One of the most beautiful hotels in my trip to Europe, really nice touch have a Marshall sound system in the room, the decoration its awesome, close to the downtown with parking spaces close to the hotel. The service was great no complains at all.

I have to say that we didn't feel comfortable staying in this hotel. Reasons the staff were unhelpful and disinterested, the hallways and stairwells dirty, the room needed repairs (the toilet door handle was missing a screw and was difficult to shut then hard to open without pulling the handle off, the tv was tiny and an old analogue. To top it off roadworks started at 8pm directly outside our room and went all night. They were jack hammering the bitumen and relaying it. It was unbearable. When ... Read more

Well connected to the rest of the main city as the hotel is right beside the train station , so you can travel to any part of Austria if you have travel pass with reasonable budget. The hotel has friendly management staff , rooms are pretty big and spacious but the rooms look old.

We stayed here for two nights to recoup after our very long, tiring flight from Australia. It's close to the railway stations and we didn't have far to walk from the airport train and the train to Slovenia or next destination. The area has a lot of small restaurant's,bars and cafes many Turkish family owned places ,it's more of a working, not too flash district but seemed safe enough to walk around even at night. The hotel is clean and well priced compared to many others and suited our needs p... Read more

I stayed there 2 nights with my friend, we were satisfied. I think its a good choice for that price. Everything was clean, staff was nice, wifi worked, location is good, you can easily get to the city centre. Hotel is situated on busy road, so if you can't sleep in the little noise, you can have a problem , but for me, it was ok, I didnt noticed it at all :-) If you dont want to have a breakfast in the hotel, there are many possibilities around :-)

This was the second time we stayed in allegro. It's very cheap as we payd 55 euros for a night. We got an magnificent room, but i think they gave us it because we had stayed there befote. It's easy to center from Allegro because the Undeground tram stop is opposite the hotel. The receptionist was very helpfull as he made the checking-in to our flight.

We stayed here for four nights and are very satisfied. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Just across the road from the suburban train station and the tram station. With the weekly unlimited travel ticket, we could go everywhere in a few minutes. The hotel has a fine lobby, Very cooperative staff and a decent breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. The only problem seems to be that the lift goes only to the fourth floor. So if you get a room on the fifth floor you are in troub... Read more

The hotel is older but clean. The staff is very nice and open to help. I made our reservation in the same day as we came in the hotel so I didn ┬┤t have any time to let me confirm from the hotel that they have free baby cot. They had it.

very good location for transport (the railway station across the street)friendly staffs, a little old building and equipment but clean, good breakfast, but really poor internet.... we stayed here for 3 nights and we didn't have access to internet for 2 nights at first there was a mistake in our reservation, although we had amended the reservation they gave us a single room for 2 people but when we request them to check their system again to see the amendment they accepted it friendly and found... Good location, the rooms are clean, climatised, but breakfast is not included, 9 euros for breakfast is too much, the staff is helpful but not very polite. I would use the hotel again because of location.

I would have a minus to this hotel.Even to the best of my knowledge a regular hostel room would have free wifi. Yes, they stated free wifi. When we checked they said some technical problem. Rather it's not. It's actually not. The wifi was not working only in our room. We requested for a change in room after one night spending here without a wifi. As a tourist it's difficult. Well that's the fact right? Ok. One night passed we were cool .. We informed the following morning regarding the issue aga... Read more

The neighborhood is not a good one. They have hygiene problems. I do not recommend to eat breakfast at this hotel, better try the snack bars close the hotel. If you lose the last train you will have to pay o lot a taxi to get to the hotel.

stayed only 1 night in vienna. Hotel is easy to find, very close to U-Bahn and more than good enough for one night. Staff was nice and room was also ok. We had nothing to complain about, wifi was also working.

When we got there, it was clear that the receptionist had no idea what's going on. She didn't even know where to check our reservation. We asked if we could expand our stay - we didn't know yet what was waiting for us and tought we might stay two more nights - and she didn't know where to check the available rooms. Our reservation cost 18 euros more than expected, which then I realized was because they charged us extra for the beakfast even though it said it was included in the price. To our sur... Read more

At the beginning we had a couple of small problems, nothing to do with the Reception staff who were excellent, and I had a very pleasant meeting on the 3rd day of our stay there with the General Manager / Owner. I explained to him, and things were solved immediately and every better that I could have imagined. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is interesting in staying in Vienna as it is also virtually on the hub of major municipal transport routes, the entrance to the tram an... The position is not perfect, it's not in the city centre and I don't know why but in Wien is very difficult to understand transports. The good thing is that they can give you a leaflet with some tips for trams. The room is very big, comfortable and the wc is very good ( wi-fi connection doesn't work often and it is very very slow). The big thing that I was concerned about is that I asked information for a taxi ( I had seen that you can book one for the price of 36 euros) and they booked it for m... Read more

Booked for us as part of a package so I don't know the price but I know it is a budget hotel and is therefore excellent value. Not exactly central but on a transport hub which made everywhere easily accessible from the doorstep. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast - recommended. Note - no bar or restaurant on site.

1. For reaching any attraction sites, you have to take metro or walk for half an hour at least 2. They don't offer shampoo or conditioner specially, there's liquid soap for all use in bathroom. Make sure you take your Shampoo and Conditioner and body shampoo. 3. Breakfast was very tasty and coffee was great! 4. Rooms are spacious!

It is a nice standart hotel to sleep in. Though it is quite far from the city center. The nearest underground station is in 20 minutes walk. Rooms are clean but i had a broken sink and a tap. Strange but there is only a table lamp to give lighting.

I stayed with my wife on this hotel on our first trip to Vienna. The beds are ok, the breakfasts was very good and the internet worked well. However, the rooms needs painting and some refurbishment, even considering this is a cheap hotel.

First of all, the breakfast was great. It had lots of different food, coffee and juices. The best thing in the hotel. The staff was nice, especially the blonde receptionist. The room was huge. We had a suit under the roof. It was a bit cold during the night so that is a minus. This hotel needs a renovation even though it's cheap.

Clean and tidy room. Generaly speaking, the hotel is ok, but it needs a renovation especialy coridors and the elevator was not good. There were several times it was either blocked or it did not work properly. There is no free breakfast. Although it is far from the central area, it is only few steps from the railway station and tram so it is well connected and you can reach any part of the city with the public transportation.
