Every winter Kirchberg turns into a veritable paradise for sports. More than 200 km of slopes, a half-pipe at Kitzbüheler Horn, 45 km of cross-country trails, 40 km of winter hiking trails, ice skating, horse-drawn carriage rides, and an illuminated toboggan run guarantee great winter fun.
The new Maierl cable car right outside our front door, ski and snowboarding schools only a few minutes by foot, the snowy slopes of the amazing Kitzbühel ski resort, famous slopes such as Hahnenkamm, the ski safari from Kirchberg to the Thurn Pass, and the new connection to the Wilder Kaiser ski resort in Brixental are a dream for all winter sports enthusiasts.
Particularly interesting for skiers: Under normal snow conditions you can ski almost all the way to our front door.
The free ski bus stops right outside our hotel and takes you to the new Pengelstein lift, the Ki-West slope, the ski school, or straight to the center of Kirchberg or Kitzbühel.
The Gaisberg night skiing slope is only 5 minutes by foot from our hotel. You can ski down the well-prepared, illuminated slope from 6.30 PM to 9.30 PM. A very special kind of experience.
The illuminated toboggan run is on the Gaisberg mountain. Great fun for the whole family. Sleds are available at the valley station of the Gaisberg lift.
