I was supposed to only stay at the Progress Hotel for 2 nights in late March. After the closure of Brussels airport on the 22, I found myself stuck there for several more days. The staff was very accommodating, and gave me a special rate for the next several nights. When my airline moved my flight to Amsterdam, the staff was incredible, and even refunded me the nights I no longer needed to stay. This meant a lot, during such a stressful time! The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, an... Read more

The location is excellent, close to the North Station and Rogier metro stations. I liked the spacious room, quietness, good wi-fi (although there was a break), and the overall quality. This time I did not use the gym which also is a nice feature. Oh, friendly personnel is always a big point to me.

I visited Brussels with a colleague and were provided with this hotel by our travel people. At first sight it's not that welcoming with very low key branding etc, however once inside it has all you might need. For me on my own the the double room I had was fine, however if you are sharing it could be a bit on the small side. Breakfast was excellent and I had no problems whatsoever. Derek

Excellent hotel. Great service and very helpful receptionists. Good position near to the metro and train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. The hotel has amazing massage chairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nicely decorated rooms. they look new and they are spacious. Lobby was also nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only problem is the breakfast. They charge 15 euros for a breakfast buffet which is poor in variety as well as quality. it should be either improved or offered for free.

The waitress at the counter next to the breakfast salon charged me 3.5euro for a coffee due to a confusion (I was told that the breakfast had to be ordered there - I had the breakfast included). They refused to give me the money back. Never ever again.

I stayed here for a night. The hotel is near Gare du Nord and a shopping street, which was nice. A couch in my room looked a bit old, but it was comfortable and worked fine. I like the lobby space where there are many cozy couches to sit on and massage chairs. The staff were nice enough. The wifi worked fine. I didn't have breakfast here so I don't know its quality.

Only stayed one night after business meeting, but it was a very good hotel. I stayed in an executive double bedroom, it had all the facilities I needed, nice bar to have a drink, comfy room with tea & coffee, bathroom with accesories and breakfast was very good, mix of uk and continental.

Metro station Rogier is 1 minute away, around the corner, but to go to Schuman you need to change metro. Polite staff. Rooms are modern and clean but a bit small. Bathroom nice and clean but with no amenities. Breakfast was ok but with very limited food variety. Good location, close to a shopping area and a mall. Grand Place is at around 15 minutes walk. There is a nice park and a supermarket very close.

The reception was well appointed. The hotel was located on a street within walking distance of the train station which my wife and I found desirable. It was also within walking distance of the Grand Place but it is for the more physically fit. The room was furnished adequately with a minibar. (We used ours to cool drinks that we purchased in the city) The bath was a bit high so be careful stepping in and out of the tub. There was a stain on the carpet which we found to be a bit old, but the atmo... Read more
