Location is excellent, friendly staff, room wasn't so clean, breakfast is not so good. Sincerely, I expected a little bit more from this hotel. Staff is really friendly but everything else is average.

I stayed in this hotel for 18 days in April 2016. It is located right at the center of main market. There are numerous restaurants available around this hotel. Hotel provides decent breakfast at a bit higher rate but you can choose it optionally. They have complete kitchen set up, so if you are up to cooking, then it is perfect place. Staff at reception is very courteous.

We spent 4 days in the aparthotel and were impressed with the overall concept and planning of this small studio (but which manages to find enough space for a bathtub). It was impeccably clean, well supplied with all the chinaware and cutlery for a short stay as well as a double hob and microwave. The wifi worked perfectly. Its is only a 4 minute walk from the Grand Place - although in a slightly down at heel street so the good security was reassuring. The only minor down side was the cost of the... Read more

Great location & feels safe. Comfortable bed that folds out from the wall. very easy to use and convenient if you need to tuck it away and use the couch for guests. Kitchen and bathroom very nice, new, and well equipped. The view from the window is a quiet shopping center that smells like waffles which was quite pleasant! Would stay again!

This hotel is definitely in one of the best locations, easy walking to all attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly, excellent wi-fi and it was handy to have a kitchenette. Down sides - shower isn't great and the bed isn't very comfy.

Very centrally located - friendly staff - rooms are very small although they are refurbished- good internet connection. No bar or any facilities available prices are moderated however I would personally not go back there I prefer to pay a bit more to have more space

The hotel is very nice, clean. This time I booked only 2 nights, still business trip. Difference after 1year: there are no more smoking rooms (smoking is allowed only outside the premises, but I wouldn't recomend it, because of all the beggars ask ING to smoking you off).

This was my second trip after a gap of 2 years and I stayed at the same hotel and I found it excellent again. Nothing can beat the location. This is a paradise for foodies, there are ample joints for non-veggies but for me, a vegetarian, this apart-hotel is a blessing. I just love the kitchenette. Studio room is good enough for a family of 3. All central locations are just walking distance from here. Some of my colleagues had stayed far away near the airport and they were jealous for me :), they... Read more

The upside of this hotel is its location right on the main mall and next to the subway station. The room is quite small when you pull down the Murphy bed but having the kitchen area is a bonus. I would have appreciated a toaster in the room. Our particular room 724 was very dark and felt airless. This was because all the rooms on this side face into an enclosed shopping mall. We didn't enjoy Brussels as there were police and army on high alert. To enter our hotel from the street we had to use ou... Read more

You couldn't ask for better at the price. The hotel is on top of the metro station so close and easy to get to. The staff on check in and check out for that matter were excellent. Friendly and happy to help. The woman who gave me my bag back when I came to collect it later in the day even thought to ask if I wanted to use the rest room (on the first floor) or the lounge to cool off and check email. My flat was lovely. I was upgraded to a one bedroom. It wasn't huge but it was ideal to s... Read more

The studio apartment was of a reasonable size, modern, clean on arrival and with a well equipped kitchen area. The air conditioning functioned well and the fold down bed was comfortable. The reception staff are pleasant and friendly. However, there was no wifi available even in the reception area on our first night and the connection in our room cut out every ten minutes or so during our stay. It was reported to reception and the suggestion was that we unplug. This made no difference and it remai... Read more

Location is very good( near to bus stops and metro station). Large bed and enough room, lovely kitchen corner. We said for a week and not once there was something cleaned. Shower didn't work propely and tv striked in the beginning. Very hot in the morning and if you try open the window you'll hear the constant noise. Breakfeast is 14â?¬ one morning-much cheaper is to buy something from store and keep in the fridge. For those who love shopping this is the place to be beacuse is very near the main... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed the good location. However, our experience of the accommodation was diminished by the bad service we received. Staff entered our room while we were inside and also accessed the room (items moved and doors opened, but the room was not cleaned) while we were away despite the do not disturb sign (and the locks on the doors did not work). When we asked reception (Lawrence) about who may have accessed the room (for security of our personal belongings),... Read more

Pro's: The location is excellent. Close to tourist attractions, cinema, supermarkets and De Brochere metro. Although small, the kitchen was so useful! It allowed us to save a lot of money on food as we prepared all of our meals. I would recommend all families go for this option. A plus was having the bathroom and toilet separate too. Con's : The hotel is dimly lit which was slightly problematic for us but as we were facing the street we managed to get some sunshine. Some of us struggled to slee... Read more

My girlfriend and I chose the Aparthotel Adagio Brussels Centre Monnaie as we wanted somewhere to stay in Brussels which was easy to get to from Midi Station (for Eurostar - we were arriving late in the evening and wanted an easy journey) and also within walking distance of the Grand Place and surrounding restaurants. It's located right above De Brouckere station, so minimises the walk if you've got lots of luggage. We arrived late at night and the friendly man on reception was very helpful and... Read more

I had an Accor hotels voucher to use and initially was thinking of redeeming at the Pullman at Midi station. I'm so glad I didn't as when we arrived from the Eurostar the neighbourhood didn't look great. Anyway, walked about a mile from Midi to the Adagio and were so glad we chose this hotel, the location just couldn't be better, right in the centre near all the attractions. The hotel was very secure, needing a keycard of a buzzer to reception to gain entry. The room was great, with a mi... Read more

What a bad experience. Room is shabby. Bed is a pull down, most uncomfortable. Very small living space once bed is pulled. Housekeeping , you pay extra 15 Uros to have it daily. Toilets lacks basic toiletry like a soap bar, or shampoo. Towels are small and over used. It reminds me of YMCA lodging but poorer. Breakfast is a no no

The location cannot be topped! Great bars, restaurants and attractions in easy walking distance. The room was quiet too. The bed was a pull down and not the most comfortable - but a small criticism, as everything else about the room was great - modern and pleasant. Would recommend.

The location is really great. You go out and are in the middle of Brussels. However there's nothing more positive to say. When I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon it was closed. You can only open the front door with your key card. I rang the doorbell (three times) but nothing happened. I could only get in with another guest opening the door. The room was not clean and I didn't feel comfortable at all. Stains on the towels. Dirt below the bed. Will definitely not go there again.
