Hotel was a gem 10 years ago, it's starting to show its age. Food service was painfully slow. Still a nice resort, but after the checking I never got a full towel set in one visit, it always required two trips. Close to Bridgetown.

We have just enjoyed another blissful 10-day stay at the lovely Barbados Hilton resort property! We thought this was the most relaxing vacation we have ever experienced!! The big picture: This is an absolutely gorgeous and well-maintained property - every room has a water view. The staff will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. This resort has the most friendly staff we have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Conveniently situated on a beach that can be walked along the So... Read more

We have stayed at the Hilton in Barbados many times over the past few years. We saw the hotel as a nicer, more welcoming venue than the Fairmont or Crane. Despite our enjoyment of many aspects of our stay this time we felt that standards were slipping. The beach staff seemed more interested in their phones than their duties and I struggled at times to get the attention of staff at reception. The staff in general is pleasant and happy. The inconsistencies in housekeeping is something that coul... Read more

Great location, friendly helpful staff just don't eat there. Felt more like eating in a second rate US City hotel . Shame so much going for them they don't upscale the eating experience. Only 1 restaurant open in the evening service slow and food second rate.

Stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend for my friend's birthday and had a fabulous time! We were on the Executive Level which gave us AMAZING views of the ocean and pool and access to the executive lounge which had a great breakfast and hors d'oeuvre prepared for us. The Hilton is located in a great location and is only a quick cab ride away from major attractions like Downtown Bridgetown, St. Lawrence Gap, Mt Gay Rum, etc. The staff was very nice and friendly and followed up anytime we had an iss... No kids club Room not cleaned properly I felt that we got a lot of attention with the kids on the very last day from staff coming up to them saying, how's my best friend today? When I don't think they had even spoken to them for the whole two weeks we were there unbelievable really that was in the breakfast room and then the cleaner hinted that it would be his last day two days before we were due to leave which I thought was his way of hinting for a tip because he wouldn't be there when we left,... This is an amazing resort - stayed here in March for a girls' weekend. Our room was quite nice and the deck and ocean view was fantastic! The room was clean and nice and cool and the beds are really comfortable. This is the perfect place for getting away from the stresses of life to just relax and chill at the beach. The beach is beautiful and private. We had breakfast everyday at the buffet which is a little expensive but the food is great and it was lovely to sit outside and just have a leisur... Read more

Good hotel but if you're a couple, the adjoining rooms can be a bit much. We heard every cough, sneeze, cry, and scream, of the children next to us. We would have loved a room that was just ours with no adjoining door. That would have made for a better experience.

Very clean and great staff! Not a far beach walk from restaurants and different beaches. A beach walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. We had a room with double beds and an ocean view. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Didn't take advantage of the tour desk but there is someone in the lobby to help with booking tours. My only complaint was that the drinks were weak and the room service quality was not consistent. If you get hungry late and you are tired, don't count on the ro... Read more

We planned to stay there for one week and when our second hotel was not what we had hoped for, we called Alana at the Hilton to see if we could come back and not only did she say yes, she welcomed us with the most warm Bajan greeting you could ask for. We just got back from a week at the Hilton in Barbados and were very happy with the hotel. The beaches were great- there are 2 areas in the front and another separate beach near the dive shop in the back that was flat calm -suitable for snorkeling and paddle boarding! The pools, hot tub and bar area were also top notch- food was yummy and service great! After a lot of careful research, combined with a certain comfort and confidence level of Hilton, we booked here and have no regrets. My family (2 teens, 18 and 16) thoroughly enjoyed the Hilton. We had adjoining rooms on the Executive Level 7th floor. The extra money spent for Executive level was well worth it. The rooms are updated with hardwood floors, mini-refrigerator, robes, slippers and safe. Bathroom had a separate shower and tub. Hair dryer and ironing board also in room. Cable TV servic... This Hilton is well worth the price. The staff made it an unforgettable experience and we're great with my family. I recommend this to any honors member or person in general. The beach is great for both people looking for waves and a quieter side. The pools were always clean and not crowded. Overall I would say this is one of the best all around Hilton's I have stayed at in my many years of being a Diamond member.

I recommend getting the executive level if you are with multiple kids. Was my wife, 3 kids and myself and the perks from the executive level came in handy if you are staying multiple days [free drinks, snacks, continental breakfast / light snacks for dinner. Kids under 12 get 50% off meals and kids under 5 are free so you can gain additional savings from that as well. Definitely worth it to visit, even for a daycation and I will definitely visit again when I return to Barbados next year.

The hotel is gorgeous with an amazing staff! You can't go wrong by staying here. The gym is club quality. Large with a lot of equipment. We had a view on the beachside and it was amazing!! Never seen that! Rooms were very good. Airconditioning also very good. No noise. Swimming pools very nice and they cleaned them every day. Enough sunbeds at the pools and even more at the beach. Very big beach. Unfortunately there were a lot of stones and sometimes glass in the sand. It is a pity that they don't clean this up. Towelservice very good. Breakfast buffet was very nice. It's a pricey hotel but it's worth it.

Breakfast was expensive. There was good choice for most things with excellent omelettes but there were relatively few tropical fruits for a tropical island. It was like a breakfast in the northern part of the hemisphere. There were bananas on most days, apples, tinned peaches, melon, and pineapple but no mango, pawpaw on only two days, no guava, no coconut or coconut milk, no passion fruit or grenadilla.
