We stayed in Barbados New Year's Weekend in St Philip.. No definite plans. However, not wanting to drive at night after drinking etc, I decided to last minute find something on the West Coast. Last minute deal here at Radisson. Upon check-in, we knew we made the right decision. The girls at the desk were super nice and accommodating. Our room had a wonderful view. Beach is beautiful and not too crowded.. Thought we would just be having dinner, turns out they had a DJ and a Dinner Buffet.. Chef ... Read more

As a Radisson this hotel falls into the category of mid-level hotels, that include mid-level hotel expectations. Our arrival on a Thursday was very promising, the staff was very pleasing and the Beach BBQ Dinner was outstanding. Our room was a Balcony Beachfront Deluxe at about USD 500 a night. We immediately informed the staff that we were neither satisfied with the location, nor the condition of the room. We were informed that they would check on a daily basis about the availability of anoth... Read more

We stayed here for a week before Christmas before going on our cruise. We got upgraded as it was my birthday to 2 seaview rooms (505) interconnected to another as a family of 5 which was kindly guaranteed months before which is a first as normally we get told it can't always. E guaranteed. The room was perfect. Lovely comfortable bed although I never slept in as couldn't wait every morning to go on the balcony with a coffee (good machine in room) and watch the horses having a sea bath! I loved w... Stayed one night in between flights. Room was not ready upon check-in and we had to wait 3 hours until it was, however we were offered breakfast as compensation. Very nice beach. Air conditioner was so noisy that we turned it off.

So we stayed here for 10 days family of 4 so we had 2 rooms Suprisingly it was not crowded even though it was peak season Read the reviews in advance so we knew what we were in for... went into the experience with the spirit of roughing it a little looking forward to a laid back relaxing trip. We had a nice time over all but if your a light sleeper or super picky , don't like to venture out into the culture or this is the only trip your going to take this year ...this is likly not the best o... We stay in hotels of the radisson chain since many years on holidays (Aruba, Cancun, Phuket, Goa, New York, Bangkok, Istanbul, Panama, Bali, Prague, Madrid, spa etc) as we always appreciate the high standards and nice surprises. The radisson Barbados is overall ok but can not live up to the standards of the other radisson hotels we visited. We arrived at 11am and our room was not ready which is unsurprising in high season. We were told to wait in the lobby till our room was ready. Alternati... Read more

My family and I stayed from Nov 22-26, 2016 (2 adults, 2 children). Okay for the positives: excellent staff (@ the front desk; in the restaurants; and our room attendants). The view of the beach... absolutely exquisite! The food was okay, the best was Cuz' around the corner! So now for the areas of improvements. 1) I had checked the reviews in January, 2016 when I was advised that construction was taking place and would be done by October, 2016 so why was the hotel still working on the seco... If you are looking for a luxury hotel with easy access to a beautiful beach and in close proximity to the capital, then Radisson is it. There are loads of beach activities and private hotel tours that are available. The views while having breakfast and while relaxing at the pool or on the beach itself are breathtaking. There is also an amazing sunset!!

Especially loved the location, right on the beach, bright blue ocean water and soft powdery white sand. My room had a horrible view on the roof but a lot of room have ocean views. Loved the attention when they give you a platter with a collation upon arrival and 2 bottles of mineral water every day
