3 min walk to darling harbour and town hall station. Good location. Rooms very poorly cleaned there was makeup all over the bathroom vanity. Staff were very friendly and check in / was easy. The queen bed was near terrible, a huge lump in the middle. I know the place was cheap but I really would have expected a little better. Bedding / sheets are poor also

Good value for money, the hotel provided all the required amenities, being an apartment hotel - there was a kitchen and good sitting area - very spacious and well appointed rooms. It was a bit noisy in the night probably due to the street facing room.

For anyone who is going to use parking note a lot of the spaces are being obviously used by cleaning to put all their cleaning supplies. There also beds and tables in parking spaces. It is also very tight for anyone who drives a normal sized car. If you are driving a small car you should have issues. I note the following day there was a sign put up saying the parking was full. The apartments are very clean and had no issues with the apartment itself but for a first impression management really s... Read more

I've stayed here in July 2014 and it was the corner apartment it was a great size. And just recently on 1/6/2016 it was mid week and paid $230 (on special) the size of the room was average, the room was a standard size, the bathroom needed a renovation, just a simple shower with a curtain and no under sink cupboard. Very comfortable queen bed and functional, clean tiled bathroom. Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Over the years we have stayed here four times. Great location but while prices have gone up as if it were a four star hotel the rooms have gotten worse. The room was an apartment with full kitchen but we were told we could not use it or the smoke alarm would go off. The room was spacious and clean but the bathroom was a huge disappointment. Bought a Groupon deal and stayed in a premier room with my sister. It would definitely be big enough for three people. The rooms are a little dated and bland, but you don't go to Sydney to sit in your hotel! The hotel is in a great location for cockle bay wharf and for centre point and getting to a train station. Bed wasn't too bad, firm, but I've definitely slept on a lot worst. One thing to add the shower in the premier room was probably one of the best showers I've ever had at a hotel! Not ... Read more

I recently spent 6 nights at this hotel and must admit to being a little concerned after reading some of the reports on here. I can only speak as I find and my room was clean, spacious, comfortable. Well equiped kitchenette, laundry, spa bath..... Good sized tv's in the lounge area and the bedroom, excellent reception. The hotel is older - it's not perfect, but the imperfections were minor - a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom, a power point that didn't work nothing that actually caused an... Read more

It had a quite workable, albeit small, gym and a decent pool with dry sauna. The best part was the spacious size of my one bedroom apartment, which was surprisingly large and quite comfortable. The hotel was better then we expected after reading the reviews. Great value for money and perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. The only downfall was the extra tiny balcony, that was about shoe width. It is a little out dated but that's to be expected for the price. Obviously spend more if you want a 5 star hotel. Check in was quick, the view was disappointing as we got a covered construction site wall so it was also noisy. Room was okay but needs work but atleast the bed was comfortable and the room clean. Be aware of the underground car park it is terrible very tight corners and if you don't find a spot it is almost impossible to turn around so you end up trying to reverse back up the floors navigating the tight turns.

However, when I let the front desk know they immediately provided a space heater and extra blankets. After tha... Read more

This hotel is within easy walking distance to Darling Harbour, Town Hall train station and the central shopping hub of Sydney. It has spacious 1bedroom units with all amenities that are required for a comfortable stay. Each unit has a kitchenette, a lounge area and a bedroom that can be closed off and a good sized bathroom. Each unit is serviced daily and the staff are very polite and well-mannered. A reasonably priced hotel that is comparable with others in the area and easily accessible.

We had 2 seperate nights at this hotel. First night we arrived off a flight at about 5pm and we had a function at 6pm so we had to hurry and check in. The check in guy asked for my voucher, i said is this it, it was conformation from the hotel of our booking. He said no I need the voucher from Groupon. I was trying to find it and i was starting to stress at the time. They would not check us in until they had the voucher, they had our credit card which wasnt good enough they needed the vouche... I was booked into this serviced apartment from December'14 till March'15. Yet another place, another travel. Kinda gets you bored. This was definitely not on my list of places to stay in while in Sydney, however with very little acco towards Xmas, i had but no choice. I had to change my room perhaps 3 times in a span of 2 weeks majorly because of the quality of service, cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel apartment. The first one was a 1 bedroom tiny apartment with hardly any space. The ... Read more

We booked a room at short notice and was pleasantly surprised to discover a large comfortable one bedroom unit with full cooking facilities. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful in suggesting close-by restaurants as I have difficulty walking far. The price we paid was very reasonable for a city centre hotel and included a discount for breakfast in the adjoining cafe. We will certainly return when we next visit Sydney.

