The location of this hotel cannot be better, in my opinion. It is super-central and the metro stop is literally right outside. We booked an apartment for a week in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the amazing location (it was on the doorstep of the Christmas market!) and price. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and a few grocery stores all around (within 2minutes of the hotel) although be aware that eating out in this area can be pricey given its central location. The apartme... Read more

The hotel has been refurbished since the last time I stayed and seems much less tired. The apartment is spacious and the sofabed I slept on reasonably comfortable. I would strongly recommend this if you stay in Brussels, with a Metro stop just outside the hotel and a nearby tram stop that offers a direct journey to the Gare du Midi. Wi-fi was a little unreliable.

Stayed for two nights and the location is perfect if you want to stay in central Brussels as all the main sites are walkable, and their is a metro spot right outside your hotel. I stayed in March, but I can imagine its lovely to stay in the Summer as lots of the cafes and restaurants had outdoor areas. Breakfast was basic but fine, but for 15 euro you maybe better going outside. The accommodation was OK, not great, but clean and fairly big rooms with a small kitchen. When I arrived there was no... When we arrived, they allowed us to check in quite early which was a plus point. The metro is just 3 mins walk (if you exit from the lift). 2 stations away from Centraal. (Can walk to, but with luggages, we decided not to) Alot of restaurants around. Could get rowdy at night if you open the window. (HAD TO, NO AIRCON.. Just heater) The wifi in the room totally sucks. We could not get wifi at almost everyday and its sickening. It pisses us off. We called the reception, she asked us to go down... Read more

We stayed at the beginning of June for 4 nights during a half term break. Check in was swift, the apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel is only 2 minutes walk away from a useful Carrefour supermarket, where we shopped daily. When we needed taxis, the hotel staff were helpful in calling for them. The downstairs lounge area was pleasant but we tended to stay in our apartment when we were in the hotel. Grand Place is a 10 minute walk away, and the Metro is a fast way to get to th... Read more

We arrived after having been lost in the transportation system for a couple hours, dragging our luggage across cobblestones and tired and hungry. Francois greeted us with a smile and understanding ear, he was very nice. Other front desk staff could use some training to be more like him. The rooms were nice, but small - but that is Europe and would have been fine for a couple, but we were two friend traveling together so having twin beds pushed together is a bit too close. If you need a/c (I... Read more

Ideally situated, this residence is well equipped and good value for money. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. Pity the computer didn't work : not everyone possesses a laptop/tablet,etc.

Nice location. You can easily walk to the Centre by following Rue des Poulets that changes to Rue des Herbes. You will find grocery stores along the way back that have a good choice of wines and excellent prepared meals. Room was very quiet facing the courtyard but sometimes this real annoying loud grinding sound would occur as early as 7:00 am. It can wake you up if you decide to stay at the hotel and have a nap during the day. Overall I loved this hotel but don't expect a fast internet connec... Read more

I´ve stayed at citadines for one night due to a business meeting at the European Commission. I was really satisfied by the apartment and the excellent service! Breakfast was really delicious and access to WiFi easily configured.

Very good location, in my favorite part of Brussels, comfortable rooms and friendly hotel. The cleaning is done once a week only as it's an appart hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, for travelling to Brussels quite often and for some time now, I rate Citadines as the most convenient hotel of its kind.

The hotel was very good located ! The neighbourhood had a certain atmosphere - the fact that you can park your car in the garage of the hotel is also a pluspunt ! You feel in a nice and calm spot in the middle of the capital.

The hotel is located in a quite area but only 5 min of walking from downtown. It has an interior yard so it is quite at night although there are restaurants all around the area. The conditions are over expectations, you have al you need if you need to cook including a dish washer. The ladies from receptionwere great and discrete. Two disadvantages here: wifi was down for 2 days and the room cleaning is done only once every 6 nights, otherwise you need to pay 19 euro if you need this sooner. Do g... Read more

Part of the hotel was under renovation when I stayed here, however, it was impressive that we did not hear any construction-related noise at all. It is conveniently located near a tram station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and the room was very spacious. Would recommend to anyone who plans to stay in that area.

Stayed for 4 nights with 1 year old baby. Disadvantages: street facing room is too noisy as you would barely be able to sleep at night with opened windows as the karaoke bar stays open till late night and cars passing by..; baby cot has not been delivered until the second night of our stay; room cleaning is done every 6 nights which is not ideal; cleanliness of room was questionable on our arrival; onsite parking is overcharged as you can use on street public parking free of charge (FOC) from ... I have been here in March 2016 on a business trip. The staff at the reception was helpful and nice but kind of slow. The rooms are spacious with a mini kitchen but despite this i must say that the rooms are not that clean so you have to be careful not to be to much comfortable cause you might find dirty bed sheets and dirty spoons. Also if you have a breakfast be sure that it won't change during your stay. For ex i stayed there for 2 weeks and the breakfast was the same every day.

Very good. The room was very spacious and clean. Also the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room also had a small kitchenette which allowed to save some money on meals in Brussels. Also the wi-fi was excellent. It worked very well. Only have two negative things to mention: we have to paid an extra amount of money for the room be clean and how we catch a lot of heat in Brussels, an air conditioner in the room would be good to have.

Very lovely, brand new, clean studios or apartments, with kitchen facilities. Cleaning lady comes once a week. Laundry room. Polite front desk. Only drawback is no air conditioning and front rooms face a karaoke bar, which goes on very loudly and very late at night.

Very good apartments. Close to the centre and the metro which made it incredibly convenient. Staff helpful and rooms comfortable. Lovely garden to sit and relax/have some lunch in. My only suggestion would be to introduce air conditioning/better fans in the rooms as it got quite hot at night and the fans made quite a lot of rattling.

We booked two months in advance on the citadines website and could not believe how great of prices we recieved for how large of a room we had. We had the small apartment. There is a parking garage located at the hotel that is cheaper than the parking garages around. Must stay for the budget wise traveler.

Great support from the staff at any moment, any time (including the delivery of my luggage at 2 a.m). Is very good located. Near from everywhere, either by foot or by metro. Also a lot of restaurants around, a little supermarket and some bars. I loved also the quiet ambience of the corridors but also the very good settle reception space that allows to have conversations with other guests. I do really would like to return in the future.
