Ideally located on 3½ acres of tropical landscape, this hotel has rooms offering panoramic views of the ocean, pool or island. The centerpiece of its lush gardens is the large swimming pool, which has a shallow bank for lounging and a swim-up bar for icy-cold refreshments. For the more active guests, there is a fully equipped gym and of course, we are right on the beach for your swimming and sun-bathing pleasure. Golf is also available only 15 minutes away at the Barbados Golf
And, when the sun sets, it is time to enjoy a true Caribbean night in any of our restaurants or bars – whether it be enjoying cocktails in the air-conditioned comfort of the Sand Bar, or Caribbean and International cuisine in the Coco Patch Restaurant. For Fine dining there is the "Wytukai Restaurant" the only Polynesian Restarant on the island. The nearby "Fig Tree" snack bar offers additional treats and light meals during the day. "A fantastic 5 night stay! Clean, comfortable Ocean View room with that made my girlfriend & I enjoy our first trip to Barbados. Service was friendly, professional & informative. The grounds were lovely, and pools and beach were fine. Of course, you need to get out early to 'reserve' a prime beach umbrella for maximum enjoyment."

"i had a wonderful stay at the accra beach hotel. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times, no matter who you spoke to. the rooms were ok, but nice enough and super clean. the maid service was excellent and took great care in tidying up the rooms. we went to other beach all over the island as we rented a car. i noted that accra had a very nice beach, whereas some were very rocky. i spent a lot of time laying on the beach under an umbrella and swimming in the ocean since the ocean was a bit warmer than the pool. the food at the restraraunt wasnt the best but it didnt matter because we went out to dinner every night and found fantastic restaraunts all over the island. all in all we had a fantastic value at the accra."

"We had the most wonderful time at Accra Beach Hotel. We will definitely go back (hopefully soon).
Room: Check-in was easy and fast and our room was ready when we got there. We did our research before booking an ocean front room and we couldn't have been happier. It was big, clean, well appointed with a beautiful patio with a jacuzzi on it. We could see the pool as well which was very well maintained.
Beach: The beach was beautiful. Getting towels and set up was super easy. Give your towel cards to the person near the pool, ask them if they can set up chairs and an umbrella (they even have drink holding tables - which we found very convenient). When your towel is on your chair, that's yours for the day. It's a lovely unspoken rule that everyone abided by. The water was spectacular - clean, crystal clear, not one shred of seaweed. The sand was soft and almost pink at the shoreline.
Pool: We only went in the pool once (to get a drink at the swim up bar). It was chilly and refreshing but we definitely are beach people so we spent 90% of our time there. The pool was clean, quiet, and well maintained.
Staff: The staff was some of the friendliest we've encountered. There was one salty barman and one poor waiter but other than that, everyone couldn't have been more lovely and gracious. We had to remind ourselves we were on 'island time' on many occasions, but that's because we actually were. As NYC dwellers, sometimes it's nice to be reminded that not everyone in the world moves (and eats) as fast as we do (and that it's okay).
Food: Meh. Food was mediocre at best. Again, not the point of the vacation and quite frankly I didn't care that much since that wasn't the point of me being in Barbados. The hotel did set up some lovely reservations for us at local restaurants which were fantastic. They even told one restaurant that it was my boyfriend's bday and they knew when we walked in. So special. The best idea we had was to order room service for breakfast because that was prompt, easy and delicious.
Location: Amazing. The Rockley Beach area is fantastic. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center where you can get water, suntan lotion, food (just grillin was a fave), ice cream, etc.
Overall: we had the best time at the Accra Beach Hotel. The people were lovely and the accommodations were lovely. Book an ocean or pool view or ocean front room and you will not be disappointed.

"My only, ONLY complaint about the Accra was that my room was supposed to be ready when I got there at 3 and it wasn't ready until after 4.
But I would definitely go again. The staff was great, the view was outstanding and the food was wonderful.
