"Viva Wyndham Resort was a good value! I enjoyed everything about the experience and my only dissapointment was the food at the resort. I wish they would step it up a bit with the food put out for meals. With a better quality of food, the resort would seem much nicer."

"We found most of the reviews to be accurate -- food was not good, drinks were limited and the lines were long (especially when the cruise ship people came for the day), it was impossible to get clean towels or toilet paper for our room if the housekeeper was off duty or not around, etc...We knew this was how it was going to be, so we did not have high expectations. The cost was incredibly cheap, so we went in with the fact that we would enjoy a great beach vacation and not gain any weight from excessive eating or drinking. Our room/view was absolutely worth the cost of the trip. The beach is gorgeous and the room was oceanfront -- you literally step off the balcony and on to the beach. Where else can you do that? Well worth the price of the room! Our family of 6 spent all of our time on the beach, partaking in all the activities they offered -- volleyball, basketball, trapeze, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, archery, bocci ball, zumba classes. It was a ton of fun. Keep an open mind and know that you get what you pay for, which is a great beach, and whatever fun you want to get out of it."

"Resort was very bad maintained and lacking management and the elementary sanitation rules. Neither in the main dining area nor in any of the restaurants there was a restroom, so the patrons can't have a chance to start their dining by washing their hands. Food choices were very limited and the overall quality was pretty much as much as you can find in Old Country Buffet. The best didning experience were burgers and fries served on the beach area and pizzas served after 10pm. Drink choices were also very limited; I asked for generic brandy and they did not have it. In the room they have a refrigerator which we found it empty and nobody filled in. There is caffe brewing machine in the room but room service does not replenish the consumed pouches. We had to ask in order to get coffee, which is quite odd compared with other all inclusive places we have been in the past. Front desk people of bahamian origin were very helpful, but the customer relation personnel brought from Europe were very rude. I specially will like to mention a customer representative. She was trying to sell us the idea that I should be very happy that this all inclusive resort is giving us one and only one bottle of water on arrival and we are expected to refill it on the bar's tap; otherwise we have to buy it in a store within the resort. We paid extra for Vista room, but it was not worthy a penny; there is no elevator to raise a handy cap person or luggages on the second floor. We did not like the first room for reasons which will be very embarrasing to mention here and they put us in another one, which was relatively better room with two queen size beds, but had only one plastic chair in the balcony.
The resort is graded as 3stars but my overall experience belongs to 1star or 2 stars at my best. I definitely will not recommend to my frends and relatives and I let them know my opinion.

"Pros- beautiful beach, quiet location and very friendly staff. My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights March 11-15/2013. We chose the location because of the dive shop on site- the staff was fabulous. we did 5 dives, 3 of which in shark alley. My daughter completed her PADI Jr Open Water certification and the instructors staff were absolutely wonderful.
Cons- We coincided with spring break from several northern US colleges- they were a noisy, raunchy, drunken bunch, making the place unsuitable for families. That is not the staff's fault, just the reality of the situation. The food was cafeteria grade, with nothing really exceptional, or flavorful."

"We had a great relaxing time at Viva. We were literally right on the beach. The beach is clean and the water crystal clear. The resort was very very clean including our room. Everyone who worked there always had a smile. The food was ok. We did enjoy getting our own non alcoholic drinks without always having to go to the bartender as most places do. The entertainment was very good but I only wish that it would have started a bit earlier in the evening. If your looking for a great beach to just relax and read this is it!"

"We enjoyed ourselves while there we were there for 14 nights. One week would have been enough--got restless after that. We found the staf friendly and helpful. The animation team fun and put on good evening shows. Food was avail all day somewhere. The buffet had many choices at every meal. We never lacked for anything. The food temp was not as hot as it could have been. Clean efficient workers all over the resort. We did go on a couple of off resort tours via taxi. There could be a shuttle service a few times a day so peaple could get to markets, casino, downtown."

