It's not glamorous, it's not luxurious - and with its chalet decor it stands out somehow - but it is everything you need in a Vienna hotel. It's pretty central (20 minutes brisk walk from the city centre), it's quiet enough, the brakfast is ample and fresh and the staff is super nice and competent. Highly recommendable!

We were on a Girls trip and had a 3 bed room and a 2 bed room. Unfortunately at first they gave us a second 2 bed room with a kids spare bed even though they saw that we were five adults. But the staff was helpfull after we complained and gave us a room with 3 beds. The lobby and the restaurant are really nice and look kinda like a hotel in the alps but as soon as you get out of the elevator on your floor you will see that the rest of the hotel ist not as nice and kinda stuck in the 80s. at leas... Very convenient to find the hotel as 200 mt walking distance from Rennweg railway station. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and variety of food items available. Huge dinning area and staff also helpful & they maintain traditional dress and local tram and other transport available near to hotel as it is in the main road. Lobby is also very decorative. Functions or songs also performed during evening. In one word great to stay.

The Hotel is very well located near to the train station Rennweg. (less 10 minutes walk) It is near to all other things as well like supermarket 200 mtrs, Belvedere Palace was 1 KM away. The Hotel staff itself was quite good and helping. All women staff were in a traditional Austrian dress which was looking very beautiful The room was also nice. Air conditioning has some issue. I checked and staff told me that air conditioner is central and will work automatically when temperature rise over 25... Read more

We stayed here in late May and I finally had a few moments to write a review, which is a great disservice the wonderful staff at Enziana. We found the hotel location excellent (close to any method of travel desired), the rooms very clean, and the staff was top notch. We also did something we almost never do at a hotel, and that is eat in the restaurant. Hannes (the restaurant manager?) was absolutely wonderful, and as a result of his pleasant and accommodating personality, we ate in the resta... Read more

I arrived tired and hungry after a 12 hour bus journey from Germany. My check in was 2pm and I was there at 8:30am. However, the wonderful receptionist said that they would hurry my room along and whilst I waited I could help myself to a free breakfast. Amazing customer service. All in all, the hotel itself was excellent. Great staff, great restaurant and the room was spot on. There is also a great public transport network which enables you to get to pretty much everywhere with ease. However, sa... Read more

Thi was a very traditional hotel with wooden (and uncomfortable) seats in the lobby. The rooms were excellent and well maintained. Morning breakfast had the usual wide range of typical continental fare. The staff were very helpful and the girls at breakfast were so good at cleaning and resetting the tables it is worthy of a special mention. The bedrooms did not have air conditioning but they gave us a huge fan! The tramways outside ran every ten minutes giving you quick access to the city centre... Read more

Stayed for 3 nights with the family. A little way out of the centre of town but that was not a problem. Very welcoming reception on arrival. We had 2 rooms, both very comfortable. Breakfast was great, loads of options, if you are hungry after brekky you are not trying. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and have to say the chef is amazing. The wait staff could not be better. There's a tram stop down the street for quick access to the city but we used Uber instead, about ā?¬7 a trip into the... Read more

we stayed at this hotel during a work event. it was close to Belvedere palace and 15' walk to the city center. their rooms were confortable with a full bathroom and the crew were nice. Rennweg station is 5' away and a couple of trams can bring you to Prater or near ringstrasse. Nice hotel to spend a weekend and enjoy Vienna.

When we arrived there, the receptionist told us that the person handling the reservation made a mistake and overbooked. They sent us to a hotel that doesn't meet the price that we paid. Where the hallway and stairs going to the 2nd floor were stinky and room doesnt have a carpet on the floor. We called Enziana and told them that it wasn't what we paid for. They said it's the best that they can do!!! My boyfriend insisted that we will not stay in that hotel as we were expecting something atleas... Read more

The room was warm, comfy bed and clean bath/toilet. Location is the selling point as a minute walk from tram stop and 5 min from train station. Another highlight was the breakfast. We were astonished with food variety every morning. We absolutely loved selection of tea, infused water, tasty fresh bread and friendly staff.

Very clean, nice and cosy hotel. Me and my friends were very suprised comparing cost of reservation and comfort of the hotel. The place is situated very close to 71' tram line which goes to the city center and Rennweg Rail Station from where You get directly to Vienna airport within 20 minutes (qbb rail lines) - excellent location for tourists! Moreover from Enziana it's less than 1 km to Vienna Belvedere. If I ever go back to Vienna I will stay in Enziana again.

It's really fine hotel near the city's center. The good things of Enziana: very politely staff, good breakfest, cosy room and unbelievable interior. From Vienna's airport you can get the train (S7) to the Rennweg station (it's about 7 stops). Very simple to get from airport and very simple to get to the center - what can be better? :) About deficiency: some dust in room (especially in bathroom) and bad wifi. BUT! I think that if bed is good, breakfest is tasty and staff has answers for all your ... Read more

I think, it is good hotel , but they should change the Schrank. They should repair a free wi-fi becouse lots of time it was not good. The bad room is good. But they should clean the teppich every day and change every day the bad choltes.

Great hotel, near the Rennweg underground. When we arrived the room wasn't already prepared, but they kept our luggage (without any extra cost). The room was like the online photos, very clean. Bathroom with a bathtub. Surprisingly, the breakfast had variety and quality (continental & traditional breakfast). The only thing that I didn't liked was the wifi (it didn't work) and the lack of a lamp in the room (they only have table lamps)

First of all I am super dissapointed with his hotel, given its a 4 stars hotel. I wouldn't give it more than 2! I do not recommend it at all To begin with, no one helped us with the bags, the room was super tiny and looked old. The bathroom looked like from the 1990's. The room service every morning practically did nothing, they didnt even change the glasses of water we drank with. There was no bottles of water in the room, nor a kettle, not even the sanitary stuff we usually see in the bathrooms... Read more

We went to Vienna for the Christmas Markets and the Enziana was the ideal location for us. A bit away from the city centre but the number 71 tram stops virtually out side the hotel entrance and gets you to the Christmas Markets in Rathausplatz and Marie Theresien Platz in 15 minutes, the trams run about every 5 mins. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and our room was OK, the only downsides were the bathroom which was tiny and that there were no tea or coff... Read more

We stayed here for 4 nights and we are very pleased that we choose this hotel. The food it's great, especially the pork schnitzel. The staff are really nice and polite. The hotel is located very close to the center and you can either take the tramp or a taxi if you don't want to walk. Once more lovely hotel and staff and we will be back again.
