Hotel is coveniently located very near U1 metro station (around 3 min. on foot). The room had a separate hot tub and a shower cabin, separated from the toilet room. The room was well furnished with new beds and clean. The staff was very helpful. If there is something to complain about, it is the breakfast. Not that it was bad or anything, its just that it was your good old standard - ham, eggs, scrambled eggs, fruit salad and so on. The breakfast was not on Mercure level with fresh and yummi pa... Fairly standard Novotel Suites room, kettle with coffee and refrigerator. Good blackout blinds. Room can be split by screens between sleeping area and work area. Bath and shower attached to sleeping area, separate toilet in work area. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A safe was available. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The fitness room was hard to find (behind breakfast area) and not convenient for morning exercise. The hotel is in an area which is generally a business zone, bu... Read more

This really was an amazing stay in a hotel that offered great value. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was huge with double bed, sofa bed, a large flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, table & chairs and safe. There was plenty of storage available for clothing. The bathroom had a choice of a walk in shower and traditional bath. Bar prices were very reasonable at the hotel and there was a choice of indoor our outdoor seating. The hotel is located... I Stayed here for a week. The rooms are very specious, decent and elegant. The bath-tub gives a great relief over the typical cubical type of bathrooms in Europe. Staff is very cordial. There is an Austrian and a Indian restaurant very nearby to this hotel. The Microwave Oven in the room and a couple of pizza and bread shops around can take care of at least one-time meal. I loved it..!

Stayed for 5 nights well attending a conference at the narby Vienna Centre. Only 100m from the U1 metro line and 20 mins from the famous Ferris Wheel from The 3rd Man. Breakfast plentiful with good choices. Staff very helpful. Good place for business trips or family visits with the suite style rooms.

we stayed in room 516 on the 5th floor. the hotel is simple and located near the subway station. the rooms are spacious. the toilet was a bit cramped but the bathroom was spacious.the rooms have a microwave, kettle, and they provide plates and utensil to do minor cooking and heating. everything was ok, the only down side was that the bathroom door does not lock (bit weird) and they have carpets in the room, which is ok by european standards but i alway feel they never get cleaned properly. we ... I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to a conference I had in Messe Prater. The location is very good, a 1-2 minute walk from the Vorgarterstrasse metro station on the U1 line, which is also few stops away from the center (St-Stefan Platz). The hotel itself is just alright. Reception is ok but staff is clearly overworked and no personalized attention at all, however to be fair the guys get the job done, just don't bug them too much! Enjoyed our three night stay here as a base to explore Vienna. It's 3km from the city centre but has good options for access: either a straightforward walk; or by Metro U1 line (nearest stop 100m from the hotel); or best of all, use the free "Citybikes" which have a pickup/drop off point also 100m from the hotel. This scheme costs â?¬1 once-off to register and then the bikes are free to use for an hour at a time. You can pick-up/drop them off at any Citybike point, which are located all around t... Read more

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were big. The reception staff were helpful. Quite a basic hotel with spacious rooms. The rooms have a microwave, tea-coffee maker and the toilet area is separate from the bath area so that is good if there are more people staying in the room. There is free wifi that works well 5 minute walk to the underground and 2 minutes to the nearest cafe and supermarkets make this a very good location. Excellent value for money in Vienna. Close enough to city center by U1. What's more, the rooms are air-conditioned, so stays in summer months are quite comfortable. Excellent breakfast spread starts you off on a whole days work or pleasure. The staff is polite and efficient. Separate WC and shower shortens your turn-around time. This is one of the few hotels in Vienna which will put an extra bed in the room to accommodate families with multiple children. Staff were helpful and spoke fluent English. There aren't any bellhops or even luggage carts so expect to carry your bags up to your room yourself. Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids for 3 nights. Firstly, the 2 kids free thing is just a con. You have to have a family room so that is including the kids in the price. These companies shouldn't be allowed to make claims that are such nonsense. The room was ok and a decent size but it had a definate budget look about it. We travel often abroad and have never seen such unwillingness to help and aid customers. Myself and my wife enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much indeed. The room was of a very high standard and the location was excellent, being a short walk from the underground. Service was courteous and helpful. The only small negative point is that there is an outside area where people can sit and talk which was fairly close to our room so that, if you left the window open after going to bed, you could hear them.

We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and found this hotel a great place to access all Vienna has to offer. Very close to underground so could be in the centre door to door within 15 minutes so could pop back for afternoon siesta to recharge the batteries. A little tired on the rooms but great for what we needed. A huge spar is over the road so bought there for breakfast as had a lovely bakery.

Hotel is situated on the Donau, not so far from the city centre - 3 metro station or 35 min of walking. We had no problems to reach it by car too - hotel has its own parking garage. Comfortable suites are designed for the families and hotel offers free breakfast for children under 16. For its prices, it is probably one of the best values for money in Vienna.

It is an apartment hotel, just outside the centre of Vienna, but very near the underground. So the location is perfect for a city trip. Also parking facilities available. The rooms are simple, but everything what one needs is there. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The only thing is that in the rooms, one advertises with the Vienna City Card, which is not available in the hotel. I like to come again!

Wonderful place from which to explore Vienna. Right on the U1 underground, making everything accessible. Good breakfast but if it's too busy, try the place opposite - yum. We really appreciated access to the laundry on the 6th floor (called Ironing Room). Staff were really amazing and helpful; one of them worked out that our tour organisers had gone to the wrong address!

Our group loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly. It was located close to the U1 line, which can get you anywhere in little time. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean. My only small complaint was the WC felt like I was on a cruise ship. It was so tiny. But, on the other hand, I liked having it separate from the shower which made 2 of us getting ready every morning so much easier.
