We really enjoyed our stay here! Our room was great and very eclectically decorated. The bathroom in our room was very spacious and the shower is the largest I've ever seen in a European hotel room! The staff were all very friendly! We enjoyed the lemon water that was always in the lobby, especially since it was very hot out during our stay. Great location- we could walk to pretty much everything. FYI they asked when we checked in if we wanted to pay for an included breakfast, and we declined, b... Read more

Came to Vienna for a long weekend and booked here on the recommendation of our son. On arrival thought quite quirky from the outside, which was echoed as we went in. Very efficient and helpful people on the desk and even though early were allowed straight up. Fabulous room on the 6th floor, very spacious with everything you could want and amazing views over the city. The problem is that you realize that the business is run around that (bar/externals) vs the hotel guest. Check-in was totally inadequate, no welcome, personal greeting or service that you would expect for this price. Decor is the cool trendy marketing usual thing. The location is great, makes it worth it. Just really bothers me that as a guest you are treated like a peasant just to get into the bar which is blocked by a big bouncer who doesnt even greet you and your are fighting to get in fr... Hotel has good character and is a comfortable place to stay. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Room was unique and spacious. I liked the books, toiletries, and the complimentary shoulder bag. The view from my room was amazing and the internet was strong. The restaurant was really good and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There is a nice spa area in the basement. Really no complaints other than the lack of any useful laundry options at the hotel or in the area.

The hotel was booked for us as part of a study abroad trip we were running so we had not real say in its selection but it seemed like the location was going to work out well. We have been here a week now, and in fact have a few more days, and have to say that we love the place. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly to us and our students, whether in filling a water bottle with ice, helping to set up a location to show a DVD or in answering countless questions. This hotel is located within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and tourist sites. The hotel is very modern and quirky, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The elevators are fairly fast, so there usually isn't a wait to get up or down. The single bed room was very small and not comfortable at all and followed the modern/quirky vibe of the hotel. We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. It has a very homely and interesting concept. The food was good, the room comfortable if not a little small. Nevertheless we enjoyed the stay, its location is within walking distance to the centre of the city. The tram service is just outside. It's worth the walk to view the beauty of the city. You always feel safe in the city. There is also a very good roof bar at the hotel, very busy with a good atmosphere.

We tend to seek out and stay at "quirky" hotels, so the 25Hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier was a natural for us. We quite liked the room with it's circus theme and huge windows. The window into the bathroom was fine and gave plenty of natural light for the shower. The shampoo and conditioner were fine. The first night we ate at the restaurant and barely got a table. I had no idea they would be so busy in the middle of the week. The food was good, but the waitress was trying to serve too many tabl... Read more

The minute you arrive and see the neon "We Are All Mad Here!" sign you know you're in for some good old "Krasy Cherman" humour. The decor and the the "funny" quotes on the walls, mats, mirrors are so lame and kitsch that they are actually quite funny. The restaurant has a small selection and most of it is pretty good, mainly pasta and pizza offerings. The salads were all a bit vinegary but they love vinegar and pickles so not a great surprise... ask them to go light on the vinegar or dress your ... Read more

We (a young couple) went to this hotel for a long weekend break. I cannot say anything bad about it as it was absolutely fabulous! Location: great, so quick and easy to get everywhere, by tube or walking. Staff: FABULOUS, such a lovely, friendly bunch of people. If you have any questions at all, just ask them, they will honestly help you as best as they can. I wanted to book some tickets to a performance and the website was in German so I had no clue what I was doing - despite it being midnigh... Read more

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights at the start of October and had a lovely stay! The location is perfect and we were able to walk everywhere which was very convenient for us. The rooms were clean, with a quirky design and a spacious shower. We tried out their restaurant and the roof top bar and couldn't fault either. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly and helped us with any query we had. I really recommend staying here, if you're ever in Vienna!