"We stayed there in December of 2007. It was not good then. However some rooms were being updated. We thought that it would be much better now. Not the case. The only good points about it were the unlimited alcohol and the yoiug people who performed the entertainment each night. Nothing was up to standards. It truly seems as if management is letting it run down so that when they dump it, they will not be missing much. Our air conditioner had no plate covering the wiring and the wire nuts were loose. One outlet behind the bed was loose in the wall so that when we pushed the plug in to get a better connection, it simply retracted into the wall. The shower had no way to mix the hot and cold water. It was scalding hot on one side of middle and ice cold on the other. On several days we did not receive wash cloths or hand towels. Food in the buffet was usually just tepid. The hot tub/spa heater was not working on 3 of the 7 days we were there. No matter how many timew we asked for help and maintenance, even asking for another room, our requests fell on deaf ears. I would never go back there. It probably was a nice place when it was built, but it has been allowed to go to seed. We heard many of the same complaints from other guests."

"The view is beautiful, pool should be heated this time of the year. Staff could be friendlier. Had no shower gell for 3 days asked 2 times. 1 wash cloths for 2 people for 2 days.( I didn't dare give it up) I even told one person that had just cleaned our room that we needed wash cloths she was 1 door away and it still took another day to get some. The shower could use some shelves. Telephone never worked in our room or the room of our friends. We bought a calling card so we could call home. Told the front desk about the phone and they just said it must not be working, well da I could have told you that ( oh I just did) The food had a good flavour but it was not hot.
The beach bar was limited on the drinks you could get. If you wanted anything you had to go to the main bar."

"I was very disappointed with our trip to the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach resort. The private driver was late getting to the airport so we had to wait for him for starters. Checkin was unreal. We were the only ones there and the guy had to start over twice and never did get our names correct. Some rooms have been renovated; however the ones we stayed in were not and left alot to be desired. The room service was unbelievable. I put out the do not disturb sign just so they wouldn't take all my towels and not leave me any new ones, but that didn't even work. Every day I had to track someone down to get new towels. The dispensers were never filled and the same for the refrigerator which was supposed to have soft drinks and water. The television reception was quite hazy. The food at the buffet was cold and much was not what I would eat and I am not really a picky eater. The entertainment was lacking and there was noone who came to offer drinks at the beach. You had to get your own soda for mixed drinks from a 'bee' infested dispenser. On the other hand, the beach was fantastic. The sand was great. I didn't go in the water, but you could walk forever in either direction without issues. It was irritating to have to deal with the peddlers on the beach every day - all day trying to get your attention to either sell you things or get you free food and drinks. I would never go back to this resort again."

"Bottomline: Go only if you are stuck with Viva Wyndham timeshare and you have to use it;' else get ready for the third class treatment.
We paid extra for ocean front, the room we got where we had to search for ocean view, so I asked for real ocean view room, the room they gave didn't have hot water, toilet kept on running, yellow sink, not working shower; so we asked for refund or to give us their member special room; finally we got one working room. Still not to the standard but just working. We got fed up of changing room, so we stayed there.
In our 8 days of stay, not a single day the phones worked.
We paid for 4 people, but we got 4 towels only on one day when I paid her tip on Dec 26th; every other day she gave us 3 towels and we had to go to guest services and beg for towels. They sent some times, else again we had to go to the front desk and ask for towels--- every day (except one).
Don't even bother to go restrooms on the property, every restroom is surely dirty.
If you book from bookit, you don't get VIP treatment and hard to find table for breakfast, lunch etc.
Bamboo and Viva restaurants are OK, just ask your friends what to order, since some dishes were worth directly to send to the trash. But midnight pizza was surprisingly good.
Some night shows are good, but really poor lip singing. Do you have to give liquor as a gift to all (even teens?)
Don't bother to send email to the hotel, they never ever reply.
Zumba timings keep on changing, people over poolside desk have no idea ever.
Main bar is OK, just ask for Bahama special cocktails since they don't make good mai tai or margarita etc. Bahama Mama was OK, Mango punch was good, coffee at the bar is really good. Never bother to order coffee at Bamboo or Viva, it will spoil your mouth.
Never to go for Viva Wyndham even if we get it for free.
BTW, what deal bookit has with the airline? We cannot confirm it and get the worst possible seats after check in."

"Very last minute trip. We knew we were booking a cheap deal so expectations were low. For what we paid we felt we got a good deal.
Hints: book ocean view room, book a restaurant early as they fill up quickly. We used the bikes to cycle to lucaya market and garden, both worth a visit.
Upon advice of others we cancelled our Asian booking, they said the food was terrible and worse than the cafeteria, Junkanoo. The Italian is good. On the last night we went to the pizza bar (opens at 11) at 9, tipped the chef $20, and we sat alone on the pavilion with a top pizza and bottle of red.
The liqors are all made in Kentucky and are as bad as they come, I would go for the one Barbados rum if you're into spirits, and the local sands beer is good.
I would not stay for longer than 3 days, I think boredom would set in. Overall for price, you can really beat it."

