If you ever wondered what a hotel used to be in the 80's, book the First Euroflat Hotel. Ambience, décor and rickety lifts really brings you back in time. It was also overheated, back to the days when energy savings were not a necessity. The breakfast (included in the room rate) was not too impressive, and repetitive for those staying for a while. There was also no safe in the room. All said and done, there are good sides to the First Euroflat too: spacious room, eating corner in the room and f... Read more

Although quite dated, the room itself was nice and clean it was very big with a fridge and cooking facilities etc. Unfortunately we found that the staff were not very helpful. On New Year's Day we enquired about restaurants nearby that might be open and were unkindly told we would have to just go out and check ourselves! On arrival we were given no information about our surroundings, no directions for the city centre/ nearest transport to the city centre etc and no map of the city was provided. ... Read more

Stayed two nights on a Friday and Saturday, I think the rates are low at weekend when the euro MP's go home. Good sized apartment style room, spotless if a little dated. Breakfast very busy, but good choice and team were on top of the game. Parking outside was free after 4pm. View from our bedroom window over Brussels

Realistically, though, the Euroflat hotel is fine. The name, in case you didn't work it out, reflects the fact that the rooms here are mini-apartments - there's a kitchenette in each one. So if you were looking for a self-catering option, or at least the opportunity to do so, then this wouldn't be a bad choice. Two slight disappointm... Read more

While the decor is pure 1970s, the room was large and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was adequate. A good cheaper option for a night in Brussels when other hotels are charging exorbitant prices at peak times. Would stay again.
