"The hotel was ok for the money but there is not signs what so ever on chek out time guess why .I went with my wife for a 3 nights package having to meet at the lobby at 5:30 pm on sunday for departure left my loadgage in the room till 4 and when I went to get it the door was locked went to the lobby just to find out that I was been penalized with a 100 dollars late check out ask to speak with the manager a rude hipo that instead of helping laugh at me and show me the sign in contract with an underline little whriting check out at 4 pm. I guess they spect you to carrie your bags all around the very small facilities until departure not worth it cheap wana bess never come back or recomend"

"they charged us an energy charge of 112.00 dollars. we do not appreicate these extra charges my husband is upset and says we will not book withyou again because of this. the resort was great."
Posted: Tue, Nov 29, 2011"Very old building but has potiental. Understaffed as far as taking care of the grounds. Only one restaurant for breakfast and supper(buffet style), food was ok. Wahoos for lunch was good, it needs to stay open as long as the pools open. You get what you pay for, so I hope you don't spend alot. Public ocean beach was about 3 blocks away (nice walk). Paradise Island Market/shopping center was about 4 blocks. If your a diver you have to visit Stuarts Cove. Excellent shark encounter."

"I just got back from a girls trip to Paradise Island. I went with my sister and two friends. We had an absolute blast! While the room wasn't super fancy, it was definitely sufficient. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway, only showering, and sleeping. Everyone who worked at the Paradise Island Harbour Resort was so friendly and accommodating. The service was awesome, and the food pleasantly surprised me. By the end of our 5 night stay, we were friends with probably half of the staff. The pool was where we spent most of our time. The resort is just a 10 minute walk to the public beach, which is beautiful, and a 5 minute walk to Atlantis (don't take a cab.) This is a great place for families! "