"Stayed here for five days, 4 nights over Memorial Weekend in May 2012. I would give this hotel an overall rating of 2.5 stars, in my opinion the BARE MINIMUM qualificiation to be considered for a vacation destination.rnrnFood (buffet) and restaurants were adaquate, plenty of options even for vegetarians, probably more enjoyed if you ate meat but I never felt skimped.rnrnBeach: sand and chairs were excellent quantity and location, however the water itself was very merky due to tons of sea weed and a completely rocky bottom so bring water shoes!rnrnEntertainment: AWESOME, this part gets 5 stars, lots of options of what to do at the beach, on the water, poolside, nightly entertainment, great variety and entertaining toornrnStaff: AWESOME, everyone was very friendly and nice and willing to go out of their way to help, out of maybe the 20-25 people I interacted with only 2 had attitude and those were short incurrences so can't discount the rest of the very friendly staff on their accordrnrnRoom: HORRIBLE, they put me in a handicapp room so first negative, my bathroom did NOT have a door (there was a curtain separating the bathroom from room) so that's a huge negative on my trip, the slidding door to patio was almost impossible to use and I don't think it ever actually locked, bugs bugs and more bugs, A/C leaked water so half my towels went to that daily and bed was rough - but I didn't care much about the room since I spent most of my time beach side or poolside so to teach their own.rnrnOverall if you're looking for a nice beach vacation on Grand Bahama Island and are looking for a Frugal All Inclusive option, this is the place, but I would personally never return but if someone gave me free room AND air, I would definitely be back but I would never pay for it myself!"

Cynthia from Raleigh, NC
"We stayed at the resort: Friday, May 25 - Monday, May 28:rnrnWe had no issues with checking-in. We arrived on a very delayed flight at checked into the hotel at approximately 2:00 a.m. Saturday (5/26). Kenzie was very warm and welcoming and provided us with all the information she had available for that time of the morning. (Weirdest thing was that our first room assigned #4106 door was open upon arrival and we were quickly given another room key only to find a security guard sleeping in our room. We did not complain as we did not want to get anyone in trouble over something so frivilous.)rnrnWe had rains on and off but nothing to dampen our long Memorial weekend stay.rnrnThe Room - We had the garden view room to which I have not seen a review on. While I am an ocean, beachfront room accommodations person, we had no issues with the tranquil beauty of a tropical garden view. We never used the patio (other than to hang our swimwear) as our goal was not to be in the room other than to sleep and shower and change. The A/C worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Adequate storage for 2 for a long weekend. There was also a small kitchette are with a one burner smooth top cook/warmer, sink, glass, silverware and flatware.rnrnFood - We ate all our meals at Junkanoo (main buffet dining hall). The food was nothing to write home about; however, there is something there for everyone. I had made to order egg white omelettes and for lunch and dinner I had what ever the fish of the day was with vegetables. The waiters and waitres were warm. Many smiled and spoke. rnrnThe beachbar burgers were the best I ever had away from home cooked burgers. I took a bite of the extra large/thick hotdog that was served on Monday inside the bar area because of threats of rain throughout the day. Did not eat at any of the restaurants that warranted reservations.rnrnThe Beach - The resort was not overly crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and on the beach. There were a few people on the beach trying to sell souvernirs and drink cups etc. however, they were not overly zealous. The beach sand is 'powdery' white. There is lots of beach to walk on either side of the resort. At low tide there is also a 'sand bar' to walk out on. You can view beautiful homes and local restaurant to take in on your wlak on the beach. rnrnThe activity shack offers FREE sailing, scuba, snorkeling, kayaks, wind surfing. We went kayaking; however, check with them before hand on how long you can go kayaking and the peremeters. We were not told this upfront and found out there are specific areas to kayak.rnrnThe staff were warm and friendly. We did not have any issues at this resort; however, for us, if you are not a drinker or love to eat; this place offers too much of everything. We determined that an all inclusive is not for us as we do not drink or eat too much so it's spending money that could be used towards a better resort or hotel.rnrnThe taxi from the airport to this resort is $25.00 one way for 2 people. The airport is approximately 15 minutes away. rnrnFlies tends to be an issue at this resort and as much as the staff tries to contain it, it's just a caribbean thing.rnrnHope this review is helpful."

