Nice small hotel, great service from reception. Roooms have good site and good equipes. Parking at hotel possible. Only 2 minutes walking to Brussels main stopping street and 15 min to main tourist atractions in Brussels city centre

Nice and central hotel about 300m from the nearest metro. Room was spacious, tidy and in good condition. Staff were very polite and helpful. Super King size bed was lovely! Buffet breakfast had great variety. Room was really cheap at under £50 per night booked in advance for 3 nights. The shower was poor with weak water pressure and sometimes changing in temperature. Overall if visiting Brussels again I'd definitely consider staying here.

We stayed in the NH Stephanie in Brussels for one night. The hotel is the ideal place to stay if you wanna visit the city. The location is really good. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Palace Justice and maybe 15 minunte walking to the city centrum. Also the next metro-station is only a few minutes away. The room was really nice. We had a superior room, which was big and comfortable. As a little welcome-gift we found belgium beer and chocolate on our bed, very nice! The only negative thing wa... Read more

Quiet. But the place was difficult to find. It was my first time in Bruxells. The breakfast was good but I would like more fresh fruit. The people is kind and professional. The room was clean but the wardrobe haven't the door.

Staying here was fine. Nice room, good location and good breakfast. However on our last night we spoke to the man on reception about our flight the next morning, including specifically asking if there was more than one airport and his answer being no. Next morning when we arrived at the airport, we discovered that in fact there are two airports, and we were at the wrong one. Cost us â?¬200 to get on the same flight the next day and had to purchase another night of accom in Brussels... as well as... Read more

The hotel was very good for the money paid. Exactly what you need from a hotel. I'll go there again. The nice size room was of a good standard overall. Clean, facilities good. Nice staff. I simply enjoyed the stay and it was excellent positioned for my points of interest.

Was in Brussels on vacation to see as many sights as possible. NH Stephanie was within walking distance of most of the main attractions and the nearby Metro was accessable to almost all other attractions. The Staff was Exceptional! Almost everyone spoke English, French, and Dutch (some spoke German as well). The breakfast (not included in the room fee) was a European Buffet that was Outstanding!

I have now stayed here three times - and on each occasion the reception appeared to be manned by trainees with little experience. Check-in took far too long, and I then found I'd been given the wrong room key. A French-speaking phone caller attempting to reach me was unable to communicate with the receptionist who spoke no French! When passed to a colleague, the caller was incorrectly told I was not in the room. On asking for a taxi, the receptionist basically said not to bother as waiting time ... Read more

I stayed in the hotel during a weekend with my husband. The staff were kind and servicial. The rooms are comfortable and big. The breakfast was amazing, there were a lot of variety. It is placed in the center of brussels near the shops and tram.
