Well we had no complaints here. Room clean, large, all amenities, best of all chocolates on the pillows.Great location for us, just 5-10 minute walk from train station. We asked at check-in about luggage storage and was offered a late check out at 3PM if we wanted it. Breakfast very good, many choices.

I stayed at this hotel in May. I found the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the "Grande Place". There is also right near by an area where there are several restaurants packed in to a small area so you have a great choice in a very nice setting of where you can dine. There is a chocolate shop in the same building that makes their chocolates on site and you get a discount if you're staying at the hotel. The room was a good si... Read more

We stayed here for one night. We had booked 2 rooms. The front desk staff was kind and upgraded one room to a suite for my elderly parents so that they can use a walk-in shower instead of climbing into a bath tub. Great location - close to Brussels central station and Grand place. Hotel was basic and clean. No complaints. Hotel provides luggage storage facility. There is a chocolate boutique within the hotel. Free candies and sample truffles at front desk ;) I will definitely return just for the... Read more

The hotel is very simple and the decor is a bit out dated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Central Train Station and major sites. We did not try the breakfast since it was â?¬23, but there are a lot of options nearby at a fraction of the price. Would stay there again because of the location and service.

No need to repeat that the NH Brussels Carrefour de l'Europe is very well located in the center of Brussels, not far from the Grand Place, bars, restaurants, etc, or that the rooms are very comfy and nice but if there was something that I didn't like was the service at the front desk. This guy had two guests over asking for stuff while I was doing my check-in and I had to do the translations between him and the clients both in spanish and english, since we were (him and me), fortunately, speaki... Fantastic location! Accommodating Staff. Pleasant rooms. I enjoyed a delightful stay. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends. Of particular note, staff allowed my friend and I to check in early. That was incredibly beneficial after traveling for 12 hours. Thanks so much!

Stayed at the NH Brussels Carrefour De L' Europe from late June to early July. It's a lovely hotel right in the middle of all the action. It's a block away from Central station which brings you in from the airport and to Bruges if you decide to day trip there. It's a block away from the Gran Place where all the beautiful buildings you see when they show you pictures of Brussels are , there are dozens of restaurants nearby it's an excellent location. We stayed in Room 310, it had 2 twin beds, we ... Read more

The location couldn't be better, 50 meters from Grand Place and the Train Station (Central). From here you can to do Brugge and Gent and also to Paris, London, etc you use your train ticket to get to Brussels Midi for free if you already your nternational ticket. It's full of restaurants and bars around it.Breakfast is very good. I had problems with the wi fi in my room, it didn't work for 2 days. The computers in the bussiness center didn't work either.

This is a very nice hotel, with an excellent staff. When walking out during a light rain, we were offered an umbrella from staff. We had room 602. Superb view of the area. The hotel is very nice, though you can see that it´s been used. Did in no way put a damper on the view of the hotel. The room was very big, so was the bathroom. The shower was excellent, with good pressure. Although it took me some time to balance the hot and cold. But that´s all on me. Would highly recommend this hotel. Pl... Read more

The hotel is nice and in the perfect location as you're right in the heart of brussels. When you step outside, you're faced with grand square with music and restaurants. There's a public underground car park, conveniently located next door to the hotel. Staff are very helpful. The rooms are very clean and have a nice sized fridge with snacks and drinks which are reasonably priced. The breakfast is quite expensive so we just went to one of the many cafe's in the square instead. Brussels seems l... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for two nights (August 2016), whilst on a solo weekend city break. Right from the start the staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. My room was large and very clean, situated towards the back of the property. It was so quiet. I even slept with my window open! The location was perfect for me - walking distance to the bars I wanted to visit, plus very easy and safe to get back to in the early hours of the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel, its great on so... Read more

Very good business hotel, right in the centre of town. Friendly and efficient staff at reception. Breakfast a bit expensive for what it is, in a bit of a tired room. Rooms are small but well equipped for the business traveller. Nice views on a lively square. Parking in a public underground parking next to the hotel, 15 euros a day.

Wasn't impressed at all with hotel. Hotel felt tired & was overpriced. I asked for an iron and was told they only have one iron for the whole hotel but it was being used so couldn't iron my shirt. The room which we stayed in looked out on to the square which was very noisy. Poor window insulation.

Location. We got the problem when we tried to find hotel using direction from hotel web site. Walk North 30 meter, turn to.., walk strait, turn rightâ?¦. Sorry but it not working for people in first time visiting Brussels. Plus â??NHâ?? is not visible sigh until you get to the front door. More simple to say that look at the right, go to Place dâ??Espagne and go to the hotel (or look at Novotel Brussel off Grand Place ï??) Finally we found and location was great. Itâ??s five minutes to Grand Plac... Read more

As some other reviews have said this hotel is truly in the best location for Brussels. Right in the heart of the old town. The hotel room was large, clean, huge bed. So many restaurant close by to choose from which might explain why the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar. Staff were very helpful and attend to any need you might have. We asked if they have an iron and with in 2 minutes and iron and iron board was Brough to the room. Too service, top location. Stop looking and book this hotel.

The location was what I value most in this hotel. Less than 5 minutes from Central Station, is located in a nice square full of restaurants and terraces and very close to the Grand Place (2 minutes) and the St Hubert galleries. We had some problems of maintenance and cleaning with the first room that was on the top floor, but we were immediately moved to another room, even better than the one we had booked. The front desk staff was very welcoming and always attentive to customer satisfaction. Th... Read more

Stayed two nights, great sleep (large comfortable bed, dark) and a good breakfast buffet with the usual (cold cuts, cheese, eggs, breads/pastries, cereal, waffles/pancakes, fruit cups, yogurt, juice etc.) so something for everyone. Thought price was reasonable when compared to other hotels in Brussels (esp. as it included breakfast). Wonderful location... in the heart of the city so lots to restaurants/shops, the Grande Place was just a few minutes walk away and close to the train station. Am... Read more

The reviews don't exaggerate about the wonderful location of this lovely hotel. It is on a lovely square (Carrefour de l'Europe) that is no more than 5 minutes from Centraal train station and less than that from the Grand Place. Leading right off the square is the Galeries St Hubert, an elegant old shopping arcade filled with high end chocolatiers, beautiful designers goods (gloves, hat-makers, leather shops) and gourmet food along with theaters. The hotel is situated between Grand Place and the central Railway station on the square Grasmarkt. Look very careful for the hotel in the square, you find it on the side towards the railway. Look for a small green sign with the hotel name amd the entrance is in the corner. Well inside, the check-in goes smooth and you teceive a key card for your room. We had to switch card twice doe to malfunction. Very serviceminded front desk staff. We got a room on the first floor, facing the square. It had ... Read more

Great location and very pleasant hotel. They have fixed their previously horrible Internet access, and it now fast and reliable. I have tried several hotels in Brussels. I've stayed at this one for a few years and it has improved somewhat since being acquired by NH about a year ago.