"I recently visited this hotel and I will never stay here again. Flies, Flies, and more Flies. I did not eat any of the food offered at this hotel because everything was contaminated with Flies. You must find a better and more sanitary way to keep the food. I made several complaints, and nothing was done. I also dislike the visitor's restriction policy, where none of my family on the Island could come to my room and visit with me. I had to go out to the front gate to visit with them. They were not allowed to visit with me privately. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"PROS-- The view and the beach. View from our room was awesome. No need to upgrade, this was standard. The beach was beautiful. Clean, pleny of chairs/lounges on the beach and at the pool. CONS-- Rooms were poor. Need renovating. Bed was like a crater. Furniture was old, rusted, cabinets wouldn't stay closed. Coffee makers in rooms had wrong size carafe, so they wouldn't work. Shower had no soap/shampoo shevles, everything had to be on the shower floor, yuk!! Food was not worth the all inclusive price. Wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. Drinks were the headache type. Too sweet and very bottom shelf liquor. Hot tub--didn't work. Big bummer!! Tips- No ATM at the hotel. If you're using taxi's you'll need cash. $25 airport to hotel plus tip. Car rental available at the hotel. We did, it was great! We toured the island at our own pace. Take a big cup for drinks, bar glasses are maybe 8 oz.. The gift shop is expensive. The mini mart is very reasonable with lots of snacks, drinks, etc. The staff was friendly for the most part, especially the bartenders and the houskeeping staff."

"At the first impression the Viva Wyndham was the worst quality hotel I have ever stayed in. Most of the employees were cold and barely responsive. The second day I just wanted to get up and move to another resort. The food was horrible and they were flies swimming in some of the food in the salad bar. Even my 9 year old daughter asked why the food was so unhealthy and greasy. They served the same lousy drinks day after day. When I ask the bartender to make one of the drinks from the list on the wall he told me that those drinks do not exist. Two days later the list was gone. Everywhere you looked the place was falling apart including their landscaping or I should I say lock of it. The floors in the rooms and the bathrooms were mostly dirty especially in the corners. Some towels had holes in them and were very worn. There was only one tiny shampoo per room even if you had multiple family members staying in one room.
The entertaining staff was great and tried hard to keep people entertained. as well and the diving staff were happy to make your day exciting. The shows were amateur as best. I took a peak in the backstage and it does not look like they have much to work with. The music at the resort was great and the DJ at the pool entertaining.
We took advantage of kayaking, archery, sailing and diving instructions. We also took daily walks on the beach. If you take a left and keep on going until the 'end', before the rock point, you reach the most beautiful beach ever with crystal clear water and no sea weed that flows at the hotel side. We spend the best part of the day there.
Eventually you get use to the hotel and do not mind so much. This is a place you can go to dinner wearing old shirt and no one would even noticed.
I would not recommend staying there unless you are on the very tight budget and don't care about the quality of anything.

"My friends and I were there from 2/9- 2/17/13. The BEST part of the facility was the nightly entertainment...although not entirely professional, it was alot of fun and inclusive of all guests. MOST of the front desk personnel workers were rude - Check in is at 3 so when you arrive early you're stuck. The FOOD was inedible...we had to walk down the beach to find a real meal. I survived on cream cheese and croissants the entire trip. We met lots of other guests and NOT one persons' phone worked...electrical is questionable AT BEST. I always bring my own washrags - when we knew they did not have any I attempted to hide them on the outside railing to dry..they took them..they did bring them back, but told us Wyndham doesn't have washrags. The staff member in the fitness room is one good reason for traveling there :)"

