"The pool was nice, clean, but very cold. The hot tub was hot, but no bubbles.Plumbing in rooms needed repair. The rooms were always clean, staff was very friendly and the food and drinks were good. Good budget vacation. The pictures on the internet may be distorted. Very small beach area and the circle walkway around the beach is closed to the public. I liked the all inclusive and felt we got our moneys worth.This resort is going to be updated in July and it has great potential when everything is completed."

"This resort totally blew my mind! I read all the reviews both good & bad before my vaca & just went with an open mind & left completely satisfied. The property is under new management so know that most of the negative reviews have been addressed. All restaurants were open & functioning. The food in the buffet was limited in variety but was well seasoned & prepared perfectly. If ur looking for a snobby, expensive, stuck up resort then go somewhere else! If ur looking for a nice well priced, gay friendly, family friendly, fun resort,then stay here! We will go back & we will stay here again."

"We arrived the day before Hurricane Sandy so a lot of our stay was extremely limited. The Staff was great and they did their best with the conditions we had. One thing though was all they have is a buffet restaurant and the pool Bar offered some decent fast food type of meals. The better restaurant is closed from July to December though they offered one item from their menu each day most of which were not anything I would have ordered. The buffet was themed each day, Cuban, Italian, seafood, etc. Though the selections were OK they were similar variations each day. The evening entertainment seemed to be geared o the locals that I assume were there because of the storm and they ran out of many drink mixes daily, i.e. Pina colada mix, Mango mix, etc."

"Our overall trip was pleasant. The hotel staff was cordial and professional. The meals were decent.The bathrooms were old. The hotel definately could use some remodeling. Neighboring hotels make Paradise Island look like a low budget dump."

"It was Hectic in the beginning. The rooms were not ready or adjoining/ next to one another as requested and reserved. The food times were limiting, and limiting on restuarants to to at. only three on site with one being a bar. the beach was small hot tub was just hot water, no jets no acual spa/hot tub. it was quiet family friendly. just have to get past the initial impression of the lack of organization and rooms when arrived. The island itself had very limting beaches so the small beach was not too bad. Hotel was in walking distance to casinos and small shops."