Apartment was good. Had a kitchenette and table and chairs. Bathroom small but okay. Their car parking was atrocious. 40 dollars a day and can only fit a small car. Our honda crv could hardly get around the bends. Easy to go head on to another car.

The rooms are clean, well presented and a pleasure to be in. Close to darling harbour, restaurants and shopping. No noise from the street on level 16, however you can be woken up at night if people are screaming in the corridors, otherwise quiet. The car park is a bit of a squeeze, but its good to know your car is safe. The staff were helpful, and obliging but they could communicate better and maybe smile and be a bit more welcoming to their clientele.

Room was ok price, and was fine for one night. Wont stay again. You get what you pay for. Bathroom shower was way too small, im 5'2 and thought it was small, my 6'4 partner had no chance. Plus there was mold right through the shower and there was obviously a leek as it had gone through to the bedroom. The air con didnt work and was freezing. The beds were so uncomfortable, with my partner and I looking forward to a good nights sleep away from our kids, we were very disappointed.

Great location and reservation desk staff good but hotel severely let down by very poor house keeping and maintenance. Its a shame because Seasons Plaza could be a fantastic hotel if the cleaning and maintenance of the whole hotel was done properly and maintained. I felt it was overpriced for the standard the hotel is in.

So glad I ended up booking the Seasons Harbour Plaza, location was fantastic just a short walk to Darling Harbour & city centre. One bedroom unit was spacious, full kitchen & bonus to have a washing machine & clothes drier. King size bed was so comfortable. Towels in bathroom were a bit old & small but still usable, rooms were serviced daily. Basement carpark was a bit scary not much room to move & can easily see why alot of cars gave left paint on walls but other than that was secure. Will defi... Read more

We stayed in room 1508 on the side of the hotel facing the construction. We were aware of construction before we booked. Many rooms do not have a view. We had a small bit of the harbour, but lack of view was not an issue for us. Room was best described as adequate. It was clean and comfortable. Came with kitchenette and washer dryer. We discovered on last day that dryer did not work well, but had no time to mention it to maintenance. But our clothes eventually dried! The construction noise occ... Read more

A hidden value for money accommodation. Two minutes away from Town Hall station and 5 minutes away from Darling Harbour. Rooms are spacious. Things to be considered: a) Extra fee for internet use, b) breakfast is not an option (but there is a discount in the corner shop) and c) the pool and/or spa might not meet the expectations

As said, fabulous location BUT ....... things like, had to keep windows shut due to the noise, couldn't sleep because the air conditioning "rumbles" and there was a 'draft" over the bed. But we DID have free internet ( just had to ask !) I'm not sure if we'd stay there again . Oh and as a "smoker' you have to go outside which I found tiresome. No, I wouldn't stay there again.

Great Location but thats where it ends. The rooms were tired and we had broken tiles in the bathroom and the shower was the worst ive experienced ever.....even the campground Ive been to were better than this. We did ask if there was anything they could do but the maintenance guy came and said it was the best they could do. We also had a leak from the kitchen sink which maintenance had to come and fix. We paid $381 per night which I thought was on the high side as we had to pay an extra $15... Read more

I will start off with a positive, it is a great location, and that is what you are paying for. The hotel is bearable although we did have a lot of issues. Our aircon did not work, the toilet was broken, the shower was dirty, the spa facilities were, and i'm sorry to say it, disgusting! We were not able to check in at 2pm, after complaining several times, they eventually found us a room that was ready. I was very disappointed with our stay here, bathroom had a leak so the floor was covered in puddles, dish washer had an error so it did not work, the plug was 1cm smaller then the plug hole, then room divider did not work or the wardrobe door and the noise at night was so loud neither of us could sleep. The whole place needed a good clean. As for maid service we only saw her once in a 3 night stay at 5pm on a Saturday night before I jumped the shower. As for the shower the water pressure was so ... Keiran at reception was Absolutely Fantastic. We arrived early (7:30am), he phoned us when our room was ready about 11:00am and allowed us to check in early. Which was very much appreciated.