"This vacation could have been a lot better if the service people, some bartenders, cleaning people and even the woman at the service desk had better work ethics and attitudes. After an uneventful check in, which was very smooth, we were off to our rooms. There were 3 custodians talking and standing near our room and I asked for bottled water, which was suppose to be complimentary, as well as coffee packs and 2 washcloths. I received the coffee later in the evening and the water the next night, not receiving the water or wash clothes until I went to the front desk and complained about everything twice. The young man at the desk did nothing, the woman had the custodians boss come take pictures of our room and the lack of supplies in the restroom. My husbands pillow case had not been changed from the previous guest as it had long black hair on each side, we both have short hair. The bed was stripped and changed then. The food on the buffet was usually luke warm and left overs from the day before, although the grill cooks, omelets, burgers or steaks, were great. The Italian restaurant was very good. The drinks were great, thank you, you did a great job. The pool was very cold, very few people swam, but a lot of sea gulls and pigeons. I enjoyed the beautiful beach, and the beach bar, when the peddlers weren't bothering us. After my friend bought something, the peddler expected us to get her beer from the beach bar, which did not happen. The entertainment staff were great, always working it seemed. I had a great time at their shows. I have stayed at all inclusive resorts before, in the Dominican Republic and in Mexico and will definitely go back to them. I will not return to this resort."

"This doesn't live up to the Viva Wyndham name.....the rooms were not very nice, my room had stains on the tile floors which I could easily clean up with a wet towel, (should had been mopped before a new arrival, now I was doing housekeepings job). Only 2 towels in our room, asked maid to bring more, didn't get them till after I spoke to the supervisers. As mentioned in previous review, the shower dispensers were not filled, the furntiure was very flimsy, the top of the bedside stands and desk top were dirty.
There was a very large crack in the sliding glass doors, but this issue was prompty taken care of the very next day.
The food in the buffets was plain, if you closed your eyes you would never know what you were eating.
The entertainment was good considering the entertaimers were also the workers and seemed to be on duty all day and night, great job guys.
There are 2 other restraunts on resort, which were a welcome change to the buffet, I very much like the Itialian restaurant .
The beach was beautiful and the water was so nice and clear, the pool area also was very nice, but the birds became a nuisance. They should do something about that. Same with the peddlers on the beach, always pestering me while trying to relax and vacation.
No, I would not recommend this resort to anyone, I should had listened to the reviews, but I though I was looking for the Taj Mal Hall, just a nice comfortable vacation spot to relax and soak up some sun.

"9 Days is tooooo long at this place...The food...oh my no words can not describe this, wasn't even good.....Nothing you could have for breakfast was even good...lived on Hamburgers at lunch every day.
The two mangers .. Roach1 and 2...their staff called them..thought they were something.STRUTTING around like they own the place......only good food was New Years Eve food outside and in both resturants..
Had to turn on air and keep it running to keep noise down at night...The beach and sand was beautiful....late in the afternoon the music by the pool and the guy on the mic made you want to stay in your room....This place needs a overhall of rooms food and staff and bartenders.........The BooZE was terrible....High winds but great sun......Please read before you go!!!"

"We requested a connecting room and assured in advance that we would have one. We even reminded them at chick-in but for some reason they were unable to accomodate us. Don't understand why because there were lots of empty room available since it was off season.
And our rooms that we had must have been an unpictured standard room because they did not match either of the pictures above or on any other pages so we were a little surprised when we arrived but it was exceptionally clean.
Our room had been freshly painted but our boys room had not and reaked of mold. Unfortunately, we did not realize it til our final day there as they never complained about it to us. One of our boys allergies were acting up all week and we didn't know why til we went into the room the last day. Next time I will check both rooms as this time I assumed that they were the same.
This room had not been renovated yet."

