nice hotel with very good location, it's few minutes walking from the metro station, but we didn't used the metro. because it's also close to the city center. the breakfast is a little bit expensive, that's why we was eating breakfast outside. the staff was kind the rooms was clean ans comfortable.

I stayed in the NH hotel for a very reasonable price, the only down said of this hotel was the room. The room was quite small in the way you couldn‚??t sit down at the desk provided because the bed was wedged up against it. Other than that the hotel was good. It supplied a nice all you can eat breakfast, free Wi-Fi, lovely receptionist. The hotel is greatly located with only a 15 minute walk into the heart of town. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Brussels.

I really struggled with what to give this hotel in terms of overall rating. There were a lot of positives - it is a lovely hotel and more upmarket than we would normally go for but the price was very reasonable for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was a really good offering with everything from fruit and cereal to bacon and eggs, and even pancakes. Service and location are the strong points. It is clean, but only moderately so. The rooms need renovation (e.g., old laminate floor). Heating did not work in my room. I acknowledge though that they brought me a portable heater within only 5-10 minutes after complaining. The bed was ridiculously narrow and short.

Nice hotel in a great area of town. Staff was very accommodating for any requests we had. We would definitely stay there again...just not in warm weather. Air conditioning was not accessible, but a fan was brought up to the room.

Spacious room (think it was a step up from standard due to availability when I booked), decent breakfast, functioning air conditioning, central location. I arrived late and managed to check in quickly. No complaints!

The hotel was adequate if you do not value decor and ease in your environment. Staff was fine, but somewhat testy. The hotel is nothing like the pictures, the rooms are incredibly small with no effort to make them even a tad bit attractive, bare walls, poor layout, and cramped. Sorry, but I stayed only one night and would not go back.

Very well located hotel next to Avenue Louise / Chaussée Charleroi with all needed facilities and nice "small" rooms. Unfortunately poor Wifi connection in the rooms on the top floors. Small Fitness Center and bar usually close quite early. Nice surroundings with various bars and restaurants.

Double room are not big but comfort and clean. Maid service are daily. The location of the hotel are excellent the Tram stop are right in front of the Hotel Under ground station just walking distant. Many good Restaurant are nearby.

I have stayed many times in this hotel. It is a nice place at a very good location. The rooms are quite good and clean and the breakfast quality above normal. The only disadvantages are that there is not enough seats to take your breakfast in the morning and the service in the reception is not good. The staff is not so friendly.. Kept awake all night by the people in the next room having a party when complained to reception they apologised but did nothing . People smoking weed in reception and air con in room a waste of time very noisy and did not keep room cold . Would not stop here again

Stayed for three nights whilst visiting Antwerp, Ghent and Bruges - quite good location, handy for central Brussels. Lot of noise from trams and passing traffic.Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Lethal bath/shower, extremely slippery!

Booked hotel online despite mixed reviews. Arrived pretty late at night, and on the uber ride over, I was super excited to see tons of shops and restaurants near the hotel. There are 3 things I appreciate when staying in a hotel: location, cleanliness, and wifi. For the first description I can say it's excellent, however for the other two categories, the hotel is really poor. Internet connection is really poor, maybe to force the guests to pay for a better connection. And the cleaning was also a bad aspect. Overall, this hotel was excellent. The cleanliness was 10/10 in the room and out of the room. All the staff was absolutely fantastic, they were always willing to help and all spoke good English. I stayed here few months ago and I complained about the poor communication regarding the faulty of their rooms of which I was affected 3 times. The manager was quick to answer my complaint and agreed that I will be upgraded to a junior suite room the next time I visit the place. We stayed at NH Brussels City Centre four nights. The room was clean, pretty and confortable, but very small. The city was a bit chaotic since our visit came a month after the terrorist attacks, but reception staff was very kind and helped us with everyday. Cant fault this hotel, large room which was clean and tidy and cleaned each day, Wifi was free and worked well on the 7th floor. The breakfast was very varied, cold meats, fruit, rolls, scrambled eggs, bacon sausages, plus toast and all you can eat. One of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.

A tired hotel with smelly corridors and even smellier rooms. It may be just bad luck and this review may be overly harsh but everything went wrong with our stay. The room I got in the 6th floor was a non-smoking room. All good intention from the hotel but the corridor still reeks of cigarette smell - perhaps from the time when this service was not offered. This hotel of the Nh chain has all the trimmings of a good hotel including the Nh-logo on its small bar of soap.. Breakfast has a fast choice also for healthy food fans. The restaurant can get very crowdy when all clients come down at 8 o'clock; so try to eat before or after. We organised a meeting in Brussels and booked 6 rooms there via our travel agency. People arrived from different parts of the world(with no euros on them) and they were asked to give 50euros as a guarantee in order to get in the room, they didn't accept our credit cards. There is a problem with the staff of the reception and their capacity to provide invoices. I could not get the invoice on time. They told me that they would send me the invoice and finally I needed to call them to beg them to do it. Furthermore they were not willing to help. NH hotels are chatacterized by nice staff. This is not the case. I usually use this hotel when I go to Brussels. I will certainly seek for an alternative next time.

We were a couple and we chose this hotel because it was in the city center and it seemed to be very convenient for a short stay in Brussels. The rooms were small compared to the pictures online and the price we paid and our wc was half cleaned when we checked-in(no-one came to clean it!!!). The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The bath tub was a little less desirable - it had chips and the stopper did not work very well. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. Lots of fresh fruit and traditional American fare.

As usual, enjoyed the NH style of the hotel. Kind staff and clean rooms. The location is strategic for those who like to shop in the area Stephanie-Louiza and visit cafe's and restaurants in Les Marolles.
