The hotel was very nice, beautiful and cosy. I really liked the room and the whole design. The bed was very confortable and the bathroom was nice with all necessary facilities. I also appreciated very much the cleanliness and the staff friendliness. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in NH Hotel Stephanie.

I thought this hotel was great as a place to stay. It wasn't too far from the city centre. I'm not sure if it was just me but it didn't seem the area to go out of an evening but you could certainly get to other places in fifteen minutes or so. I stayed at the NH hotel near the Central station before (Hotel D'Arenburg) and I have to say that I would choose that hotel over this but then, I was only staying a night and then travelling on but the location of the other was better and the hotel was fa... This is the kind of hotel which is unpretentious yet quite comfortable. The people at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful. 2 blocks from the metro station, plenty of cafes and restaurants, delicatessens and minimarkets. Good place for a short stay

This was my first stay in an NH hotel. It is located in an excellent spot in the town center. Just a few meters away from Louise Avenue but in a quiet road. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and with an immediate access to all means of transportation. Newly renovated, spacious rooms (even the standard room), perfect breakfast and kind, polite staff willing to help at any time, clean with excellent room service. Very, very happy with our choice.

One of the best hotels we've experienced in Europe. The service was fantastic, the room was clean, fresh and tidy and the location is perfect. There's plenty of restaurants nearby as well as the Louise metro stop. Only a short cab ride from the main train station too. Breakfast was great!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff and manageress went out of their way to A) make us feel welcome and B) ensure we enjoyed our stay. Hotel Stephanie is next to a street full of lovely restaurants, of which the staff shared their knowledge with us. Can't recommend this place highly enough and would gladly return.

Nice and cozy hotel. Facilities are pretty new and staff is warm, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel is very close to the underground which helps to move around Brussels. Rooms are above average and prices are competitive.

The room is large, beautiful, and very clean. The bathroom is big enough. The bed is excellent. It was very quiet. There is also a big desk, a chair and a nice big armchair. I have been business - travelling a lot, and it is indeed the best room I had (along with another chain). The breakfast buffet was also more than complete! The people are also very gentle and nice. If I really have to think of something negative to say, is that the bathtub foset was lucking pressure. Will definitely advice e... Read more

The Stephanie is located in the Louise area of Brussels about five minutes walk from the Louise metro station. This metro station is only a three stops from the Eurostar Station so quite handy to get to. The reception staff was very helpful and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The size of the room was larger than most other hotels I have stayed at in Brussels. All the usual amenities were provided for. In addition to the kettle, there was a 'nespresso' style coffee m... This is a modern hotel with spacious, clean and bright rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking at the hotel and in the surrounding streets is expensive: +/- 25â?¬ per day. The location is very good: Plenty of restaurants nearby, within easy walking distance of the 'Justitiepalais' and 'Marollen'.

I stayed one night at the hotel. The room was comfortable, tidy and clean, the hotel staff very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very well situated with quick and easy access to both cheap local restaurants and the up-market elegance of Avenue Louise.

Very friendly welcome and efficient check in, staff seemed very good and helpful, check out was equally good but check the bill for the mini bar! Rooms are good and wifi worked ok so no issues although connectivity and speed are not the best in Brussels. Plenty of local restaurants in Rue Jourdan and we tried them all.

stayed here recently with friends. There was three of us in a room. 2 single beds and one pop up bed. Rooms were dark and quiet. Room had a safe, mini bar, tv and air con. There was a bit of a musty smell in our room which I flagged to reception so that should get sorted. Near Louisa underground stop and there are two pedestrianised streets nearby with lots of restaurants and a main street with lots of high street shops. Don't forget u have to pay â?¬6 per night per room for city tax.

Great location and as always, the staff of the hotel was very helpful and friendly....just what we have come to expect from NH. We are always looking for NH as we travel due to the high quality and excellent value for money. I am always very pleased with NH help with my dog as I am traveling. It helps me make my trips more comfortable and easy to organize.

The location is perfect, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable mattress and big TV make the most of what one needs from a hotel. The only one strange thing is that they didn't put a toilet brush in the restroom.

Overall nice. Everything was as it should (location, staff, conditions and others) with two exceptions: 1) Free internet connection is almost not usable 512 kb/s download 256 kb/s upload with a huge lag - sometimes around 2000 ms. For an audio connection it worked sometimes. Paid version costs 10 EUR/day and I didn't try that, a bit overpriced. 2) The gym is not in the same building

We stayed 4 nights and it was great! The room was clean, the bed was really comcortable, the staff was helpful and really friendly (the room was ready for check in early and at rhe end they let us stash our suitcases during the day because our flight was in the evening) . But what made the stay so incredible was the location: really close to the Sablon and the upper city (amazing view!) and right on the Louise Ave. Around the hotel there are two streets full of really good restaurants (different... I have now stayed here three times - and on each occasion the reception appeared to be manned by trainees with little experience. Check-in took far too long, and I then found I'd been given the wrong room key. A French-speaking phone caller attempting to reach me was unable to communicate with the receptionist who spoke no French! When passed to a colleague, the caller was incorrectly told I was not in the room. On asking for a taxi, the receptionist basically said not to bother as waiting time ... Read more

Was in Brussels on vacation to see as many sights as possible. NH Stephanie was within walking distance of most of the main attractions and the nearby Metro was accessable to almost all other attractions. The Staff was Exceptional! Almost everyone spoke English, French, and Dutch (some spoke German as well). The breakfast (not included in the room fee) was a European Buffet that was Outstanding!
