My husband and I stayed here for two days before embarking on a river cruise from Brussels. We stayed in one of the Junior Suites, and it was a large, very clean room. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was quite nice. The hotel breakfast was good with many options. The hotel is in a good location, and it was a very easy walk to get anywhere within the city center. Centrally located, within 5 minute walk of the main square and the main shopping area, metro stop is also just 2 mins away. Big spacious rooms, nicely decorated with huge mirrors and all the amenities you require Breakfast was absolutely fine, in warmer weather you could sit on the roof terrace with a great view of some of Brussels more famous landmarks. Only downside was the parking, I arrived around 2pm and the car park was already full meaning I had to find parking elsewhere at my expense... Read more

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. I had great service from everybody, especially from Mrs Despina. The location is very good, next to metro station, I could get something to eat and drink very close to the hotel until midnight, shopping area behind the hotel. Full wifi even in the hotel bedrooms all the time. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Brussels.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous upon arrival and the staff was incredible. My husband and I traveled here from May 13-16, 2016. Upon arrival we were asked if we were light sleepers because there was a club that made noise outside from 10pm-4am. We dealt with a bar outside of our window in London and it wasn't an issue so we thought it wouldn't be so bad and decided to take the room that was available. WORST CHOICE EVER! We should have waited for an interior room. From 10pm until 4am each nigh... Read more

Location TOP. Rooms renovated. Breakfast INCREDIBLE! But the best, the number one, THE WORKERS! At the reception we talked with Adrian, Justine and another spanish colleague and they were EXCELLENT. Before we arrived, we also got in contact by mail with the Assistant Manager of the Reception named Javier and he left some information for us on arrival. Never had that service in a hotel before.

Booking a family room via seems to be impossible and a generator of misunderstandings. No one at NH Collection Brussels Centre knew anything about an extra bed. The receptionist however upgraded us to spacious suite of high standard. Both location, the modern room, the tasty and healthy breakfast and the free wall street journal in the foye gives this hotell the best score.

This hotel is very centrally located for the city centre. I had to stay over in Brussels one of the nights the metro was locked down due to security concerns in Nov 2015. There was a visible securtiy presnece all over the city centre, which was reassuring.. I had to leave early for the airport on the Sat morning. It would have been helpful if they had offered early breakfast. Overall tastefully furnished with large rooms and modern bathrooms.

Very much in line with all other NH hotels: clean, modern and functional. We got a superior room, which included a great buffet. Their buffet area is on the 9th floor and has a great view of the city. As a side note, if you forget the charger for your cell phone, the front desk will lend you one! Also, there's a convenience store across the street that stays open until midnight. It was a life saver for us since we came in too late to catch restaurants open. They have a nice variety of b... We went to Brussels via a bus that dropped us off at the Brussels Nord train stations. NH Collection was within walking distance and had clean, inexpensive rooms. I can not rate the breakfast as it seemed extraordinarily expensive for a hotel breakfast and I opted out of it. The location is within walking distance of the Grand Place and was perfect for a weekend trip. I was extremely pleased that they let us do a late checkout on Sunday at 5PM...which is unheard of at many hotels!

The hotel was amazing and updated inside, from the lobby to our rooms. Our room had a Nespresso machine which I love, as it makes the best coffee. We did visit Brussels right after the unfortunate attack, so the city was pretty empty. The hotel was pretty far from the train station so walking with luggage was a hassle, but it was a short walk to other sites like the Manneken Pis.

Everything was almost impecable in this hotel. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed, bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Good wifi connection, large flatscreen tv. Good variety at the minibar, possbile to prepare coffee/tea. Extra nice and varied breakfast with a view to the "entire" city from the 9th floor. The only items I really missed were the slippers (cold floor!) and bathrobe that really are a must in a hotel at this level.

We loved the hotel. The staff on check in were really helpful, so we had a great first impression. We loved the room, it was spacious with a nice sized bathroom, including separate shower, not over the bath, which is nice. This recently renovated hotel is staffed by very helpful employees. You get a very spacious, upscale room right in the heart of the city. An excellent bed, well appointed bathroom and functioning TV and WiFi added to the value of the accomodation. This recently modernised hotel is perfectly located. The service was utterly friendly and professional. The room was very clean, spacious and with everything one needs when staying at the hotel. The view from the top floor where breakfast is served is just amazing. I can only warmly recommend this place if you look for a comfy and classy stay in Brussels.

Really central hotel , modern & with an excellent service . The staff from the reception is kind , helpful & really efficient ! The rooms are really quiet , with all the necessary amenities : fridge , nespresso machine , safe ,.. The breakfast is amazing : large & varied with all what we could need . The only negative point : they only have 2 coffee machine at the breakfast room => a little short when it"s rush hour. To recommend

Our room faced out onto a busy pedestrian shopping street which at night is a gathering place for skateboarders, motorcycle racing, people gathering after leaving clubs in the middle of the night. We're from London so quite noise tolerant, but we couldn't sleep at all for the shouting, screaming, music, slamming car doors and the roar of bike engines. There's so much to like about this hotel: friendly, helpful staff; a really good breakfast buffet; clean, reasonably stylish rooms; a good locatio... Read more

It was a purely business trip so hotel didnt really matter but happened to be a very nice one as well. Good sized room, very good bathroom, clean and quiet. Breakfast on a top floor restaurant with skyline view of brussells was not bad either. Central location, an underground parking 2 mins away. A small shop for drinks opposite the hotel and a little square with a fine selection of best Belgian chocolates only 10 mins by foot. Staff nice and welcoming. a tip-if you are leaving directly from hot... Read more

