We really enjoyed our stay here! Our room was great and very eclectically decorated. The bathroom in our room was very spacious and the shower is the largest I've ever seen in a European hotel room! The staff were all very friendly! We enjoyed the lemon water that was always in the lobby, especially since it was very hot out during our stay. Great location- we could walk to pretty much everything. FYI they asked when we checked in if we wanted to pay for an included breakfast, and we declined, b... Read more

This hotel was the nicest where I have ever been. It is so nice and strange at the same time. Rooms are fantastic, rooftop bar is excellent and location is good. There were bikes everyday and you can use them for free. This is really worth every euro!

Came to Vienna for a long weekend and booked here on the recommendation of our son. On arrival thought quite quirky from the outside, which was echoed as we went in. Very efficient and helpful people on the desk and even though early were allowed straight up. Fabulous room on the 6th floor, very spacious with everything you could want and amazing views over the city. Burger de Ville was open and serves very good burgers and later tried the roof top bar where the view is even better. Very laid ba... Read more

The problem is that you realize that the business is run around that (bar/externals) vs the hotel guest. Check-in was totally inadequate, no welcome, personal greeting or service that you would expect for this price. Decor is the cool trendy marketing usual thing. The location is great, makes it worth it. Just really bothers me that as a guest you are treated like a peasant just to get into the bar which is blocked by a big bouncer who doesnt even greet you and your are fighting to get in fr... Hotel has good character and is a comfortable place to stay. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Room was unique and spacious. I liked the books, toiletries, and the complimentary shoulder bag. The view from my room was amazing and the internet was strong. The restaurant was really good and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There is a nice spa area in the basement. Really no complaints other than the lack of any useful laundry options at the hotel or in the area.

Says it all in the title! First time in Vienna and I couldnt have chosen a better hotel. Everything about it was great, so close to the centre and attractions. The unique cozy modern quirky style of the hotel was so lovely and just a pleasure to be in with a GREAT rooftop bar with great views! And the staff were so helpful with all the information of all the trendy places to visit and always with a friendly smile....Michael M aka Michi was absolutley fab ?????? I would stay in this hotel again... Read more

Friendly staff, nice size rooms and convenient location for many sites/activities !! Short walk to palaces and museums !! Rooms are a little Spartan but certainly serviceable. The stupid app wants me to keep writing but that's really all I have to say.

The hotel was booked for us as part of a study abroad trip we were running so we had not real say in its selection but it seemed like the location was going to work out well. We have been here a week now, and in fact have a few more days, and have to say that we love the place. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly to us and our students, whether in filling a water bottle with ice, helping to set up a location to show a DVD or in answering countless questions. As we felt... Read more

This hotel is located within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and tourist sites. The hotel is very modern and quirky, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The elevators are fairly fast, so there usually isn't a wait to get up or down. The single bed room was very small and not comfortable at all and followed the modern/quirky vibe of the hotel. There was a large pillar in the middle of the room (that was in the way) located at the foot of the bed, that had a small fla... Read more

This hotel was very comfortable, deliciously quirky, and beautifully located for museum access and shops. The Leopold Museum, just 10 minutes walk, had a beautiful and intimate collection of Klimt and Shiele artworks. The hotel breakfast was outstanding.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. It has a very homely and interesting concept. The food was good, the room comfortable if not a little small. Nevertheless we enjoyed the stay, its location is within walking distance to the centre of the city. The tram service is just outside. It's worth the walk to view the beauty of the city. You always feel safe in the city. There is also a very good roof bar at the hotel, very busy with a good atmosphere.

A friendly greeting on arrival. room was plenty big enough with good views over the city. All very clean throughout. A great bar on the top floor well worth a look. I can't think where you could be better located in Vienna.

It was not our first stay at 25hours, and it will be not our last. With a different setting and attitude the hotel provides a special atmosphere which is different to other hotels. More relaxed, less stiff not for all occasions but super once in a while. Additionally the superb location along the Ring, close to the old city, the governmental areas, museums and restaurants makes 25hrs an excellent place to stay when in Vienna. We skipped breakfast this time, although excellent, as it was a fuss t... Read more

Wonderful stay at the beginning of June for my wife and I. The customer service was phenomenal from the get go, just real nice touches. Our room had amazing views over the musuem quarter. It was so gorgoeus and quirky I would definitely recommend being on the one of the upper levels. The location was great it was super quick to get around the city, with very close links on the trams and metro services. The roof top bar is very cool definitely try one of the Gin based cocktails, the restauran... Read more

Nice friendly staff on arrival and a super fast check out. The room was small but very clean, modern and functionable. My favorite part of this hotel was the great bar on the roof top, offering amazing views of Vienna.

It is refreshing to have a hotel that can cater for business clientele and still have a character to make the visit memorable. Quirky but very functional and comfortable. The location is great and the staff are genuinely friendly. The roof top bar seems to be quite popular too.

The hotel is definitely worth visiting. I will try to share some details to help others to create the image. My trip was the combination of business trip and week-end in Vienna and though I was not the fan of Vienna, the hotel became the part of great experience. The design is fully available on the pictures, so no need to describe that in more details here. It is far from classical but absolutely stylish in every detail. Location is very convenient, a small park is just out side of the ho... Read more

Stayed 4 nights room only at this funky hotel. Staff were excellent. Hotel was lively, with busy roof terrace bar and ground floor Italian style restaurant. Food was more than adequate and reasonably priced. Hotel is located in museum quarter which is attractive and relatively quiet. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Bedrooms were individually decorated, comfortable, clean and well equipped. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our four night stay here- we were the oldesr guests by at least 25 years! We loved the themed circus rooms and the decor generally was very funky! We ate in the restaurants twice and enjoyed both meals of pasta and pizza. All the staff were helpful and present. They happily brought us xtra coat hangers and lent is adaptors too. The hotel is very handy - a stroll from the Musum Quarter, the Big Bus stops, trams and a variety of ahops and restaurants. We eapecially loved the sweets ... Read more

It was my first time at this hotel, and the initial booking was for three nights. When we checked in, we wanted to make changes to our reservation. The hotel manager was understanding and responsive to our needs. In the end, we stayed four nights in the XL room. It was an excellent choice! A few things were not exactly pleasing here. The shower curtain does not cover the whole shower area, for example, which means there is little privacy. Also, there is no room service. But overall, my stay here... Read more

This is a nice hipster hotel. It??s well-located near the MQ (Museum district) as well as a variety of restaurants. It??s a farther walk to the main tourist area around St. Stephen??s church, but doable. The rooms are compact, attractive, and quiet. Our room faced on a blank courtyard. Unfortunately, there was no closet/drawer space and only two coat hooks on the wall, so I had to keep everything in my suitcase. The front desk was well-staffed and friendly. There are attractive shared areas... Read more

Rooms were modern and tidy. The hotel's circus/modern design was very cool. The rooftop bar was one of the nicer bars we went to in Vienna that had locals coming to it regularly. Free bike rentals and a location close to everything you need in Vienna.
