I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are big, very big! You also have a little kitchen in your room. All is clean e modern. The position is good if you walk for few minutes you'll get to the nearest train station. Convenient prices. I didn't had breakfast in the Hotel but you can pay a little fee and have it.

I stayed at this hotel last week with 4 friends, the oldest was 88 years of age and the rest of us were not far behind. The hotel staff were brilliant, especially the receptionists, they could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very good, well decorated, clean, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location - in a quiet street very close to frequent, public transport. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We are quite satisfied with our stay. One thing I would like to point out that parking could be cheaper. Another thing is breakfast, it could be included in the price or be cheaper, or could be free of charge for the child.

I just needed a room for a few nights. By bus it takes just 10min to the "Mariahilfer Strasse". The staff was friendly. The wifi was very fast and stable(and for free). My room was good with with balcony(and ashtray) but the hair dryer didn't work. The location of the hotel is "concrete-grey". For the breakfast I had to pay extra(9Euro). The coffee was good, but the bread wasn't fresh. Very closed to the hotel there is the Cafe Mokador which serves breakfast for just 7euro with fresh bread but ... Read more

Beautifull hotel, nice room. Breakfast was more than divers and staff was helpfull, providing brochures and Viena Card (around 20 euro for 3 days) which you can use it for different discounts when visiting the city and for transport ( bus and metro). Parking is limited and if not free. We paid 12 euro per day and in the first day there were not any hotel parking place or hotel ticket for public parking and we paid 8 euro from 18 o'clock till 22 o'clock. From 22 till 9 in the morning and during t... Read more

The Art Hotel is a nice 3 star hotel. It is pretty much what you would expect. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The front desk was very helpful. The hotel is easy to find and located 10 minutes from the centrum by u-bahn.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is perhaps 3-4 km out of the centre but is close to a decent bus and a more distant tram route. The hotel is not an elegant place to stay but does provide adequate accommodation, with a concerted effort being made to brighten the place with art everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I travelled with my two adult daughters & booked with click & go. We booked a 1 bedroom apt. When we arrived we were given a studio. Tiny for 3 adults after being reassured by reception that was the biggest apt available & what we ordered I advised that I was contacting my booking company. Once I was heard on the phone I did go outside the lady tossed another key at me and asked me to take a look. Three times the size of the other. To access the apts you take the lift to the 5th floor then its ... Read more

Cannot recommend this hotel for a summer stay, heat over night is unbearable and no rooms have air conditioning just one fan which circulates the hot air. The studio is big with kitchen facilities and dressing room but rooms are very dated and need new decor, not about style but tired. Breakfast area is nice clean and modern. I would say that hotel is 2 star as is a disappointment for 3 star. My ratings would be 3 star of staying in winter.

The hotel staff was great. Very helpful and polite. The hotel is covered in art by locals and it adds an eclectic feel to the place. There is a smokers lounge downstairs in the wine cellar which is worth a peek even if you do not smoke. Breakfast was pretty good with the coffee machine being a major plus. Unfortunately, it was very warm and we were on the 6th floor. The hotel lacks a/c which made for very uncomfortable sleepless nights. They do give you a fan but with only hot air to circulate ... This hotel is not so close to the city, however, it's very near the main train station. You can get downtown by bus, which is the most efficient way. Staff is really kind. Breakfast was really good. Cleanliness is ok. The decoration is interesting, not my taste, but beauty is a question of individuality. Fair price.

We managed to check in early which was appreciated after a flight and half hour taxi ride. We were also give a larger room with fridge, microwave and hotplate which was handy for our two week stay. Most of the hotel's guests seem to be short stay. For a longer stay the breakfast is the same day after day with not a particularly varied selection. Staff are very both friendly and helpful. They are well versed on the transport links which made our stay that bit easier. The bus stop for the 59A to t... Read more

We are regulars since 2003. We appreciate the very personal and friendly service, the breakfast and the traffic connections to the city. We will come again and we are sure, that we will always have a very happy stay.

I didn't like the location so much but I mean you get what you pay for. The bed was small but clean. They have all the basic stuff you would need in a room. I didn't like the part where the housekeeping lady tried opening my door at 11:30 yet check out time is at 12pm.

Stayed for 3 days at the Art Hotel in Vienna. Was initially apprehensive of how it would turn out to be. Was pleasantly surprised at the amazing studio apartment. Lots of space. Cooking area. Large open terrace space for chilling out. A very modern bathroom and a modern, tastefully decorated and well maintained place. Connectivity to public transport maybe a slight issue but its manageable. I really dont understand the fuss some people have created over this. I can understand I you have lot of... Read more

My wife and I stayed a week at the Art Hotel. It's staff are efficient - it is well run and a 24 hour desk. It is clean and the breakfasts are great. We were privileged to be upgraded to an apartment on the 5th Floor as we were staying for a week. It is well situated very near transport route and Taxis come in under 2 minutes when called.

A very pleasant small hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfasts were very good and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Buses and trams are close by and provide easy travel into the city centre. Would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel with an excellent room, more like a little suite with kitchenette...fantastic size and very comfortable. Staff extremely helpful with directions and transport recommendations. The transport in Vienna is super fast, from buses to trains and easy to navigate. Breakfast is basic but very nice. The hotel drinks are super reasonable at 2 80 each. Would definitely stay, here again and the art everywhere was an lovely added bonus!

Nice hotel. Decorated to a nice standard with comfortable rooms. The Man in reception grunted at us when we arrived and didn't speak English well however gave us all we needed. He seemed to cheer up in the bar on the second night. The breakfast was fine and on the whole, we had a really nice stay here. Very cultural, quite a long walk from anything and easy to lose (from experience) the view from our window was some offensive tags spray painted on a wall. We did however enjoy the hotel and woul... I went to Vienna with my friend for a week for the Christmasmarkets and I stayed in this hotel. The room at 4th floor was quiet, clean and tidy even if not very large but anyway comfortable for 2 people for a week. We chose a not refundable double without breakfast and the price for a week was very very competitive if compared to the other hotels' in Vienna. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the center, close to the bus station and underground Margareten Gurtel or Pilgramgasse U4 s... Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Art Hotel last weekend while we visited Vienna and the Christmas Markets. Lovely hotel, located outside the city centre in a nice quiet neighbourhood but the bus stop is less than a five minute walk from the hotel and brings you into the centre. We booked room only but there is a supermarket beside the hotel so we were able to buy breakfast there each morning to have in our room. We were on the 7th floor and had a large sitting room, bedroom and bathroom (room 719... Read more
