Positives: Attractive location. Right by a waterway and bridge. Friendly English speaking staff. Room was comfortable. Radiator really heated up the room and kept the cold at bay.. Breakfast facility was good. Working lift. Bathroom shower was a pleasure to use. Only minor negatives here. Watch the bathroom radiator. Right by the toilet in our room. It seemed to be full blast or off. Keep your leg away from it or else. Towels a bit thin. Overall well worth the price and would recommend it to... Read more

Good location near the centre, nice view in frond of the hotel, it has indoor parking, nice breakfast, helpful staff, clean rooms but need renovation. Well it's quite good for the money you pay but definitely can be way better.

I arrived at the Europ Hotel at 4pm and on walking into the hotel I had to walk passed two members of staff smoking on the steps which was not good. The hotel was good for the price but the window in my room did not open which was a down side, breakfast was very good. Would I return again !!! Not through a cloud of smoke B B

Great location, easy to find, just minutes from Markt Square, and right by a picturesque canal. Aesthetically pleasing lobby and dining area. Really great wifi. Breakfast was pretty standard and good. Good radiator in the bathroom. Shower was quite spacious compared to usual European showers. Room and bathroom not very clean. Dust balls and hair in corners. Very slight mildew smell in bathroom. Water drained slowly in the shower after first use. We saw and heard them in the process of renovati... Read more

Arrived a little earlier than planned, but the rooms were ready. Better than many 5* hotels. Chap on reception was really helpful. We talked about parking, and ended up borrowing a disc (?5 deposit) that allowed us to street park 5 mins from the hotel for free. We had to go back to the car every 4 hours to reset the disc, but the city is quite small it was never an inconvenience. Plus, having left Paris and paid ?29 per day, I was happy to do it. He also gave us a map, plotted the route t... Read more

A great location. A nice old fashioned Hotel that fits into the character of the town. The doors were a bit annoying. They had to be pulled closed which was quite loud.othterwise friendly service and clean rooms to an affordable preis.

Came here with a group of lads for a stag do. The hotel has a very traditional look. located very close to the centre. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and pretty. I am going to take my wife here in the future as Bruges is beautiful.

The Hotel was in the stages of redecoration, but even with the workmen trying to continue with their day, this hotel is fab. Reception very helpful and the room was massive. Two big beds, bucket chairs and a table. Plenty of room to store cases and clothes. The bathroom was big too. Lovely view onto the river which is just outside with a bridge into the centre. 5 mins walk from the square. The breakfast was plentiful and always being replenished. Would definitely stay here again.

Small and excellent hotel for a few nights that is centrally located (10 min walk from main market square, Grote Market) in Bruges. Hotel overlooks a canal with beautiful and peaceful streets around it. Photos on the website are true to the real picture! Very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast spread, including hard-boiled eggs and hams and breads and cereals and orange juice. The double room we had is airy and large and includes a cupboard for storing a carry-on bag. The TV works ... Read more

We stayed here recently for a few nights and had a great experience! The location is ideally located close to the square in the old town so it is easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast is sufficient. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean and have pretty views over rooftops. If highly recommend this as a very reasonably priced place to stay in a stunning town!

Great location for getting around Brugges center. Rooms were clean and accommodating for our family of five. We were traveling with 10 people total and everything was great, from the breakfast in the morning to the service/staff. Downside: we were here during a couple of very hot days and a fan in the room would have been appreciated. Tip:make sure to specify time of arrival as the front desk does close and the front door is looked at 10pm.

A lovely big room. Big enough for the four of us. Lovely old building. Bathroom clean and double sinks. Breakfast was included and when travelling with a family of four that's really important. It was also healthy with plenty of everything. No air conditioning as its against city regulations. Our room overlooked the canal which was also great for us.

We really loved this hotel. It's right in the heart of Bruges, overlooking one of the beautiful canals. If you're arriving by car - as we were - it's quite an adventure of narrow cobbled one way streets to find the place but there seems to be plenty of parking once you're there. We'd booked a space in a parking garage for an extra fee - worth it for the peace of mind of knowing the car was safe. We were guided to a very small private garage in the street at the side of the hotel - I'm not sure ... Read more

A charming hotel not far from the main square. This was one of the cheaper hotels I could find for my budget so I was pleasantly surprised when I got to this hotel and finally to my room. The decor is unique including wooden cabinets and pretty curtains whilst the bathrooms are modern. I was also happy there was a TV with plenty of channel choices. There was a good variety on the breakfast buffet in the morning and the staff are very friendly and gave me a useful map to use for my sight-seeing i... Read more
