The lovely Andrea went above & beyond to be helpful - and we did have a few curve balls which she took easily in her stride. Rooms were spacious & clean Centrally located with easy access to transport, shopping & food

I have come several times for business on all occasions I have been disappointed. On the one hand, the wifi does not work properly (it works very slow and it is desperate to navigate), having to pay 10 euros extra for a normal internet. I do not see it right to charge an extra at 150 euros per night for a service that should be included in the rate. On the other hand, the gym has very few machines, being very limited. I must mention that the breakfast and the receptionists are of a high stand... Read more

Spent one night on a business trip there. Hotel is in a good location. Rooms need some refreshment work done, e.g. faux-wood flooring was partially worn through. Since a hotel is primarily for sleeping this was not an issue for me. Fitness room located in the attic is really small. Very friendly staff.

Room 636 - 3 nights. Room: Pros: Very modern, not too big and not too small just the perfect size for 2 people to stay in. Very clean and so was the bathroom. So big thanks to the house keeping team. There were two cupboards to put your clothes in which is good. Shower was perfect, hairdryer was suprisingly strong! Cons: Window blinds were broken, every time i tried to pull it down it just springs back up. Breakfast: Pros: A lot of choices such as boiled, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, c... Read more

Well the NH Hotel is a good choice. The rooms are big enough with modern decoration, clean warm and quiet. The hotel location is on the center so you can easily go anywhere. Nice service and polite staff.

generally it was good. I liked the room, but there was lots of noise from the main street during nigh sleep. I recommend you to use better isolation for window and door . I liked 2 separate room for sitting and sleeping.

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and had made the hotel aware of this. He had requested a nice room and early check-in. Thankfully we got early check-in but as for the room, well, we had just enough space to get around the bed. This trip was particularly special as we got engaged on the Saturday evening and on Sunday I requested two champagne flutes. It was like as if I had looked for something unexpected. I didn't mention that we had gotten engaged. The hairdryer continued to cut o... Read more

A disappointing experience: This hotel is NOT situated in the city center. It also does NOT offer free wifi (the free wifi is extremely slow and you are forced to upgrade to their premium wifi for 10 euros/day). Reception staff is unfriendly. Even though there is a menu offering Room Service for lunch and dinner, the restaurant has been closed for months and they simply do not offer this service. Room cleanliness is borderline. The shower in my room had no shower door and they put a stinky and d... Read more

The location is really good but the rooms are a bit lackluster and old fashioned from when the time hotel rooms where just the minimum space you needed to sleep and there is not a lot of time to breath in the rooms. It might not be a bad idea as an hotel to explore the city and the staff is super friendly but if you travel for work you might enjoy some of the other options with nicer and more up to date rooms.

I have stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Breakfast was great, coffee could be better. The hotel situated quite far from an old town in Brussels, it would take you about half an hour to walk to grand place or the mannekin Pis sculpture. Rooms are tidy, quiet, offer tv and wifi. Would stay here again.
