Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Had booked an Executive King and was delighted to have been upgraded to an Executive Suite. Room was huge, with all the expect facilities and amenities. As previous comments state staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast in the main restaurant was good with a wide choice. My only comment is that it can get very manic given the number of tables, number of guests staying and time available for breakfast. We had access to the Executive Lounge which was a g... Read more

This hotel is MUCH cheaper than its counterpart in central Vienna, but it is out of town. The rooms are nice and it offers all the key offerings of a Hilton. I imagine this would be a great hotel for families as there is room to move and the Danube waterfront to explore. While it is well connected to the Metro/U-Bahn, it takes a little time to reach the centre of town. If you're short on time in Vienna, you may want to consider an option closer to town unless you really want 5* for a fraction of... Read more

Stayed for 5 nights as part of conference. Room was excellent , large, clean, window (can be opened) on the Danube, two queen beds and all amenities. Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent with fresh local products and Austrian specialties, not a generic carbo table. Location was ok for a walk on the river corniche but rather far from central Vienna. Metro is close but once in town, getting back to hotel takes time, so the distance is a deterrent to resting or retrieving something from room onc... Read more

A lovely hotel with very spacious rooms. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Our package via expedia did not offer breakfast, we were offered this when we booked in, either 23 euro per day or 18 euro if we committed to all of our 4 day stay. We were not informed of the option of croissants, orange juice and coffee/tea that is available at 6 Euro. We enjoyed the the 6 euro breakfast, in gorgeous sun on the patio overlooking the water. We stayed in a fairly large room with all the amenities you can need, rooms are very clean and the king sized bed is very comfortable. All staff we have dealt with are very helpful. Breakfast was included in our package and the food very good, also prices in the downstairs bar seemed quite reasonable as well. With all this going for it, why doesn't Hilton come into the current century and understand that all travellers need Wifi and don't want to have to pay an extra 10 Euro per day. Free Wifi i... Let's get one thing out of the way about the Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront - Yes, it is somewhat out of the way, and not the most convenient as a base. However, it offers great value and is worth a look for those looking for something different in Vienna What I liked: Confirmed upgrade, ahead of time, through Hilton app, and room prepared as requested (hypoallergenic). Nice, very large room with great waterfront view. Great onsite restaurant with evening BBQ during the summer (see separat... Read more

My family and I stayed here for 4 days. The room was ok - but a bit tired looking and had a broken a/c. They did give us another room on the third night, but we really had to insist on it. Also, as we booked through Expedia, we had to pay for in-room wifi (only complimentary if you book through Hilton and part of Hilton Honors or AAA). Even if you pay, awful reception (not good enough if you want to send photos or use WhatsApp - and only good for 3 devices). Overall, would not recommend this h... Read more

We stayed here during Mini City Break. The hotel is very nicely laid out and the location beside the Danube is spectacular. It is a little way out of the city, but it is only a short walk to the nearest underground station, so access to the City is easy enough. The in house restaurant is very nice and it has a lovely gym and hydro pool which over looks the river. If you don't mind being a little out of the city, highly recommended.

Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Staff are lovely, suite was spacious with ample room to relax, and a view over the pool and Danube. The pool is small and unheated but was refreshing after a long walk round the town centre. Sauna and spa facilities are also good and the perfect way to unwind before dinner. Executive lounge has everything you need with a happy hour on food and drinks.

I had a stop over in Vienna and rather than pay a premium to stay on top of the airport I looked for the nearest hotel with good view, pool, gym and spa and decent size rooms/suites AND would have total cost including taxi of staying in lesser hotel near the airport. This was the result. Getting there from airport - hit traffic but way back only took 15 minutes. About 30 euro in the cab. Train and bus much easier and cheaper given the traffic coming out I reckon.
