The hotel is not located in the city, as they say on their site. It was easy to find by car. There is construction work happening on a site adjacent to the hotel but there was no disturbance at all. Staff were beyond polite and friendly, specially Amelike at reception. She gave us a map, perfectly accurate directions to the city centre, tips on where to find good and non-extortionately priced food and a very friendly smile. The room was as I requested. As I was travelling with a friend and m... Read more

This hotel is just outside the city center of Brugge. We have chosen this hotel for it's parking facility. This hotel is very popular for tourist busses trips. When we stayed here for 6 days/nights there were 3 busses. Still we were able to park our car. The room is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Also the dinner is good. We only had 1 dinner here, in the first night of our stay. They are building a new wing for the hotel but we didn't have any p... Read more

Good accommodation in Bruges, clean and comfortable, offering a lot of amenities (including wi-fi and parking) with friendly staff. The minus point is that it's a bit off center, and the road is not a very pleasant one for walking after hours. Apart from this, it is a good base for exploring the area, and comes at a descent cost compared to more centrally located hotels.

If you don't mind being too far outside the city of Brugge, this hotel is perfect. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Rooms are generously sized and kept spotlessly clean. Only took the breakfast option here, but so worth it. Plenty of variety and lots of it. Is a definite place to stay when I return.

Veey good welcome on arrival by a very helpful and knowledgable member of staff and bikes quickly parked. A voucher for a free drink was provided on arrival which was a nice touch. The rooms are light and airy with comfortable beds good TV etc. No mini bar but a fridge you are welcome to stock yourself from Lidle or Aldie which are only 200 metres away. Food was average for this type of hotel and slightly institutional feel due to the accommodation of coach parties. Overall enjoyed the stay o... Read more

First time in this hotel for a 2 day meeting. The hotel is located not too far from the centre of Bruges. What makes this hotel special is the following: The excellent service from reception, we were welcomed by Geert with a big smile and he was extremely helpful. The conference facilities are comparable to any 5 star hotel, every coffee break are always different, fresh fruit salad, cake, Danish pastries, sliced watermelon, etc... You name it they serve it. My partner and I stayed In this hotel really last minute after we planned a day trip to Bruges from the UK that we decided to a few days before stay the night. On arrival the hotel looks to be in quite a quiet and derelict area of Bruges with some local building work going on, however it is only around a 30-40 minute slow stroll away from the centre of town. On arrival the receptionist was friendly, warm and very welcoming; we were given a map of the surrounding area and told how to get to the h... Read more

We stayed here while doing a cycle holiday with 4 other couples. It's a perfect location for cycling to Bruges centre, or lovely surrounding countryside. Quiet, but easy access. Hotel is clean and spacious inside, with very helpful staff at reception (thank you Benoit) and friendly in the restaurant too. And all at an exceptionally good price. Couldn't fault it.

Poor customer service and finding ways to deceive gullible tourists ! Beware of acting on their advice. Rooms have bad beds. Quite far from city center and tourist attractions !! Only good thing was 10 euro taxi fare to and fro hotel to city center Try finding a hotel closer to Markt or city center attractions. Don't fall for cheap price deals at Velotel... We ended up paying similar to what we would have paid in city center hotel , after all the hidden surcharges

Nice and newer construction. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great wifi connection, free parking but limited parking spots, even had a coffee maker in the room. Although there was a fridge in the room, it did not work. Breakfast is not included in room stay, additional fee they try to convince you to pre-purchase upon check-in, but you don't need to get it. Location is a bit of a hike if you want to walk to city center, but they do offer discounted taxi rides. Very friendly staff to welcome you. ... Read more

Stayed here as a family while visiting Brugge. The rooms are small but the beds are comfy and the room air conditioned. The staff was GREAT we were greeted by Geert. He was very helpful and friendly. He was super helpful when my youngest got extremely sick. He pointed out the nearest hospital and even let us shower her after she got sick on herself even though we had already checked out. I forgot a few things in my room and he made sure they were all returned to me. Geert is what truly made out ... Read more

Hotel has the facilities of a 4-star hotel, however the way that is accomplished is through fulfulling the very minimum of the standards. Air conditining hardly worked, beds are so-so, and bathroom was OKish, with a slight penetrating smell. Food was good, and breakfast has everything you see in intercontinental breakfast. All in all, my felling is that the prices should drop to some 75% or so of its original price to bring price/quality in balance.

This hotel I found was nice to look at and the rooms were well equipped. They do have the use of an iron that you can request from reception. Breakfast is ‚?¨15 per person. We only stayed one night so we just wanted a simple dinner, so we went to the Station Bruges and there we found a dominos pizza and subway which was perfect for what we were looking for. The rooms were disable with comfortable beds and enough space, however the bathrooms were rather stuffy. The TV was excellent with enough channels to choose from etc. Downstairs the food is average. The location is not desirable it is in an industrial area far from the city. And the rooms are way overpriced.

Chose this as it was just outside the main town centre so was good to see so much free car parking round the back of the hotel. Welcoming staff at front desk with good English spoken. They have a Eur10 per journey arrangement with the local taxi firm right by the main square in town - its actually only Eur8 but the hotel clearly makes Eur2 each time - but that's ok because they arrange everything and its worth the money for its convenience (only takes 5 minutes). Modern, well-appointed rooms, with a wide range of TV channels in a variety of languages. Excellent breakfasts, though the prices are oriented towards more affluent travellers. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is its distance from the city centre, which can be a problem in the evenings when there is no public transport available.

Geert was so kind to bring my papers to me at the hotel bar. I felt very welcomed and comfortable at my stay here!
