I have stayed at many hotels at many different countries and my experience at Hilton Baku was the best ever. I am very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy of the staff. Staff is absolutely world class. With regards to hotel itself, nothing to complain. Rooms are nice, location is great, the building is new, facilities are great. I wish all staff across all Hilton branches around the world was like Hilton Baku.

Strategically located in reach of all activities and site seeing, inclusive of the upcoming Formulary 1 Championship. Great Meals; the Wok (Chinese Restaurant) on 24th Floor is a must try among cuisines at this hotel. Spa and Gym sends you a a beauty sleep. Hotel can handle any size of Event or Meeting. From me, it's a thumbs up??? Any minimal shortcomings (if any), are dispensable ???

The Hilton Baku is a modern hotel in a good location. The hotel is your standard Hilton product. Rooms are modern, practical and very sound proof. Breakfast was very adequate and for Hilton Honours members wi-fi is free. The location is an easy walk to the water front and is accessible to the old town. There are many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity so plenty of choice. The hotel??s revolving bar has excellent views of Baku and is a nice place for a night cap at the end of t... Stayed here while working locally. Amazing building really nice reception area. The scenic lifts are ready impressive great views while traveling very quickly to your floor. Room was quite nice and view out of room was great. The room service was nice and price in bar was not over priced. Floor 25 has the best view as it rotates. But my highlight was the Sky Grill, top floor terrace with amazing views and excellent food. Had a great steak and amazing profiteroles. All in all a great stay.

Whilst I was in Baku for work, the weeks I stayed within the Hilton were memorable. The location is extremely functional for work or pleasure. The hotel is opposite the post office and parliament house, and beside the caspian sea bay boulevard. The weather during May is warm days / cool nights were great for getting around the city, and taking a evening walk to the old city is a must. I enjoyed the stay at Hilton Baku and the staff was very helpful. The issues I had can be attributed to a very busy weekend: The problems I had were late laundry pickup and subsequently delivery, minor check-in issues and a lost item which I left at reception so that I could pick it up later. Other than that, great rooms, good 360 bar and very good breakfast.

Can't advise on evening meals as I eat out at the many nearby restaurants. Best bit is the revolving bar. I didn't realise at first and just noticed a pillar seemed to moving towards me. Highly competent but not annoying, these guys really know hosting. Club level is a good bet while revolving bar offers great view of seaside and fire towers. Great location near all downtown business spots with taxis always at the ready. Quick jaunt to the seaside promenade and old city (a must see) for a pleasant after dinner walk.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff speak English. The cleanness wasn't good, the bath tub isn't too clean, l went out the whole day and when l came back, the baby crib wasn't arranged and also the baby milk powder on the table wasn't wiped and also the bedding had brownish spot. I wish they would take it into consideration. Finale word; Baku is a beautiful city and the people are so good.

I spent two weeks at the Hilton, Baku for a business trip. The hotel is well located near to the city's main business centres. After hours touring, dinner and shopping are all within an easy walk. The King room is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The staff speak English well and are pleasant to deal with. Breakfast provides a very large selection of fruits, hot and cold dishes and drinks. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again on my next trip.
