This hotel hotel has a great lication, it's 15 minutes to the city centre where the cathedrale is. The shopping district is just accross the street, and the mall as well. Lots of construction is the area, so if you are in the 1st floors it might tend to be noisy.

I had a number of problems during my short stay at the hotel. The problems were both technical and professional and were very disappointing as I would expect better from a Hilton hotel. In my room when I arrived the water in the bathroom sink was brown in colour. I discovered it after I had already brushed my teeth and was surprised that I was not ill afterwards. I filled the sink and could see visible particles settle out of the water. I showed a photograph of this to the reception staff on che... Read more

Stayed at the Hilton last night and it was very comfortable. It's really well located, a two minute walk to plenty of good shops. The room I stayed in was quite small but it did the trick. Bed for fine, as were all the room amenities. Breakfast wasn't great, the choice was limited. Reception staff were all knowledgable and very friendly. Will stay here again when I'm next in Brussels.

Wrote a review once when I first visited but have revised my opinion since. Great hospitality, superb staff, good food, although expensive but hey - it's Brussels. Love the way how the staff treat customers, love most of the rooms, although some of the train-station side rooms suffer from some train noise. Will be back!

The Hilton Brussels Hotel at Rogier is 10 minutes walk from the North Railway Station and 15 minutes walk from the Grand Place. Although it's an old building, the rooms have been modernized with double-glazed windows, air-conditioning, modern bathroom, and comfortable beds. The elevators are small, but there's 3 of them and they're generally quite prompt. The fitness centre includes a dry sauna AND a steam room, thereby catering to both preferences. Breakfast facilities are above average, with ... Read more

We spent 3 nights at this hotel the first room we were given was tiny no room to put our suitcases the bathroom was tiny, had no view and no power outlet by a mirror which is important when you need to use hair straightener. The hotel kindly moved us to a bigger room the next day and the layout was far better. The only time I have stayed at Hilton hotels are in Australia and have found them to be at the higher end of the market so I expected this to be of a similar standard. It was not. The rooms... Great location, central easy to get to the main attractions. Unfortunately the hotel does lack the Hilton feeling, the rooms, the amenities and bar all fall short of the expectation I have of the brand, City hotels may have smaller rooms, I don't mind but the bathroom was cramped and needed to be renovated. Never the less, the comfort is in line with the brand and the rooms are quiet and the staff do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

Stayed in room 230. But you should not! Very noisy (from road outside) no soundproofing and if you are a light sleeper then you will be in trouble Very small room and even smaller "bathroom" with just about enough space to sit if you are short (I am 5,10 and knocked my knees) Some electric and TV problems compounded my time in the hotel Overall - yes a convenient location but really not enjoyable and does not live up to the Hilton brand promise

It is interesting that this time I booked directly with Hilton I was offered on-line check in, and through it I could choose an alternative room, and thus I cancelled the pre-assigned room on 2F and move up to 8F Room 826 for a spacious room at no extra cost....a good practice other hotels should consider to adapt. This hotel is right at the Rogier subway stop - central location to all sites - very walkable. Excellent staff - knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of - even beyond what Hilton offers (e.g. front staff called the bus tour company to make sure they knew to pick us up for our Ghent/Bruges tour!).

Not a good Hilton for loyal members. Old hotel which need complete refurbishment. HH gold/Diamond members are not welcomed here. Small rooms, very expensive. Pay 20% more and stay at real hilton (Grand Place). However good hotel for international visitors which do not consider other options.

Hotel has a good location if you want to stay in the city centre. It is at the end of the main shopping street in front of the Rogier metro station. There you have two metros 2 and 6. The lobby and reception are nice, downstairs is also a bar with some good beers. My room was in 6th floor. It was good but nothing special, average decoration. In the room was offered water, coffee and tea. There is also equipment for ironing. WIFI was not working all the time, I had some problems. It was bad conn... Read more

This pleasant hotel was only blocks from both tourist attractions and shopping. Train and Metro stations were also close by. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast offered an extensive selection of items to satisfy both European and American preferences. I look forward to returning to Brussels and the Hilton.

Because the service, attitude, and welcome, this is my favorite hotel in Europe. In addition it should be noted the excellent location. Near the main train station and shopping. All unnecessary extra word

We were only there 1 night, the hotel & room were clean. The staff is friendly & helpful (spoke English). Food is also great. The only reason I would not rate all excellent is because of the raw sewage smell. It could be a smell from the city & not the hotel, I can't say for sure. I would definitely stay here again. Location is 5 min walk from train station & from city center. Perfect location.

