This hotel is quiet, friendly and clean. Furniture seems to be already quite old, but still OK. Bathroom has no hair dryer. Room is spacious and incredibly quiet, despite being so close to a roundabout.

This hotel is well located close to the underground station. This is benefit of this property. It was a good choice for a 4-star hotel but it would need some refurbishment. Staff is extremely nice, room was tidy and I had very nice view. Good location. Good value.

Stayed here in March, in order to visit Family who live in a nearby flat. It was good choice. We enjoyed our double deluxe room, because it had a pleasant siting area. The view was not special, we looked out onto the middle of the hotel, but our room was lovely and peaceful. Breakfasts were good, but not outstanding. Its very much a business hotel, but everyone is welcome, and i found the staff to be very attentive. Our room was well cleaned, and we stayed for 3 nights. The bed is on the soft si... Read more

I stayed 4 nights for business and found it met my needs however there were a few small things which could be improved. The good - Reasonably convenient location though not quite central. However, it was near my client I was visiting so I could walk (or take the tram) in the mornings. Montegomery metro station is right by the hotel and only 20-30 minutes from Midi station. - Had a quiet 3rd floor room looking into the middle of the courtyard (no view) but that's fine as I just need to sleep rea... This is my second review of this facility. This hotel is experiencing a constant decrease in quality over the past 8 years I come here. During my last visit the room was dirtier than ever before, bed was aged, the WiFi was close to non-existent and parts of the breakfast were foul - just mentioning my worst impressions. As a business traveller, this is no longer acceptable. I will try to avoid this hotel for the future, until the management wakes up.

Stayed here in late February while visiting family in Stockel. Conveniently located next to the metro station and half an hour or so from Gare du Midi. Staff were friendly and generally helpful; the room was large and comfortable, looking out on to a quiet back street. Had some problems with the electrics, with lamps working intermittently and unpredictably. Staff at reception seemed to find this unsurprising. The public rooms were a bit gloomy but the breakfast was fine.

Small and nice Hotel at the border of Woluwe. I found the hotel and rooms to be classic but not yet ancient or retro. Staff nice and rooms clean, I will return. I liked wandering around in the neighbourhood, there are many small shops and bistros around - see my other evaluations

I know this hotel for years - first time I stayed here when it was member of Small Luxury Hotels and at that time it was very good. It is not too bad nowadays but if you remember better era ...... They don' t keep attention to details, service is rather 3-star hotel style. But my room was quiet and comfortable. Brreakfast was ok. Also room rate. But .... I know they know it better.

Really enjoyed this hotel. On site parking was great to have, in a private below ground garage. Really nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants a short walk away. Metro just around the corner takes you to the sites most people want to see in Brussels. Alejandra at the front desk was very helpful and friendly- gave us a great recommendation for breakfast close by. Comfy rooms, nice showers. Yes- a bit dated in decor, but the place was reasonably priced and very clean. Decor is the last thing ... Read more

The hotel was nice, good value for money - for Brussels. The location was very convenient for me, the room is fine and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were helpful and the only thing I didn't like is that the breakfast is not included in the price.

This 5* hotel is one of the best choices you can make if you come to Brussels. Although it is an old building, you may find all the luxury and details you can expect from a brand new hotel. Details, this is always what I try to look for. Details make the difference between a regular and an outstanding hotel. When you get to your room you can find a lot of high-quality amenities, chocolates welcoming you on top of your bed, very comfy furniture and fresh roses in the restroom. I stayed in roo... Read more
