Location, staff and service was great at the Ibis World Square! Greeted by Tharini at reception with a beautiful smile and all the info needed for our stay. Room was great, clean with everything we needed. We had no negative experience whatsoever, breakfast was awesome with a late check out which helped make our short city stay for our anniversary feel very chilled and relaxed. Located close to lots of transport, great restaurants and plenty of shopping! Would definitely stay here again!

I only spent a night at this particular hotel, and I have to say that the time I spent there was very satisfying. The only issue I had was with the parking. I had to park my car at the world square shopping centre, but then had to carry all my luggage. It would've been different if I was taking public transport though.

not the best stay. Very noisy. 3 families of Asian decent on floor carrying on 1130 pm &5 am, yelling in and out of banging doors. It was terrible. complained to staff .moved to another floor slightly better. has Comfy beds, But thin walls can hear everything. Staff tried to be helpful. Note to management, you need to be strict on the noise. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and a lot have strict noise restrictions.

It's in a good location, but the walls are very thin. I could here the next room partying at night. Also, I was on the 17th floor (top floor) and the room was very cold. The temperature is controlled by the front desk, not in your room even though there is a thermostat in the room. I did like the security features that the hotel had.

I stayed there for three nights while in Sydney on business. It was located in a pretty convenient area in the city, within walking distance of Central Station and the CBD. The room was comfortable but very small and not therefore not that functional because there is no kitchenette, although there was a tiny fridge. I live in New York so I'm used to small matchbox sized rooms but my room was really small and barely enough for one person, let alone a couple. But on the plus side, it was clean,... Read more

Clean room with everything you need. Free Wi-Fi was good - I could even stay connected from the bar in the Civic Hotel next door. Very central, so quite a lot of road noise, but to be expected.