The big plus about the hotel was that it was working distance to the metro and tram shop as well as the shopping centre. There are lots of options for restaurants around the hotel. Staff were nice but no porter, bit difficult when you have more than a bag. The room had all the required amenities, which is a plus. The bathroom was very small though. Each time I washed my hands, by back rubbed the clean towels. Otherwise the room itself is a good size. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

As a previous reviewer said, you are not recognized as a HHonors member at this hotel. Reception need more training in basic manners and empathy. They claim to not receive emails sent with requests before you arrive but as soon as you send them a complaint after you leave, they are quick to respond!! The rooms are old and both the rooms and the bathrooms are poorly designed. The cleaning staff do a terrible job and our room was only vacuumed once. The beds are uncomfortable. We asked for more c... Read more

This is my xth time in this hotel, where the x ? 6. There are things that I am not very happy about with this place, but I keep coming back. Why? Number one: location. Number two: location. Number three: location. It is next to Convent Garden, and it is close to railway station for quick transit to and from the airport. Don't get me wrong - it is a decent place, but way over-priced to what it offers.

Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before I got my key, the lock of the door didn't work, had to go 4 times up and down to reception, door got opened eventually by the concierge with a hardware key. Changed rooms, heater was not working. Personnel was friendly but the hotel is not worth to be member of Hilton.

A pleasant stay close to amenities and good taxi services but it's funny how you remember an hotel, this Hilton with the helpful and friendly staff, prices not too bad in the bar will in my mind be 'that Hilton with the bathroom lights that switch on brightly as soon as you pass the motion sensor'. That I had to get housekeeping to tape over was strange but that this is the first time I have ever seen this. Which is a pity as although a talking point it does detract from a good experience elsewe... Read more

Hilton Brussels city is my top choice when staying at place rogier. It's super comfy and the staff very welcoming. The overall experience is excellent as it feels like home. The location is perfect within easy reach of the station and metro.

Having stayed in many Hiltons, this one feels like an anomaly and not really a member of the family. We stayed here one night and kept saying, "This doesn't feel like a Hilton." Overall, it feels dated, tired and with some weird room setups, while at the same time being in easy walking distance to the historical parts of the city. We'd redeemed points to stay here and when we got our room, were wondering if we'd made a mistake. It's not a dump or anything like that, but just didn't meet our ex... Read more

Arrived from Paris early and was greeted by Mathew at the front desk. We have been on a 10 day trip and stayed in all Hilton properties. All have been very nice, but Mathew was by far the nicest and most genuine reception we have received. Not to say that all the other front desk representatives weren't absolutely wonderful! However Mathew went the extra mile and even walked me outside the front door to help me understand the directions he had already meticulously explained to me! When we actual... Read more

Perfectly located to enjoy access to the cities sites. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Food served in the hotel was of a high quality and catered to multi national tastes. The hotel would also be perfectly located for those travelling on business.

I was travelling on business in Brussels and selected the hotel for its location, which was excellent for my purposes. However, the hotel wasn't great: the room was small and the bathroom pretty tiny. The bathroom door had automatic lighting rather than a light switch, which had the unfortunate consequence that the lights would turn themselves off while I was in the shower if the motion detection failed - and the motion detection didn't seem to cover the shower itself. The bathroom door was self... Read more

Dirty floors in room and thermostat seems to be for decoration only. Oh, and VERY poor wi-fi. Apart from the room and the wi-fi - good hotel! I am a Hilton Diamond member and have become accustomed to a certain standard from Hilton hotels - and this didn't meet that standard.

We went to the bar and asked if we could have coffee, the young lady at the counter said yes, but she has just switched the machine on and it will take about 10 minutes for it to warm up. One of my companions asked if she could have cappuccino with whipped cream and the girl said "yes, yes, of course". After 20 minutes the coffee machine was still doing its warm-up, according to the waitress who kept assuring that she'd loved to serve us our cappuccinos, even though her shift was over, it's just... There is always a choice to be made and this hotel has an excellent location. Brussels is marvelous but you have to be wary of the cobbled streets hurting your feet. The same applies to the hotel. Pick a room high up to escape the city noise. Then the chances are you will love the hotel as much as you love Brussels.

The location of the hotel central and an easy starting point to explore Brussels. I would not say the hotel was up to Hilton standards. The rooms are small and outdated. The only reason you knew you were at a Hilton one in the room was the shampoo. Not a good workspace in the room hence the reason the lobby and bar were filled with people working on thier laptops in the evening.

I stayed here on a business trip since it was close to my meeting location, and I try and stay at Hiltons. This hotel was good - nothing special. The staff were very gracious and they upgraded my room. The restaurant is small with a fairly limited menu. Breakfast is also somewhat limited - typical European buffet - but good for what they have. Don't count on the breakfast wait staff to bring you anything though!