I have stayed several times this year alone in the 25 Hours. I would say that while the staff is pretty full of themselves, they are friendly enough. Not that they will go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay, but I guess that can't be expected everywhere. Rooms and amenities are good enough. The hallways could do with a facelift as carpets seem dirty (and if that was the intention, then it was a bad decision). The breakfast is good enough, though slow. A soft boiled egg takes 2... Located next to the museum quarter the hotel is an ideal base from which to explore central Vienna with most sites within walking distance. Hotel staff were very welcoming allowing early check in and also providing insightful hints and advice about being around Vienna. The room was very quirky but finished to a high standard

To be brutally honest, the hotel's styling was really strange. However, the amenities are up to date and nice. The attention to detail was good. For example, the rooms have a portable Bluetooth speaker in the room, which was a nice touch. The best part about this hotel was the rooftop bar. The bartenders are fantastic, and the views are spectacular. The location was great; walking distance to fantastic breakfast/lunch places. If you don't mind odd choice in styling, the hotel was a great place t... Read more

Room was perfectly clean but small, there is no room for luggage. We walked from the hotel to all the main attractions (or walked to the hop on - off stop), we only used uber (8 euros) to and from the train station.

My hubby and I have just spent 5 nights at this awesome hotel. Inspired by our stay at the Berlin 25 hours hotel last year we were keen to try another hotel in this quirky group and we weren't disappointed. The staff were fab, breakfast was amazing, location ideal for exploring this beautiful city, rooms really cool and the bar and restaurant were both outstanding. And as if that wasn't enough they realised it was my birthday during our stay (the cards gave it away) and we came back from a day t... Read more

My boyfriend was in Vienna in a business trip and I was there with him. This hotel was recommended by a friend who had lived in Vienna. LOVED IT! It is quirky, fun, and just out of the box! If you like stuffiness, this is not he place for you! Michael at the front desk was just on point with service! Loved him. The rooftop bar had an amazing view, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant was good. Breakfast had a lot of options. The location is great! Everything is approx 15 min... This is a modern hotel with attitude. It's on the edge of trendy Neubau, a few minutes walk from the Museumsquartier and the large windows give wonderful views over the city centre - so a great location. The hotel won't suit everyone - yes, we felt we might be visiting under false colours - as its intent (perhaps overly intent?) on being edgy and hipster chic. We felt this sometimes got in the way of an effective service and attention to detail. We'd opted for one of the spacious upper floor ... Read more

My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at this stunning Hotel in the spring 2016. The design of the interior in the hotel is really fantastic and a story for itself. Every room has its own unique design and you are constant surprised by discovering new and funny stuff displayed all over the Hotel. Breakfast is top quality and the service is fantastic. Check out the sky bar or the old photo booth in the reception.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, about 15 minutes walk to everything anyone could ever want to do in Vienna especially regards touristy type stuff. The actual city is amazing and there is so much to do so overall the holiday was great BUT only because of the city. The hotel was average, not great for the price to be honest. It is cool and quirky which is exactly what myself and my partner love...so we loved the decor and the random things dotted around the hotel. However the room itself... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a business / private trip in a superior double room with city view. The room interior was special and stylish. The bed was big enough for two people and very comfy. The room itself was almost too small for two people though. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom and even when closing the lid, there were still holes that allowed the person in the bedroom to watch the other one in the bathroom. Really only something for couples or siblings. The littl... Read more

We picked the hotel when looking for accommodation during our trip to Vienna. And we were not disappointed. It is located close to city centre but next to small park. When entering the hotel, it does feel more like entering a club. And the same feeling with go with you along the hotel. Be it the dining room, fitness, bar or the rooms.

The 25hours Hotel in Vienna was a nice change of pace from more of the traditional boutique hotels and B&Bs we usually stay at. The hotel is well located near the center of the City and within walking distance to most of the major sites. The hotel's circus theme and quirky atmosphere make this a fun place to stay. Although the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, there was not the more personal concierge service and attention offered by many of the other lodgings we have stayed. Over... Read more

25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier is located in downtown Vienna - with all the important sights on your doorstep or very short walk away. Also Mariahilferstrasse that is full of shops is next door. You do not often get more central than this. The hotel is part of the 25hour chain that is known for its quirky personality and impeccable design taste, mixing modern pieces with vintage pieces, while throwing in some extremely clever copywriting. I had stayed in the World's First Analogue Room overlo... Read more
