A convenient location for our almost yearly trip to Wollongong. We've stayed in other, less pricey hotels in the past and always had comfortable beds. There's no excuse for poor quality mattresses, particularly when paying top dollar. Staff were helpful and professional, but our experience was certainly effected by the quality (lack of) of the bed)

Central location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Nice modern decor without being over the top. Great bathroom. Big shower. Hot water was never an issue. Lots of power outlets. Full function small kitchen. Laundry (washing machine, dryer and sink) discretely located in bathroom. Could easily, efficiently and comfortably stay for over a week. Down side is hard to find but to be fussy, street noise. Maybe a power point or two bedside. Highly recommend.

Weekend stay for family reunion & wedding. Great rooms, exceptional service, close proximity to beach (10 minute flat walk), cafes & restaurants (just around the corner) and shopping mall. Although a popular pub is located at the back of the apartment building, there was no noise reverberating through. Check in, check out super smooth and hassle free. The girls & guy on front desk greet you as if a long standing friend and really helpful. We needed the configuration changed in the in-laws room a... Read more

Lovely staff, very modern and beautiful rooms, great pool, great location. We stayed there with our 2 year old when attending a wedding. We stayed for one week and had a wonderful time. The staff catered to our every need including setting up clean cot for our child. The spa and pool were lovely and we will stay there again when next we visit our friends in Wollongong.

We stayed at Adina during a National Competition of Sweet Adelines Barbershop. Many thing happened that were not pleasing during the stay of 4 days but the Adina was so pleasant, rooms great, initiated a sofa bed as 4 were staying together. It was a busy weekend for all but cannot fault the efficient way everything was handled, even to storing our luggage after check-out time. Thankyou. Pam Thompson

Thanks Talitha for doing such a great job on the housekeeping side! The best part is the location as it is right in the central part of Wollongong - you have the middle of town on one side and the water on the other side just a few hundred metres away! I've stayed here a couple of times now and I can't fault it. Really comfortable rooms, some of which have sea glimpses, great location and really friendly service. The rooms towards the eastern end of the building are the best as some of the ones further up the street overlook a fairly ugly building next door.

We stayed at Adina for 1 night on a Saturday, overall the staff were friendly. The apartment is in a good location, central to most things, our room was reasonably clean. The only negative point was there was no tooth paste provided in the room like most other serviced apartments, that was quite annoying as we had forgotten ours and there was no nearby shop to purchase some. Spa and sauna facilities are great! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking to stay in Wollongong.

Rooms can be much cleaner especially in details. The bed was too soft that I felt hurtful on my back when I woke up. The fridge was too small as there were too many minibar products in it and we need to move them out so that there could be some room for our stuff. Besides, the ice chamber of fridge was full of thick ice that I cannot put my ice cream in. Overall, it was a good experience although there were some critical flaws.

Top sheet should be on beds. TV remotes should be of better standard. Ground floor unit should be more reasonable priced. 1.2 % surcharge on Cr Card very rude. $12 per night car space not right. If your good enough to come & stay you should be provided with a car space with all the theft & damage that people do.,

Love, love, loved our stay. The apartment was better than I expected, the location was perfect, close to amazing little bars, cafe's and only a short walk to the beach and seafood restaurants. We found it great value for money. We will be back.

Great location and very spacious apartments. The rooms were very clean and there was no problem with noise. I would definitely stay at an Adina apartment again. Parking was very limited though. The booking process was very simple.

good location, nice rooms, polite staff BUT terrible parking facilities. Be aware of overflow parking codes as we were not advised and had to pay $46 for overnight parking instead of the quoted $12. room prices were a little high considering they did not include breakfast. overall it was a nice hotel but those few things above could be improved.

Poor parking situation and very poor customer service and communication. Before you park get the access code from reception in case you need to park elsewhere. Not enough spots for the number of rooms.

I liked the accomodation & the staff were lovely but the checking in process was very weird & they really didn't understand what we need. We didn't get what we paid for but I would go back again. The position & facilities were great it was just an unfortunate communication breakdown that we couldn't get past.

This is the second time we have stayed in Adina Apartments, Wollongong and we came back because we were really happy with our room and the location. The location is great and the staff are very helpful on arrival (not sure what happened the next night but we all have bad days I suppose). Parking is a pain in the butt. We requested parking when we booked and when we arrived were advised there was lots of parking in the car park so we headed on down to be met with a grid lock of cars trying to fin... Read more

Great location and room spacing is great. We had no issues with facilities however our requests were not met upon arrival as the hotel apparently dont receive it via 3rd party bookings which is dissapointing. In saying that, we enjoyed our stay.

We are just back from a quick mid-week trip to Wollongong to be with our son-in-law and our daughter, plus his parents to both attend and to celebrate his graduation as a Batchelor of Science Education. On their advice we stayed at the Adina Apartment Hotel. After some of the accommodation we've sampled in Wollongong we were feeling a little jaundiced, but this was right up there. It's not brand new, as evidenced by the bathroom, but the bed was outstandingly comfortable and the furniture in the... Read more

Door access cards don't work in lift, room door or garage door. This was the same 6 years ago - SO NOT A NEW PROBLEM. This creates a very bad first impression. The rooms were OK but over-priced. Free internet access was available, but at such a slow rate that I was obliged to pay for a faster rate.

The bed in the room was showing its age plus the double bed mattress made you roll into the middle of the bed which is ok if you are sleeping solo but not with a partner. Also not real happy about paying for parking, should be part of the service.

We booked accommodation for 5 so we were given 2 rooms with an adjoining door which was great. One room had a full kitchen while the other had a kitchenette. Both rooms were very spacious in the living areas and bathrooms. Rooms very clean and also had balconies but the view was very ordinary. Very comfy bed and I think ours was a king. Location ok plenty of eateries and coffee shops with major supermarkets only minutes walk. 5 to 10 minute walk and your on the beach. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious and well maintained and equipped. The bathroom was huge and I liked that there was also a bath. Helpful concierge. Plus points: The full kitchen is really full - there's all the kitchen utensils needed if you are interested in turning out a full meal. Very good accommodation, very clean, spacious, and easy. Great location (10 mins from the city beach), and very close to good restaurants (similar walking distance). Only drawbacks - limited parking, key-card system a bit faulty, and doors a little loud to close (particularly from a night-time perspective).
