I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are big, very big! You also have a little kitchen in your room. All is clean e modern. The position is good if you walk for few minutes you'll get to the nearest train station. Convenient prices. I didn't had breakfast in the Hotel but you can pay a little fee and have it.

I stayed at this hotel last week with 4 friends, the oldest was 88 years of age and the rest of us were not far behind. The hotel staff were brilliant, especially the receptionists, they could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very good, well decorated, clean, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location - in a quiet street very close to frequent, public transport. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We are quite satisfied with our stay. One thing I would like to point out that parking could be cheaper. Another thing is breakfast, it could be included in the price or be cheaper, or could be free of charge for the child.

I just needed a room for a few nights. By bus it takes just 10min to the "Mariahilfer Strasse". The staff was friendly. The wifi was very fast and stable(and for free). My room was good with with balcony(and ashtray) but the hair dryer didn't work. The location of the hotel is "concrete-grey". For the breakfast I had to pay extra(9Euro). The coffee was good, but the bread wasn't fresh. Very closed to the hotel there is the Cafe Mokador which serves breakfast for just 7euro with fresh bread but ... Read more

Beautifull hotel, nice room. Breakfast was more than divers and staff was helpfull, providing brochures and Viena Card (around 20 euro for 3 days) which you can use it for different discounts when visiting the city and for transport ( bus and metro). Parking is limited and if not free. We paid 12 euro per day and in the first day there were not any hotel parking place or hotel ticket for public parking and we paid 8 euro from 18 o'clock till 22 o'clock. From 22 till 9 in the morning and during t... Read more

The Art Hotel is a nice 3 star hotel. It is pretty much what you would expect. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The front desk was very helpful. The hotel is easy to find and located 10 minutes from the centrum by u-bahn.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is perhaps 3-4 km out of the centre but is close to a decent bus and a more distant tram route. The hotel is not an elegant place to stay but does provide adequate accommodation, with a concerted effort being made to brighten the place with art everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I travelled with my two adult daughters & booked with click & go. We booked a 1 bedroom apt. When we arrived we were given a studio. Tiny for 3 adults after being reassured by reception that was the biggest apt available & what we ordered I advised that I was contacting my booking company. Once I was heard on the phone I did go outside the lady tossed another key at me and asked me to take a look. Three times the size of the other. To access the apts you take the lift to the 5th floor then its ... Read more

Cannot recommend this hotel for a summer stay, heat over night is unbearable and no rooms have air conditioning just one fan which circulates the hot air. The studio is big with kitchen facilities and dressing room but rooms are very dated and need new decor, not about style but tired. Breakfast area is nice clean and modern. I would say that hotel is 2 star as is a disappointment for 3 star. My ratings would be 3 star of staying in winter.

The hotel staff was great. Very helpful and polite. The hotel is covered in art by locals and it adds an eclectic feel to the place. There is a smokers lounge downstairs in the wine cellar which is worth a peek even if you do not smoke. Breakfast was pretty good with the coffee machine being a major plus. Unfortunately, it was very warm and we were on the 6th floor. The hotel lacks a/c which made for very uncomfortable sleepless nights. They do give you a fan but with only hot air to circulate ... This hotel is not so close to the city, however, it's very near the main train station. You can get downtown by bus, which is the most efficient way. Staff is really kind. Breakfast was really good. Cleanliness is ok. The decoration is interesting, not my taste, but beauty is a question of individuality. Fair price.

We managed to check in early which was appreciated after a flight and half hour taxi ride. We were also give a larger room with fridge, microwave and hotplate which was handy for our two week stay. Most of the hotel's guests seem to be short stay. For a longer stay the breakfast is the same day after day with not a particularly varied selection. Staff are very both friendly and helpful. They are well versed on the transport links which made our stay that bit easier. The bus stop for the 59A to t... Read more
