A little out of the downtown area but walkable and transit is close by. The food is good and the service excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are not large but well appointed and comfortable.

This hotel is a Marriott holding, thus how I got there. I spend a late November weekend there and it was fairly quiet, leading me to suspect it's busier during the week with business conferences. It's super close to a couple of street car lines, plus a train station with regional service (i.e. the airport). I was on the 7th floor executive floor with access to the executive lounge (you had to exit the main entrance and cross to an annex building). I would stay here again, although depending ... I could not recommend this hotel more highly. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great and only a short walk up the street to the tram stop. The No 71 tram will take u right into the centre of the city in a few minutes. Very reliable service and reasonably priced. The hotel itself is lovely all amenities including the pool and steam room are included in the room price. The rooms are spacious and our bathroom was clean and well stocked. We found that the water from the shower ... Read more

There was only one front staff checking in at least 6 guests , had to wait for a while to be checked in. Rooms are not bright. The breakfast setup is good ,but the bar downstairs is unreasonably expensive.

Property was fine. Rooms were spacious and ok. But, service wasn't friendly at any point during our 3 night stay. The only friendly greeting came from the women cleaning the rooms. Front desk staff and other service weren't rude, just not welcoming. Room - spacious, clean with comfortable beds Bathroom - oddest design I've ever seen. You can't shower without flooding the room. The water damage on the wooden door attests to the fact that we were far from the only ones who had an issue. Why not... Read more

Impressive facade and lobby. However my room was rather tired, with very noisy air conditioning. Also hotel is quite large and corridors quite long, your room can be a long way from reception. Very old TV, Wi-Fi is chargeable and quite expensive Good omelettes at breakfast. Other food a bit disappointing. Helpful staff in the main. About a 20 minute walk from town

Not a bad location, there's a train straight to the airport ‚?¨2.20 and it takes only 20mins (when I asked about a cab I wasn't informed of this and was told a cab would be ‚?¨35...not worth it) The pool area was disgusting. It felt damp and run down, a public swimming pool would be more inviting. Also the changing rooms aren't very well separated so I wouldn't take your children there. Breakfast was adequate. Everything just felt quite greasy though. The whole hotel needs updating. I've staye... Read more

We stayed here for a conference. The staff is very helpful and we were given a room immediately even though we were early for check in. The hotel has a classy yet cozy feel to it. Location is very convenient, very close to metro and other establishments. The facilities were also good. There is no wifi in the rooms but its free on public areas in the hotel (i.e. lobby and breakfast room). The breakfast was really good and the meals we had during the conference were also very good. Each meal... Read more

The service you receive from all the staff at this Hotel is excellent, nothing is to much trouble. We have stayed at this hotel several times now and will definitely be going back again next year. On this visit we were in room 130 which is on the ground floor after unpacking I went to open the window as the room was very warm only to find that window was screwed shut! Apparently this is there policy now!! My husband and I had stayed there 3 months previously and the windows were not screwed shut... Read more

Traveled with wife and a child under 1 year. We arrived in Vienna early Wednesday morning and was already at the hotel shortly after 10 am in the morning, we thought we would leave the bags. Was no problem to check in so early and the staff was very helpful. Tested restaurant in the hotel, very helpful staff who picked up the chair for our children and warmed our baby food that we had brought. The breakfast was superb and a big thanks to the staff there who were very excited and service oriented... Read more
