are facing main street where you can hear car, bus..very noisy. I used to live in apartment on main street and if I say is noisy then really is! No air con, kettle, safe box in the room. Glad I only stayed for 1 night and moved to other 4* hotel. Totally worth it to pay more.

I am staying right now at the hotel. The carpet of the room is really dirty, the design of the room is awful and the furniture is dirty and old fashioned. They also tried to charge the room when we arrived, first time in my life!! I do not recomend this hotel at all, except for the service. The people at the hotel are nice and helpful.

I traveled to Brussels as a member of a group of 20 persons. I asked most of members of the group to say a reason to choose this hotel when you visit Brussel. I got only one answer: the price. By buss approx. ½ hour is the time to travel to downtown. Walking time appox.45 minutes. So location is good only if, for a business travel, your partners are located in the same area as the hotel is. Small and clean rooms with all facilities provided in a fair manner. Especially extremely small roo... Read more

The facilities require a major upgrade but everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful with good English. Breakfast was continental style but plentiful although we were a big group and the coffee ran out frequently it was quickly refilled.

This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is filthy dirty, in need of complete renovation, and in no fit state to function as a business hotel. The breakfast is mediocre, but the crockery and tableware is ancient; the coffee machine had broken down. My room (212) smelt terrible - a mixture of damp, drains, musty furniture and a dirty old mattress. The bathroom was mould-ridden, ancient fittings and downright dirty. The lights were broken and there was no ventilation. The walls a... Read more

I stayed here on a business trip. They provided pretty much exactly what I needed: a fair size room, good bed and bathroom, decent breakfast and friendly service. The location was conveniently close to the workplace also. Add to that the price I paid and they have a satisfied customer.

I spent neraly 100? to sleep in a very hold room with a cold or boiling shower and a weak wifi!! If you can spend 100? go somwhere else!!! Moreover ther's no way to sleep with a so small curtain on the window.

The location is ok as the property has its own small garden. The bed was comfortable but the room was rather sub-standard with literally only half a curtain (I had to leave the wardrobe door open to block out the light from the part of the window that was not covered by the curtain) and half of the room lights not working.

I was in Brussel for a wedding. I got clean fair sized room. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the skinny blond girl from the reception, she was very nice and helpful, Wikipedia girl. She had an answer to all my questions, Breakfast a bit to simple, but you can never go wrong with croissants and coffee. They have a satisfied customer.
