I booked last minute for a stay over the New Year holiday so my choices were limited. Because of this I paid a little more than I usually would for a two night stay in a chain hotel but I was not disappointed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean and well equiped. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar, not that we used either as there was a choice of cafes and bistros around the corner from the hotel. I did not see the hotel resta... We went for a couple of days, Hotel was an enjoyable walk away from the Eurostar Terminal. Overall a good location for us to work from on daily walks around to explore Brussels centre, historical pieces and the EU business centre (21mls of walking in 4 days). Hotel seemed clean enough and staff were very friendly. Rooms were always tidied but we did have to ask for room items - tea bags and powder milk as not enough provided in room. Restaurant was a waste of space as it was not manned throughou... Read more

This hotel has the perfect location, close to Louisa metro station, the tram stop and also to shops and cafes. Nevertheless, this is the best that it can offer. The hotel's entrance is not very convenient especially for the handicapped, because you need to go down several steps of stairs to reach the front desk. When I first arrived at the hotel, because I had a herniated disc, I had to ask for help from the staff at the front desk (there was no bellboy) for carrying my luggage and I explained m... Read more

NH Hotel Belgium is situated in an ideal location and is a very comfortable hotel for a business stay. The NH Hotel is close to tram station and very convenient to catch a metro train. It is at intersection point of 4 busy streets and close to lot of very good restaurants and shopping malls. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is on a business trip and will have good time in the evening.

I came here for business and I was staying at room #401 for three days. I chose this hotel because is very well located next to one of the main business areas in Brussels (Waterloo and Louise). The room itself was large enough to make you feel comfortable, with a big window heading to one of the side streets. The room was nicely furnitured and had all the standards you may ask for in a 4* hotel ( safe, TV, minibar, AC, phone, room service, etc) and the bathroom also had all the toilettries you ... Good city hotel located closer to metro and tram. Staff is friendly and have a small fitness room if you want to keep fit while travel. Rooms are smaller. Restaurant is smaller and better to be early if you intend to have breakfast. Stable internet connectivity but sometime slow. There is a food market at the reception where you can grab a beer, wine or snack anytime of the day. I requested a iron and board for ironing cloths, where I was asked to be on waiting list as hotel got few irons ... Read more

Hotel NH Brussels City Centre - is very good situated, but this is all positive about this "hotel" what i can write. The rooms are a prison rooms, not light, not absolutely nothing what help you to think that you are in "hotel 4 stars". 1) the products of breakfast are medium qualities in special sausages, they don't serve legums or fruits only "a little" but a lot of things for diabetes and if you have not diabetes tip I or II in this "hotel" you can to receive if you are a long time live. 2... This place is average only at max. My room was tiny, the floor broken, the whole room needs renovation, the windows not at all sound proof, so you can hear people talking on the street and cars... many cars. The corridors are smelly and there are many stains on the carpet - which questions cleanliness of the whole place. The gym is ok, but very small, one treadmill only. Receptionist was not well trained and could not make use of my NH loyalty card - so I had to give all my details again.... Read more