"Well I must say tha the Bahamas was a lovely place to visit... this resort was fine for the money BUT did have some issues.
PROS: The beach here is the best. Pretty clean ( except for the pigs who throw butts under the beach chairs..)...the resort does a GREAT job to keep the grounds/beach clean, orderly and it is NOT crowded..plenty of privacy away from the pool..lovely walks off the resort as well. This place is CLEAN with one exception. Nice room, GREAT housekeeping, spotless room....sparse and a little beat up but who cares....CLEAN trumps that any day!. Bikes are free to borrow every day and that is what my wife and I spent a lot of time doing...if you can I HIGHLY recommend renting a car and leaving the resort. Ask locals where the places are to go....The Wed. night beach fish fry, shark feeding off the piers, National Forest are all MUST SEE...the national forest beach was amazing. Again RENT a car and get out there....great little resturants with excellent conch!!...
At the resort the beach burgers where our saving grace...we are not greasy burger people but hey its vaca..and the woman working the grill was so good and very sweet.... (even under the duress of obnoxious drunks.!!.!)! ALSO the litlte brick oven pizza joint open till 2 am was a nice little treat ( when it was actually open).and a step above the rest of the cuisine..( again we are not pizza and burger people but its vaca..right??)
CONS: I hate to say it but the food was rough...( mostly stuck to fruit and salad..). There was plenty and you have a selection to choose from but my wife and I are ' foodies' so this was challenging for us. We have been to other all inclusives so know what to expect ( usually can navigate through to find good selections..) this one was pretty dissapointing... also as another review states FLIES, FLIES, FLIES..on evreything..I actually LOST weight on vaca avoiding the buffet and we ended up going off campus a lot for meals...the ' special' resturants on sight should be a little better than the buffet spread..unfortunately they where terrible as well. We never even used our third night as we ended up getting out on the island more ( but we wanted to try local cuisine anyhow)......
LASTLY the pool. Its clean, mostly uncrowded, but LOUD and in my opinion a little obnoxious. We never sat at the pool once because of the awful techno dance music blasting from the blown speakers relentlessly all day long! I wish the resort would understand that people are here for a little r&r and DONT have to be entertained all day long. ( A book and a drink do it for me just fine..) As they say to each his own and there are poeple here I am sure who love the party type atmosphere. Dont be discouraged by this however..the beach is awsome and quite!!!!
So thats the scoop....CLEAN CLEAN place....food was a bit to be desired, flies are a problem only in the buffet ( move your dumpsters maybe??)...I dont know why this is....as I said we travel a lot and go 'AI.'..and never had this problem before....
... Two most important things...rent a car and grab the bikes! We had a great time!!....Also staff here where very pleasant, housekeeping great, shows where not my thing but my wife enjoyed them and the staff works hard to entertain for sure!....I give them credit..!!
If you take my advice you will have a great vacation and cant beat the price...explore the beach as well ...great llittle bar down one stretch and a nice beach side resturant in the other direction.....nobody on this beach after you leave the property! Lots of privacy...and great couple place to stay for a week..! Again we enjoyed it for sure..."

"The staff was wonderful, warm and welcoming. I was pleased with the service each and every staff member provided.
In regards to disappointments we went through 3 different rooms and not one of them had hot water. We eventually gave up and opted to take cold showers nightly.

"Pros: great beach. Entertainment at nite is good, Cons: where do I start? The rooms need to be renovated, food is bad, not worth all inclusive. The front desk staff is not nice, all the rooms are ocean front, I paid for a superior room but did not get one I was charged $30 a nite extra,, all rooms are bad and worse, no hot water unless you ask for it, phones do not work.
do not waste your time requesting a King size bed they will not give you one, I even tipped the front desk. buffet meals were bad, coffee was good, I cannot recommend this place, I would like to have a refund . Not a three star resort maybe one star."

"HI, My stayfor 5 days in this hotel was one of the best. Every member of the staff was there to make me and my family have a great and unforgettable vacation. We really have a great time over trhere and plan to go back again next year for more days this time. First, I was kind of worry after reading the reviews but from my experience it was one the best of my vacation from all the resorts I had been before. This place is the one ,you guys should check it out."

"The place is very very nice. we end up there in October during a little rain and windy / storm season. The ocean and the beach is really nice. The first week we had one calm day and the water was turquoise. That's what i like. Close by there is also the Lucayan National Park with one of the most gorgeous beaches I have ever seen the Rock Gold beach, by the way where they filmed the pirates of the carribean movie. We didn't want a luxurius place and in fact it is not. Though, it is really fair for the price. What impressed us most is the staff for the entertainment, including the evening shows. The boys and girls there are really putting a lot into it and you can really feel it. I left with the desire to go back for more!"

"Take negative comments from other sites with a grain of salt. Resort is older but they are constantly sprucing things up and in the midst of renovating the rooms. Downfall is no air conditioning in the main restaurant but it is tolerable. Beautiful beach and pool. Food is good.
Employees work their butt off and are very friendly and helpful. Great snorkling just off the beach (bring water shoes, as it is rocky), lots of beach loungers and shade. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean due to the great housekeeping staff. A tip goes a long way...remember that. "
