I stayed here for three nights with my wife and three year old. This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and relaxed staff. Our three year old loved it here. The hotel is close to the centre of Brugge, which is not a large place. The continental breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed our visit here.

The rooms are great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good. The best thing though is that this hotel is located inside the city center. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in Brugges complimented by the hotel. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was superb every day. A special thank you to Virginie for sorting a restaurant on New Years eve. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and they won't be disappointed

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Bruges although that means it's a 20 minute walk from the train station. The city is way nicer than Brussels in my opinion, it's more picturesque. The hotel is clean, close to the centre but far away enough from the hustle of the city. The staff are super friendly, Raymond who is a pleasure to speak to has an extensive knowledge of everything to do/eat in the local area and is always willing to help. We didn't manage to get breakfast but as far as... Read more

Family of 4 trip to Brugge. A great hotel in a fabulous location, convenient to all the major attractions! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is boutique-like, so not your normal cookie cutter design. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Reasonably priced for the centre of Brugge. Breakfast was continental, no hot foods which was a slight drawback, but still very good. Would be nice to have a TV in the sitting area in our family room. Also, would be great to have coffee/t... Lovely location in a quiet street just off the main roads. Everything is within walking distance - including the train station - it took us 15 minutes to get there to catch trains to Brussels (and then the Eurostar). It is pricey for what you get, but the rooms are huge and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. No coffee or tea in the room, but some downstairs which you can help yourself too - as well as some lovely pastries. Would return any day!

Stayed for 2 nights with my 11 year old son. The hotel check in time is 3:30pm but there is a luggage room to leave any bags. There is coffee and croissants in the lobby area. The hotel is clean with modern rooms and nice large bathrooms. On both nights had a good night's sleep.... One of the best beds I have slept on ! Breakfast is good with a limited choice of cereals, granola, boiled eggs, cold meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, croissants, yogurts, tea, coffee, juice. The hotel is convenientl... Read more

Have stayed here twice and would not stay anywhere else in Brugge. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, welcoming. Perfect location and really good value. The breakfast is excellent and set in a lovely room. Can't fault it!!

We stayed here on October 6th, unfortunately only for one night. It is a very comfortable hotel in the heart of Bruges - get rid of your car and walk everywhere. Nice large modern bedroom and bathroom and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bruges.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel very recently for a long weekend in Bruges. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by Raymond which was a lovely welcome. He gave us an overview of Bruges and great tips for sightseeing, eating out etc. Our first impressions of the hotel itself were also good, with a nicely decorated foyer and an outside area which I can see being popular in the warmer months. Our room was great; we had a standard double with ample space for two. It was also well decora... Read more
