I was here overnight for business. The reception staff were very friendly, informative & all spoke excellent English. The rooms were spacious, clear , well equipped and for me most important had Windows that opened so I had fresh air. The breakfast selection was excellent and sent me up for a hard days work ahead.

The hotel looks very nice and the service was perfect. Breakfast was very good. The location is not super but there is a metro station near by and you can also take a walk or 30-40min to the center. The wifi in our room was very weak but in the other rooms it was OK so take care about it. Enjoy!

We spent four nights at the Wilhelmshof on a family break in Vienna. Our two rooms were well proportioned and nicely decorated. There is a theme of tasteful faux decadence throughout the hotel which is reflected in the décor of each room (as can be seen from photos on this web site). The minibar was well stocked. The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was particularly comfortable although extra pillows would have been a nice touch. Breakfast (as mentioned by others) is a supe... Read more

I just cannot rave enough about the uniqueness of this hotel. I loved the art work through out...in the rooms, reception area, breakfast area, and the small courtyard. The full wall paintings offer such a special touch. The hotel is clean clean clean. We loved going out in the courtyard for drinks and all the staff promptly took our orders and served us.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and only 3 metro stations away from the old town center. The hotel is very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfasts are sumptuous, and the staff extremely helpful. They gave us good advice on eating well and affordably. The only reservation for some people would be its distance from the city centre, about 10-15 minute's walk, although it is near a large railway station with tram and bus connections. It suited us perfectly as a group of reasonably fit pensioners.

Stayed here as part of a flight+hotel deal. On arrival asked to upgrade as we wanted a room with fridge and kettle: which are not provided in the standard room. Corinna on the front desk went to some effort to find a room, the extra 10 euros per night was well worth it. The room was fantastic, great shower room and separate toilet. Very comfy bed, very quiet and wonderful decor. The pillows were so soft we asked for two more and this was no problem. The breakfast buffet was superb. High quality ... Read more

We picked this hotel because of the reviews and price. It's location close to Praterstern station allows easy access to surface and underground trains. 25 min train ride from Airport is 2.40 euros each. It's also easy to walk into Central Vienna. The hotel was fabulous. Friendly staff all through the hotel. Quick check in with free upgrade. Room was perfect, clean and fresh. Tea & coffee making facilities and fridge (although it might be an idea to take tea bags as they don't seem to have breakfast tea) easily sorted from local shop. Breakfast very good plenty of selection and available until 11.00am. Bar area perfect for a nightcap. A really good hotel highly recommend. Near good transport links to city centre and surrounding areas... Read more

The hotel is situated very conveniently near (but not too close) to the station on a direct route to the airport,It is in the Leopold district. Lovely rooms with beautiful modern art. We had two rooms on the first floor. we were fortunate to be upgraded but I suspect all rooms would be fine. Ours was roomy facing a quite side street. The shower was powerful with underfloor heating in the bathroom. It is very easy to access restaurants in the local area or if preferred to go to the old town it is... Read more

This hotel is wonderful. My check in experience was great - everyone spoke English nicely. They gave me an upgraded room. Large even by American standards. Art everywhere, modern furnishings, but you still have the feeling that you are in Austria. Lovely bathroom. The breakfast is astounding. So many choices and everything is delicious. See pictures. Location is good. Easy access to two major public transit stops. Got a great price though TripAdvisor and Getaroom.

I have just returned from 6 days working in Vienna. I picked this hotel because of its good ratings and I wasn't disappointed. Admittedly I wasn't there a lot but the hotel was clean and warm, the staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was great. A good selection without being overly extravagant.' All in all, a great place to stay in a quiet area but very near the station for the train to the airport and the u bahn underground into the city.

I spent 4 nights with my family in the hotel. The location is not the city center but rather near the big Wheel. The weather conditions are not the optimal ones for that visit. Instead, the hotel is nicely stuffed. The bed is cumfortable and the bathroom is huge. The location is adequate for some one who is looking for holidays trip to get some rest. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of bread types, cheese and an excellent service on the top.

A very nice and pleasant hotel on a small quite road. Great staff at the reception, always very kind and helping out. A nice breakfast variety. Room is very comfortable. A very short walk to the U-bahn. I indeed recommend.

Absolutely spotless rooms and public areas. There's nothing you could find fault in at this hotel. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is great. Easy to get to and quiet area. The decor is exciting and varied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here which was reasonably priced.

The room was cozy and clean. Bed was comfortable and I slept really well there. Also the hotel location was really nice and quiet. It was nice to have a hotel located a little bit off the most touristy streets. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was really good, nothing special but everything you really need in the mornings. The semmels were the best part :) I would truly recommend this hotel for everyone.
