Located at a nice location and close to all means of transportation. The hotel has all the basic things available and very nice and polite service. Not far from the river and the main attractions of Vienna. Nice and Comfortable.

We really enjoyed our staying in this hotel. Its located a few hundred meters from a metro station, from where you can reach the city center or Danau city in 5-10 minutes. Our room (standard double room) was really clean and comfy. Room service was great, and every day they did their best to clean the room without bothering us. The only big flaw, as already told by others, is the lack of air conditioning, which I imagine could make your nights really uncomfortable during the summer (we stayed i... Read more

I stayed here for one night, hotel was very clean, wifi was good, room was very comfy. Staff was very polite. We had breakfast here as well and it was continental. Very nice and fresh. Also location of the hotel is great, just 2 metro stops away from the heart of the city.

We visited as a large group to take part in Vienna marathon and celebrate a friend's special birthday. The check-in service was good and the choice at breakfast was also good, though they could do with more coffee machines when the hotel is busy as there was quite a wait. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the race start and because it had a bar where we could all congregate without having to venture too far. However on our friend's birthday the bar closed before we had returned from... Read more

Because of a problem in the booking system we were relocated from another Trend hotel to this hotel. They told us it was an upgrade, because this was a 4 star hotel. However, nothing in this hotel was anything near to a 4-star experience. The hotel has no restaurant. The room is a bit old fashioned. There is no airconditioning (which is not very convenient during hot summer days in Vienna). Wifi was free, but not stable. Sleep quality was poor, due to noise and curtains that didn`t close well. I stayed for three days in this simple, somewhat dated but tidy establishment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large but very generic 80's holiday Inn style, no air-conditioning but a practical fan. The location is close to the metro but very little else. If you are travelling in company rather use an Uber @ around 4 Euro it will get you to the city centre for less than the train. The breakfast is acceptable if not that imaginative, with a pot for tea on offer and scrambled ... Read more

So I booked this hotel "blind" on the website and didn't become aware of what hotel it was until after I had paid. When I looked it up..i wasn't impressed by some of the views from previous guests so was dreading staying. I booked in for 5 nights. Can I just say what a lovely hotel this is. I stay in a lot of 5* Hotels so have high standards. The staff were superb..friendly, helpful with a good sense of humour. I upgraded my room when I arrived as I wanted a bath...and my room was spotlessl... Read more

Spent one week at this well-located hotel in Vienna. OK it's not perfect - no air conditioning (but windows opened wide which was nice to get fresh air) and no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Apart from that it was quiet, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was apparently very busy but not once did I hear people in the corridor or heard doors slam - super quiet! Breakfast provided was of excellent quality and variety. Staff were very friendly. Ask for a room on the non-road side to e... Read more

Location isn't great as metro costs add up going in and out of the city. Wifi didn't always work and no air conditioning made the room almost unbearable during July!! Overall would say this hotel is outdated and in need of a serious upgrade! Wouldn't book again!

This is a pretty good hotel, it has a good location, near to the Danube and a u bahn stop. My only complaint would be that Austria is very hot in the summer and this hotel has no air conditioning, granted you can fully open the windows but this does nothing for the heat. Other than that though, very clean, tidy and I felt very welcome here.

Me and my friend stayed here in August 2016 for a long weekend break. This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for. The location was great and only a short train/ metro ride into the main town. It is also walking distance, around 10-15 minutes, to the theme park Prater. The hotel was also very clean and our rooms were spacious and everything we needed and wanted. The staff were also friendly and helpful, although we never really needed them, as we were happy with everything. I would stay he... Read more

We went to this hotel in early September. It was a warm night so we turned the table fan on all night with both windows wide open!. It was noisy and uncomfortable. We lost our privacy straight away too as the back of the hotel faced the blocks of residential flats in a few meters across the back garden. The hotel reception staff have poor English but nevertheless polite and helpful. There is a small fridge in the room. I would not go to this hotel again purely on its lack of air conditioning sys... We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a 15-20 minute walk to The Prater amusement park but you have to take a taxi to go to downtown Vienna. The only thing I can complain about is that they say their rooms have an AC but all we got was a fan (lucky we were only there in September...) Overall, a pleasant stay and I'd recommend :)

We were booked at this hotel on the 21st September on a business visit to Vienna. Upon arrival at reception we found two gentleman who were being told they had no rooms despite their reservation which they has printed for evidence. Well as they had made a reservation and not paid we thought they had taken chances hence they didn't have a room. Little did we know that although we had booked and paid in full weeks before we also did not have a room. It was a shock and annoyance as we were tired f... Read more

I booked 8 nights at this hotel, staying for a conference and visit the city after. The room is very dated, carpets have not been vacuumed in a while, curtains full of dust if you move them. The TV is so old, staff spent 10 minutes to figure out how to turn it on (I couldn't). The room is noisy, noisy guests and road noise. The bar is minuscule and uncomfortable. Horrible views. On second day they left the dirty glasses for me to wash. Used previously used towels to clean the bathtub and left ... Read more

If you ready to walk a minute or two from the main road and the rail station, this is a very good hotel to stay. As all the required amenities and a very courteous staff. Food is excellent too. I stayed here for 4 days and had a pleasant stay.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights recently. It is OK but quite a bit from the center of Vienna and not many eating places etc round about. Couple of good supermarkets just across the road which are very cheap and a 5 minute walk to the underground station. Although watch your bag etc as I had my phone stolen on the 2nd day somewhere on the underground! Staff in hotel quite helpful but on 2nd day the 2 female staff at desk (one in particular) had an awful trouble understanding our Sco... Read more
