Resort Details

At the Bimini Big Game Club Resort, we haven`t forgotten what makes the island special. It`s spending time with family and friends, sharing stories and making memories. To complement the Club`s special setting, we`ve ensured every opportunity to relax and unwind. From outstanding island cuisine and friendly service, to thirst-quenching poolside drinks, from volleyball on our dockside BBQ beach, to a game of pool with friendly pool-sharks, we`ve tailored the Club to make time with family and friends enjoyable and relaxing.

For the Family

Perched overlooking our marina and the mesmerizing bonefish flats beyond, the Bimini Big Game Bar & Grill offers the best in casual waterfront dining. Grab a stool at the bar, and catch the game on the new big screen TV. With our new bar top decorated with colorful navigational charts, pick a different spot every time, and travel down island through the Bahamas on your bar stool. Always plan on a good time with friends, and entertainment from the bar staff. Enjoy innovative cuisine and the best in friendly Alice Town service. Indoor or outdoor seating? Your choice. The BGBG Fish Sandwich, conch, fresh fish, steaks, pasta, or maybe that Cheeseburger in Paradise? We don`t claim this is where Jimmy Buffet got his cheeseburger inspiration, but we know our Big Game Burger will satisfy the most demanding Parrothead! No gimmicks, no cute name, just a friendly bartender and the best in poolside service. When its time to serve up boat drinks, head to the Pool Bar. Relax around our new bar, watch a ball-game, or grab a table, hoist the market umbrella and enjoy al fresco dining. Its casual all day - after all, it`s a pool patio & bar! Enjoy a plunge into the inviting fresh water pool. Sip on a cocktail and stretch out on a lounge chair with a good book. Sneak off into the adjoining garden and grab a hammock. Who said ``life is but a tire swing``? Tell that bartender - You`re on Island Time! The Complete Angler may be gone, but as the sun goes down, Alice Town and South Bimini come alive. The best in Bimini entertainment is right outside the doors of the Bimini Big Game Club. How about sunset cocktails next door at the famous Anchorage, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Stop by Big John`s for high energy Bahamian calypso and a crowd that goes home when the sun comes up. Hitting the water early the next day and want something more mellow? Try the End of the World Saloon, Sherry`s Beach Bar, or the High Roller. Ferry over to South Bimini and drop in at the Thirsty Turtle or the Sand Bar. In Bimini, its all a short stroll down Kings Highway and be sure of this - there`s something for everyone!

Entertainment & Activities

The gin-clear waters surrounding Bimini have given rise to popular year-round recreational diving. Uniquely situated on the edge of the Continental Shelf, Bimini offers some of the most interesting dive sites in the Bahamas, and is consistently ranked one of the world`s top dive destinations. From a leisurely dolphin encounter to an adrenaline filled shark encounter, from a wall dive to a snorkel along the mysterious ``Altantis Road`` - an ancient, underwater arrangement of stones that has baffled natives, mystics and scientists for generations - Bimini offers something for the diver of every skill level.

My wife and I went to bimini to fish. Bimini big game is a friendly safe hotel and marina where you can clean your catch and enjoy dock life with other fisherman. Larry, the GM, is great! So is the dock master! My wife and i felt very safe and were never concerned about the safety of our boat when we were walking around the island. I would strongly suggest staying at bimini big game club if you are going to bimini. Ask for Larry if you have any questions!

Though on TripAdvisor it does say it's only 3.5 stars, but with over $250 per night price tag, I was hoping the island surrounding or the vibe will do the adjustment for the price tag. Sadly, it didnt. If it is not for the hammerhead, I wouldn't go to Bimini even if you pay me to go. Definitely not recommend it to anyone who doesn't dive. Pros: 1.room size 2.free bike to rent 3.easy dive to see hammerhead, when it's the season, It's guaranteed. Cons: 1. VERY Expensive!!! 2.Bimini is DIRTY... Read more

Today's quick stop in Bimini included a ferry over for food at Big Game Club & Resort and a ride back to the airport - before customs closed down.so we could get home. Lovely setting beautiful view and rum punch, but the best part was the ferry not showing up and finding Larry Williamson from the resort who may have been heading home, dropped everything, threw us in a golf cart, got us to a water taxi and made it happen - and to top it off he refused to take a tip!! Will remember this crazy, f... Read more

After escaping from the Jurassic Park Resort we found ourselves with Biggie at Big Game . It was so nice to have such a happy friend person entertaining us for lunch . A far cry from the man handling that we experienced at the Bimini Resort . Biggie was spot on with the food and the drinks were a breeze and of cause we had the view . It was her birthday as well as one of your friends in the group, so much fun be see and be part of the local seen . Biggie even handled our taxi and ran it down so ... Read more

Genuine friendly staff. Room 217 was comfortable. Only complaint no microwave. Restaurant on site food is excellent. I had grouper with peas and rice and cole slaw. Piana coladas are good. Ice machine on ground floor. Hotel has games on site for children plus pool tables for family fun. Pool is good for kids starts at 3ft. Rented golf carts from renee. I advise guest to confirm golf carts as they can get booked pretty quickly, just remember to drive on the left. Pretty clean hotel. I would recc... Read more

Honestly, can't say anything about the actual resort as we were not able to make a booking after 24! days of email traffic. Questions were not answered accurate or in time... Sometimes reminders were needed. Also exact questions as what happens to cancelled trips by the organisation were leading into cryptical responses about trip insurances instead just answering you don't get your prepaid money back... In a discussion with the female manager, she started referring to answers in a email convers... Read more

The rooms are small, but very clean. The grounds are clean and dockage ample. The restaurant has great food and even better drinks. You can't go wrong staying here. Additionally, the hotel offers cart rentals at a reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and rent one for a couple of days. Experience a conch pizza at Edith's and visit the straw market around noon on a weekday for homemade Bahamian food sold out of the back of a Bahamian woman's car. It's the BEST!!

We stayed here with our 31 foot Contender- great spot, great staff! The dockmaster, front desk and GM, Larry, took great care of us and our boat. The pool is pretty and it is a fun relaxing spot for those not fishing or in between fishing trips. Also, the access from here to fuel and fishing grounds is much better than Hilton resort world. The rooms are nice, clean and well decorated. Highly recommend this for your next fishing trip!
