Great location, tram across the street for easy access to inner city by tram and underground, about 20-25 minutes, but on a busy street with a lot of traffic noise. Rooms away from the street somewhat better. A/C not working in the room on the very hot day we arrived. Bed comfortable, linens clean. Carpets everywhere looked old and stained. Decent breakfast buffet with reasonable selections. Outdoor patio neglected with dead trees and umbrellas lying on the ground. Wifi pretty good, but you have... Read more

I had to leave in a hurry for attending a Congress and my travel agency (although my indication was different) booked a room in this hotel. I was not very happy taking into account that the place I needed to attend to was far from a walking distance. But the clerk (a very nice young lady) at the registration desk was giving me the right directions to go by public transport to the needed location. Then I had the good surprise to have a plentiful breakfast with various items. The room was clean wi... Read more

Nice stuff, clean rooms. It's sufficient, if you want hotel for just sleep over. Main benefits are free breakfast and free parking (!!!) Many of hotels offers parking for very high prices. Hotel is very close to station of tram line 25 - Polgarstra√?e. You can reach metro station Kagran in just 8 minutes and than another ca. 15 mins to city center.

The staffs here are rude. The hotel advertises one thing and when you get there its a whole different ball game. I booked a superior room and got a tiny crappy room with a tiny bed that they claimed the rooms are 325 square foot, but the bathroom is bigger than the room space you get. Upon arrival the entrances is beautifully decorated but when you go to the floors the rooms are on the hallways smell like cat pee and the floors are dirty. This hotel offers breakfast but the put out all cold cut ... Read more

We spent there just one night so we hadn't had any high expectations. The room was small and clean although it is visible that the hotel is quite old. It didn't bother us at all. We slept well and the next morning ate a very good breakfast. It was surprising but of course in a positive way. The staff was very helpful, kind despite some slight problems with English at the beginning. The only drawback is the parking slot - you have to leave your car in the street. Fortunately, there was some free ... Read more

It is a decent deal however the place is a little difficult to find especially while driving. There is ample street parking which is free after 6 PM. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious but the quality is pretty poor. The rooms need updating and a nice cleaning. The front desk is polite; the elevators are very very tiny. The breakfast is free but ok not too many options. They do have a fresh omelette/scrambled egg station but you really will miss it especially if you don't ask someone to make i... Read more

Based on previous reviews and star rating i was expecting a standard middle of the road experience. Pleasently suprised. Free wifi, free parking, free breakfast, free use of the lovely neighbouring outdoor pool plus clean room and good service. Also really easy to access the main roads to get around. Would definitely recommend.
