+ Staff very friendly, rooms very clean, good breakfast, big rooms, luggage room, free wi-fi, computer with free acces to print at ground level, very good position (Praterstern--direct train to Flughafen), near Billa and Hofer. - A little bit freezing în room (205), stairs to room (no elevator in that part), should be more vegetables at breakfast, thin walls--in the morning could hear neighbour's showers. For all those who comment that the hotel has no parking : learn to read !, the hotel's pa... Read more

Good location. Not far from railway station, metro station, tram station. Silent and clean room. Suitable for people who have not high requirements and agree to modest conditions. Staff is friendly.Breakfast food selection is satisfying.

Stayed here for 2 nights but not consecutive - one night in a room with double bed, the other night in a single bed. It also shows in the size of the bathroom, although it is still fine. The hotel feels a little classical, lots of white and bit Vienna style, but cozy at the same time. The rooms are ok, not necessarily luxurious, but safe and minibar are available, as well as a small writing desk and chair. Breakfast has plenty of options, but don't expect a big buffet. Ten to fifteen minutes wal... Read more

We stayed for 4 nights in Wienna. Room was cozy, and nice. Although we had no heating pot, that caused us a bit inconvinient. Because My girlfriend needed hot water and i had to go the Lobby every time for a cup of water. Hotel is located near Praterstern Bf. I liked the Wiener Riesenrad a lot.

We stayed at Hotel Adlon for just one night at the beginning of June, but it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and helpful and gave us a lot of advices about how to get around the city, which train tickets would be cheapest and which typical tourist locations they considered worth a visit and which not. The hotel is located near Praterstern, one of the central stations in Vienna, from where one can get to all the important locations around the city either on foot or with ... Read more

I spent 2 nights in this hotel and was quite satisfied. The room was large and clean. The decoration is simple, but there is everything needed. The breakfast is generous and various. Especially, we appreciated the freshly baked waffles.; the ambiance of the hotel is good and it is nice to stay in the courtyard to drink a tea at any moment of the day.

The Hotel was just a short walk to the city centre, close to Pratersen metro station which went to various stations including the main railway station. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and just a short walk away is a Lidl. Map available from reception which we found really helpful. Only downside was the staff were sometimes abrupt probably without realising.

We had a good sized room in a quiet location. But the air conditioning was broken throughout our stay (6 days ) and as it very hot 30 degrees plus it was hard to sleep. The reception staff did not know when the aircon would be fixed. Nice, though limited breakfast. Nice to have free access during day and evening to coffee and tea.

We stayed at this hotel from 26th June 2016 - 29th June 2016. This hotel has a lot of downfalls that could simply be rectified to ensure the guests have a more enjoyable stay. The website states that there is air conditioning in the room, what it doesn't state is that the air conditioning does not work, all it does is make a loud rattling sound and sound likes it is going to fall out of the roof so we had to sleep with the window open otherwise it was very hot in the room. The website also sta... Read more

Let me start by saying that the hotel is quite average. We had a problem with a clogged shower drain, it really wasn't aborted though they did try to fix it. We stayed in the groudfloor room no 005. The room smelled quite musty. The real problem is the area. Its seedy. The hotel shares it walls with a large sex shop, in fact there was some film shooting happening with people hopping in and out of the hotel and the shop. We noticed many seedy establishments on our way tho the Prater station. Not ... Read more

Firstly, I had some difficulty locating the hotel from the Praterstern station. There is a direct train (S7) from the Vienna airport to Prater, which is very convenient. The hotel is situated in a rather shady locality with a few sex shops around etc. Not that anything one should really be bothered about, but perhaps not the best place for families with kids. I was in room 119. Quite a maze to reach the room. You take the elevator to floor 2A, then get down the stairs, up and then down to reach... Read more

The only negative part in this hotel is a heavy keys that you have to carry with you or leave it in a box accessible to other people. The breakfast is superb, the coffee shop works till 11p.m. free of charge, the rooms are good size and stuff is friendly.

The location of the hotel is great. Very close to the train station and metro station. Only one metro station away from the heart of Vienna. So easy to reach all the central activities. Staff are very helpful, very happy. Easy to deal with. Breakfast is very nice also. Rooms are clean and the size of the rooms are very comfortable. Only the new part of the hotel has rooms and they can be entered without elevator. have to go through the stairs to reach the room.

Rooms are small and very ugly. There is no night porter (although admittedly a working night safe). Breakfast is not very good either. This is a low quality hotel that feels much more like a 2 star than a 3 star. No minibar, no lift. I won't be back.

The hotel is in a good location in terms of travel time to the sights however, the area is a little rough with a number of brothels nearby, the closest being a couple of doors away. The rooms are comfortable if a little basic. The hotel is good for a base but not recommended if you intend to spend any real time in the hotel. The staff were friendly but the doors are locked at 11pm or earlier making nighttime access difficult.

There is NO wifi in some of the rooms. Travelling internationally I can't use my phone unless there's wifi, so I was disconnected for days. Also bad area, unhelpful staff (they could care less about issues), and the rooms are a bit musty. Stay away.
