We only stayed for 1 night and on arrival we were extremely pleased to be told we were "guests of the day" or a similar title, i have not heard of this before but thought it a splendid idea, we were upgraded to the top floor together with a free breakfast and a choice of items from the snax (their spelling) shop. The hotel itself has excellent and helpful staff. The only downside was that they advertise a steam bath which was apparently removed some time ago. Would certainly reccommend.

Had a perfect stay at Hilton, i don't know where to begin! We arrived before the official check-in but the staff had a room for us, we had to wait a bit for it (30mins or so) but the hotel staff prepared coffee for our wait, very nice touch. Went into the room and was surprised with complimentary wine, another nice touch for us. Most small family-run hotels does not have a kettle in the room, I'm so glad to see one in the room, yay! This hotel needs a face lift. The carpets are very dirty, furnishings are very old and dated. The positives include a wonderful mattress and beautiful views from all angles of the hotel. Restaurant can be disgusting. While we were there almost every table was dirty. The manager took us to a dirty table picked up the dirty dishes, brushed off the crumbs and said you can sit here. The left over food from people's plates are craped into an ice bucket like a bucket of pig slop. It is absol... Read more

This Hilton is different. It has a casino and "strip" joint attached. It is within walking distance from the central station. We stayed here for a ski trip in Mayrhofen in an effort to avoid the astronomical prices in the ski resort. I don't regret it at all. The staff is very attentive, particularly the front desk. The only thing I didn't like was their use of a strong aerosol.

We ended up staying at this hotel at midnight as the freeway to Switzerland was closed and we were suddenly stranded. Cannot thank the staff enough for providing us with 2 rooms so late at night. The rooms were excellent - spacious and with amazing views. The location was also excellent for exploring Innsbruck as everything was within walking distance. The underground parking was also very handy for us and secure. Innsbruck is beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone for a short stay

We have stayed here many times and particularly enjoy the view. The breakfast is typically Hilton and very good with very pleasant and efficient staff. The room service we used in the evenings was also of a very high standard. The rooms are well cleaned and the 'chambermaids' are very thorough and pleasant. We had been following the French Open Tennis on a UK channel (ITV) and fortunately it just finished by early evening. That is when the UK channels break up. I think Innsbruck (like Munich fo... The hotel is a bit worn, but the positives outweigh any negatives by a large margin. We were provided with a room on the top floor with a view. Breakfast was excellent and a perk for gold level guest. Some of the folks at the front desk have a bit of an English problem, but others do not. Just a short walk from the train station (and... Reasonable rates and perfectly located in central Innsbruck, just a few minutes walk to the main train station and the old town. If you are looking for chic and sleek or a quaint character-filled hotel, this is not the place, but it is a typical "business" hotel with standard amenities and almost all rooms seem to have good views of the mountains. I'm sad to say thus far this hotel has been the low point of my European vacation. The rooms are outdated, carpet is dirty, casino is next door and shares a parking garage.
