Good value for money in perfect location. Good size room and bathroom and v clean. Only bad points were lumpy pillows and my guest was only allowed to stay for 30 mins?? I've paid for the room so should be allowed any guest for any amount of time (fair enough no parties but i only had 1 guest).

3 minutes from central station, 2 minutes from grand place, surprisingly big rooms, good wifi, will be staying here next time too. Plenty of tourists shops around as that's the area you are in. Big bathroom and well decorated

great location, cheap slow/unreliable wifi, no heating unit, uncomfortable room design, paper thin walls not terrible value for its price but i'd recommend you try other hotels around. i prefer not to go down a tight spiral staircase to go to bathroom at night.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel (right next to Grand Place and very close to the Central Station). The room as well as the hotel in general felt freshly renovated, which is always a nice thing. There are two big BUTs :) 1) there was no heating in the room or in the breakfast restaurant, I was lucky to have an electric heater in the room which wasn't really the case for my colleague. I suppose she could have solved the situation with the help of reception, on the other hand heating sea... Read more

Stayed here for two nights with two other colleagues while on a business visit to the city. The hotel is located within walking distance of Brussels Central Station. You can walk even if you have luggage. I was told that during some hours of the day, Taxis are not allowed in the area where the hotel is located. But anyway, its around 150mtrs from the station. We had booked for three single rooms. While doing a booking we had asked for a early check-in. We arrived around 1130 and there is only ... Read more

Spend here 2 nights and it was a good choice. It's located half a kilometre from Brussels Central and close to main square,Maniken Pis and other shopping areas like Grand place etc. Rooms were big, toilet clean and basic amenities available. Easily accessible to local transport and sorrounded by good restaurants. Overall a good choice and value for money.

We took a family room which turned out to be 2 interconnected rooms, which was fine. But what was terrible was that the room was extremely warm! There was no temperature control And no air flow in the room! There's only 1 receptionist who tried to help with a remote control & gave up! No manager & all she cld do was to email him . No maintenance people available to solve the problem as well. To make it worse, they did not have any other rooms available! How can a hotel run when such basic studs ... Read more

The room was clean and bigger than I expected for price. Heater was perfect on a cold night in November. The reception staff were always polite and check in was quick and easy. The area has plenty of food options and an easy walk to Central train station. Considering the price was only â?¬99 it is hard not to like this place.

We picked a really great hotel for the location in relation to the Grand Place, and Mannekin Pis, The staff all seemed very nice and professional. We had one small problem with the temperature in our room, I asked for it to be made warmer twice, the receptionist did try to make it warmer for me, but it didn't make any difference, maybe the heating was broke in room 105? The bathroom in the room was very nice and the shower is nice and powerful.

Our room (04) in the basement was a bit bizarre in layout terms as the bed was on a mezzanine level with wooden steps leading to it from the entrance lobby and bathroom. The room was clean and furnished to a decent quality although some extra power sockets on the mezzanine level would be helpful. Decent price for a good location within a few minutes walk of Central station and the Grand Place.
