The stay was in theory fine, however lacking in many ways. I booked a room with a balcony and a bath tub, unfortunatley neither of these were present in the room, upon calling down to reception, there was a room switch for the bath tub but no balcony, I don't believe the hotel has them, the employee who brought the key was also not very polite. The bed quality was fine, however the hair dryer was poor and smelt old. The breakfast the next morning was okay, and tasty, however I felt rushed by the... Read more

I was, first of all, looking for a place close to the Central Station and Grand Place, and ended up choosing this hotel because of its availability, the fact that it was part of my frequent flyer miles network, and the pretty good reviews and ratings I'd seen. I'm familiar with the NH chain, so I was fairly confident in what I would get. The price quality is about right, if not a tad on the expensive side for what you get. The location is great and exactly what I was looking for. If you know... Read more

Overall, the hotel is pretty ok. The location is good, the room is decent and the breakfast is very good. However, the internet connection is absolutely awful and the selection of channels is very limited (all of which is quite important when you're travelling on your own with work). I would probably not stay there again for that

Good welcome allowing very early check-in for an acceptable upgrade and price. Great selection at breakfast but warm dishes being cold.... Cold room, cold place in general...dirty-dusty under the bed...asked for replacement of one lamp in the bathroom, but "no, sorry, we have no technical service on weekends"...what is to me very disappointing and a little like " we do not care about our guests on weekend".;( Could all in all be much better...but it's like no-one really cares...

I stayed one night at this hotel in bruxelles for work and although room and bathroom were clean i was disappointed by the lack of any available service (no fitness facilities, no room service). Reception was very slow with long queues in the morning.

TLDR? This hotel was a nightmare because of: - No working water for 2 days without notice! - Rude and unprofessional staff (arguing outside our door for 40 minutes) - The worst water pressure - Ladies - Bathroom was completely unusable to do hair/makeup (lighting, no plugs in or near, no mirrors outside the bathroom) We gave them the chance to make it up to us (a sincere apology would have done wonders) but it was clear no one cared to. Stay somewhere that values guests (oh, and has basic utili... Read more

When you visit the NH Group website it says ‚??We‚??ve got ‚?¶ inspiring hotel locations ..flexible meeting spaces and chefs who are committed to cooking with only the freshest local ingredients. They‚??re not kidding! I attended a meeting at the Hotel NH Brussels Grand Place Arenberg and was thoroughly impressed. Location - awesome, easy walk to the city center and not far from the Gare Central! Food - amazing, copious breakfast & creative lunch buffet options. And staff (at all levels) were ... Read more

Our 2 days in Brussels at Christmas were wonderful, due in large part to the location of the hotel and the helpful and friendly staff, notably Antonio. Only 5 minutes from the hotel to the Grand Place? Fine - Brussels is not that big. But from the hotel to the Grand Place, you pass La Mort Subite (a must to visit) and go through the Galleries St Hubert/de la Reine (another must). Everything we'd planned to see was nearby - a great choice of hotels for us. Not the most modern nh I've stayed in,... Read more

Hotel very close to the venues that were important to me. Kind people in the reception. .Every thing worked satisfactory. It is only a short walk from Grand Place. Difficult top find a more appropriate hotel in Central Brussels.

A good location for sightseeing and going to La Monnaie. Easy to get to from Eurostar Station Midi to Centrale using same ticket then 5 minute walk to hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the Grand Platz and the arcade containing wonderful chocolate shops - a must buy in Brussels
