Everything was really nice at this hotel, but it all started with a very good deal we got online. I have to say value for money was great, but again, we got a good deal. Perhaps otherwise it is a bit pricey. It was a short stay and not many things can happen in only one night, but all in all it was a good stay. If you are staying at this hotel over the weekend, the parking outside is free (ignore what it says on the site). It has good connection to the underground station (cca. 7 min walk). St... Read more

this Hotel is ideally suited for people that are willing to use the public transport into the heart of Vienna and to do a little amount of walking most days,(the nearest tube station is not far away) the area has Restaurants and 3 supermarkets nearby. the hotel itself is clean and well presented with a sauna facility and a small bar located in the lobby, the only problem I found is that the rooms for some reason can be quite hot at night and there is no air-conditioning to combat this. Wifi is g... Read more

I visited hotel this december. Hotel is located in a residential, quiet area few stops from city centre. It is good connected with Stephans platz with metro U1 line. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated. Bathrooms are big and very clean. Hotel stuff friendly and informative. Restaurant is OK. For a 4* hotel could have a bit more variety of food, especially warm stuff like bacon, boiled eggs, pancakes... (95% of food is cold - continental breakfast). However I can reccommend this hotel for busine... Read more

Stayed here for three nights while visiting the Christmas Markets. The hotel is situated on a quiet street near the Danube Canal and surrounded by what appears to be residential flats and university buildings. It's a good distance from the centre of Vienna but there is a S-Bahn station within quick and easy walking distance at Vorgartenstrasse. This line runs through Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz station and ideal for getting you in to the heart of town. For those who like to have nibbles i... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights recently. It is OK but quite a bit from the center of Vienna and not many eating places etc round about. Couple of good supermarkets just across the road which are very cheap and a 5 minute walk to the underground station. Although watch your bag etc as I had my phone stolen on the 2nd day somewhere on the underground! Staff in hotel quite helpful but on 2nd day the 2 female staff at desk (one in particular) had an awful trouble understanding our Sco... Read more

If you ready to walk a minute or two from the main road and the rail station, this is a very good hotel to stay. As all the required amenities and a very courteous staff. Food is excellent too. I stayed here for 4 days and had a pleasant stay.

I booked 8 nights at this hotel, staying for a conference and visit the city after. The room is very dated, carpets have not been vacuumed in a while, curtains full of dust if you move them. The TV is so old, staff spent 10 minutes to figure out how to turn it on (I couldn't). The room is noisy, noisy guests and road noise. The bar is minuscule and uncomfortable. Horrible views. On second day they left the dirty glasses for me to wash. Used previously used towels to clean the bathtub and left ... Read more

We were booked at this hotel on the 21st September on a business visit to Vienna. Upon arrival at reception we found two gentleman who were being told they had no rooms despite their reservation which they has printed for evidence. Well as they had made a reservation and not paid we thought they had taken chances hence they didn't have a room. Little did we know that although we had booked and paid in full weeks before we also did not have a room. It was a shock and annoyance as we were tired f... Read more

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a 15-20 minute walk to The Prater amusement park but you have to take a taxi to go to downtown Vienna. The only thing I can complain about is that they say their rooms have an AC but all we got was a fan (lucky we were only there in September...) Overall, a pleasant stay and I'd recommend :)
