First time we experienced something misses from our safety box: We have just cash on that week in Belgium. Count and put it in SAFETY ! box in our room.Next day we found ‚?¨100 is missing.I thought it was my fault to counting, this time me and my wife count the money and put it again there.Second day 100 more disappeared! Internal manager, who was a lady, didn't accept anything, she said safety box is safety box & (at last... ) said you can call a police! She said maybe you have a problem wi... Read more

I stayed here for a business meeting with colleagues and found the overall experencie to be much below expectations. First the positives: the location is very good - central to major attractions, offices and public transport. The lobby is small but relatively bright and modern. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly The negatives: my room was extremely small with an even smaller bathroom. My first room was a bit bigger but the AC did not work and the room was very warm. They first tried t... Read more

I spent 4 nights in this hotel during Euro 2016. Perfect location, clean room. Waiting staff is very friendly , i asked for a late check out ( no problem at all). I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast is too expensive but it takes about 5 minutes to closest restaurtant.

We stayed for three nights in the hotel. The room was clean and we had excellent sleeping. Location is in the heart of Brussels. Actually for me is the best location because split the distance between Grand place , Gare Central and shopping street! Even the hotel is central , there is no noise in the room. Everybody in the hotel was friendly and ready to make our stay pleasant! We asked for a late check out and there was any problem at all. If your budget can , then this is the choice!

We chose this hotel because of the location, we wanted somewhere close to Central Station and within walking distance to the main areas of the city. Handy for a vast choice of restaurants and shops. It is a lovely city to explore. The hotel was prefect for our 3 nights stay. We were lucky a had a room on the front of the building, and although the rooms aren't huge it was very well decorated light and airy, immaculately clean and extremely comfy bed. All areas of the hotel were kept very clean... Read more

This hotel is in a great location, super central, within walking distance of the main shopping streets and other tourist attractions. The receptionists were all very helpful, the breakfast staff friendly and professional and did a great job of keeping the buffet inviting and clean! The room was a little dark for my taste, but the bed was so comfortable that it made up for the lack of light :-) I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a trustworthy hotel in the center of Brussels!

Stayed here as part of a trip to Belgium. Location is great. Close to the main shopping and tourist streets but i would questions the star rating. The reception area is a bit pokey and not very welcoming. I chose not to take breakfast when i was there and was glad i made that decision when i saw the breakfast being served. Really basic and no imagination. I would compare the breakfast to one that would be served in a basic 2 * airport hotel. Rooms were also a bit on the small size.

The room was comfortable and clean. A good value for the price paid. We enjoyed the chocolate shop next door also. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is situated in a side street off a main road and only took 15 minutes in a taxi from Brussels zuid train station. On check-in the staff in the hotel were very polite, friendly and efficient. Our room was on the fifth floor. Unfortunately our view from the room was of an office block opposite but this wasn't really an issue for us. The room was an adequate size for the 2 of us. Stayed 2 nights earlier this year at the NH Brussels Grand Place. The hotel is quite small & our room was small but comfartable quiet & clean, pretty much what I expected of an inexpensive 4* city centre hotel. Would have been nice if the hotel had a bar but so many in Brussels anyway that it wasn't really a problem. We went out for breakfast so i can't comment on that but I would stay there again.

Stayed here several nights and mostly enjoyed it. The hotel appears to have been renovated not long ago, and everything was in good condition with one exception. The air conditioner in the room was both noisy and inadequate. The weather was quite warm, so I set it to the maximum cooling, but it labored to even get close to comfortable. There's nothing terribly wrong with it. That's the nicest thing I can come up with. A few minor annoyances though: noise on the hallway which you can hear very clearly in the room. Tried to call reception for 15 minutes without luck until I used my cell phone to call reception. No iron on the room. Shower so so. And a view on a blind wall about 2 meter from my window. So yeah, not great.
