Best way to spend Christmas ever. An idyllic location right on the beach. The staff (all of them) were so genuinely friendly and helpful, a true credit to whoever was in charge. The only downside was that the adjacent restaurant (Daphne's) had been storm damaged shortly before our visit. We had been looking forward to long lunches and early evening sun downers here but it was not to be. Instead we had to listen to the sawing, drilling and hammering every day while the place was being built. ... Read more

The House is a small, beautiful property ... chic, with a casual vibe. The entire staff is wonderful ... very caring, thoughtful and helpful. The food and beverages were delicious as well. The perfect vacation to unwind and relax. We will return!

We have just returned from The House having stayed for 9 nights from the 3rd to 12th December inclusive. The staff here are the very best - knowledgeable, attentive and anxious to ensure that you have a relaxing time. It is often easy to pick on something small and focus on the negatives but we prefer to judge on how relaxed we feel whilst on holiday and more importantly on how we feel when we return. Our stay was superb, as always and I cannot recommend this hotel and its staff to you enough... Read more

We have just returned from The House were we spent 8 days. Whilst the staff were charming and helpful we would not return. We travel extensively and particularly enjoy boutique style luxury hotels and the house didn't live up to that title. The pool area is old and tired and the situation regarding getting a sunned bordered on the ridiculous. If there were enough sun beds that would not have been a problem but if the hotel is full there aren't enough beds. I assume because of this people be... Read more

Returned this week from 10 days at The House. We had a beautiful room with direct access to the pool area - very comfortable, huge bed and efficient aircon. Bathroom though clean and well stocked definitely in need of modernisation - just felt dated. As I am a very early riser the sunbed situation did not affect me directly but it was a big issue when we were there. Our first two mornings there was not a bed to be had anywhere by 7am - I do not believe there are enough if the hotel is full! ... Read more

We got offered to stay here on the night of our wedding we were at waves for 10 nights so thought it would be a nice idea. We were very disappointed indeed. We arrived at 930 pm and no one seemed to know why we were there and I was stood in my wedding dress . It did not feel special at all . The guys were very nice and friendly but didn't know about our stay at all and the hotel was dead and no one in sight. After a glass of champagne and feeling a fool we asked to go to our room again no on... Read more

We have just returned from a week's stay at The House. On arrival we were sat in the main central area which serves as a general lounge and Reception area, given a welcome drink and then left for longer than we would have ideally liked after finishing our drinks wondering the reason for the delay. We were then shown to our room and given an efficious introduction to it's facilities. We had booked a one bedroom ocean view suite and whilst the view of the Caribbean Sea was beautiful, the room its... Read more

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon in October. The hotel itself is lovely and quiet with a very relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spacious, with a lovely view and was kept really clean. The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you. we would definitely stay here again.

We've just returned from another week at The House and still love this hotel. What makes this place so special is definitely the staff, all of whom seem to love working there which obviously results in fabulous service. The relaxed atmosphere makes for a perfect Caribbean holiday with no pressure to conform to stuffy dress codes yet feeling equally at home if wanting to have an elegant evening. We stayed in an ocean front one bedroom suite and loved watching the sunset on the balcony with a glas... Read more