I loved my stay here, as the location is perfect for a visit in the centre of Brussels. The design is contemporary and the rooms spacy. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is really good and the view is stunning at the top floor restaurant where you also enjoy the breakfast. I can only recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights while visiting Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and attentive to our requests. The rooms were very clean with coffee maker and brew kettle for making tea. The bathrooms are modern and clean though they only suggestion I have is to include a shower curtain in the bath tub to keep water from spraying all over the floor. Location is great and just a few minutes walk from many sights, restaurants and shopping. Local trains an... Read more

Big and cosy room, bed with 6 pillows (much appreciated!), nice dinner in the restaurant, decent breakfast, good location (close to metro), and above all excellent and very helpful staff! The only problem I experienced was with the air-condition (set centrally in cold, while the temperature outside was less than 10C) but this was overcome soon. For the hotel rates in Brussels in October, good value for money. I would stay definitely again there!

Always a pleasure to stay at this location in Brussels, friendly staff, very accommodating and professional. interior facing rooms are not as fun as the ones providing street views, I prefer the views and to hear the city sounds when in Brussels, makes me feel more engaged with the city experience.

NH collection Brussels Grand Place is a wonderful hotel in the city center Stayed for 4 nights in Sept. Upon arrival there was however an innocent I booked a suite and was given one, but it was obviously that is was set up for someone else with a cot and crib. They removed it quickly but did not replace the furniture that was missing. The hotel has a very minimalist design, but with the table and chairs missing the suite was bare and not comfortable. I stayed for one night on late October 2016. It is fully renovated, clean, with big rooms, nice smell, close to Brussels downtown and extremely accessible via subway. I would select it again with no doubt and recommend it with no hesitation. Staff is gentle and willing to serve. Breakfast is plenty of fresh and tasty choices.

Been in this hotel several times now and it is always pleasant to stay here. Never had any better hotel in Brussels! The staff is very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are clean and luxury, the beds are very comfortable and breakfast is excellent! It also is located perfect in the city center with a metro station around the corner. Standard late check-out and breakfast from 7am till 12am on sunday, perfect for a early start or a lazy sunday! We will definitely come back in this hotel again!

Waking up to a fantastic breakfast, having access to Basic Fit gym in the basement till retiring to the comfortable bed and all the in between moments are truly wonderful. We visited Brussels for the first time for a city break. We stayed at this hotel from 28/10/16 until 31/10/16. We have done a lot of city breaks over the years but this was one of the best ever. This was helped by this fabulous hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic for getting around. Walking to the Grand Place is a must, but there is an underground metro station almost outside the hotel from where you can travel all over the city. Staff were very customer orientated and the breakfast on... Read more

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel this weekend. We are really satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent, everything in the centre of Brussel is in walking distance. Rue Neuve, the big shoppingstreet, is in the street next to the hotell. You walk to Grand Place in 5 minutes. The rooms are big and clean. We had a regular standard room, and it had at good size. The bathroom is also big, with bathtub. The breakfast was super, delicat and tasteful. Javier in frontdesk was very ... Read more

The hotel was stylish and the location was perfect (right next to the shopping street and close to many interesting touristic sights). Unfortunately my room was very cold and the air was humid. I think the heater/air conditioner was not working. I told about this to the staff and I was provided with a hot air heater. However, the heater was very noisy so I had to turn it off for the night (and wake up to a freezing room in the morning). Otherwise the room was fine, and the shower products were v... Read more

We had an excellent stay at the NH Collection Hotel in the center of Brussels. It is at a perfect location to visit downtown Brussels. However, the room and the hotel itself were so amazing that we barely ever left‚?¶ The room was light yet cozy and all the decorations were done beautifully. We really felt at home. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel and enjoyed breakfast in our room. Pure luxury! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Brussels!

The place offers nice rooms, the suites are even worth a small splurge. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the proper city centre, a shopping area, traditional parts of town around St. Catherine, and to a wide range of restaurants. The breakfast on the roof of Brussels is great, and the bar offers good beers for the early evenings, although the food there is slightly overpriced.

Stayed here for a long weekend and found absolutely no fault with the hotel. Helpful staff, lovely rooms and great choice for breakfast. Location good for exploring the city. Just one warning, there is a small charge for city tax which wasn't made clear at the time of booking.

Very disappointing stay. I was in room 6010 for three nights. The WIFI didn't work the entire time. When I couldn't connect, I called the front desk on the first night and I was told it would work in the morning. It never worked. I had to use my international data plan on my mobile, which is very expensive. The room was very noisy. I heard the housekeeping closet door across the hall slam over and over again. The location is a huge plus for me. Very accessible to the Metro and just walking distance to the Grote Markt, the central square of Brussels. This hotel is an updated version of the former NH Atlanta Hotel in Brussels. It is close to many transit lines, shopping, and the historic city square. It is within walking distance of Brussels North station. The hotel is modern, comfortable & clean. Prices are reasonable. The free internet is not so good (a problem at NH hotels in general). A solid choice for a stay in the city centre. The hotel is clean and modern with easy check-in and check-out - the room was very clean and spacious with a lovely, firm bed and black-out curtains - I had a superb night's sleep! There is also a min-bar if you wish to use it and above-average complimentary toiletries. I'd stay here again if in Brussels.
