Thank you again Crowne Plaza for giving us exactly what we wanted.. I stayed with my 2 children and stayed in a twin room. The beds are perfect for a family. On entering the room I ordered a harder pillow and that was promptly delivered. My son (12) loved the sleep spray at night, he thought it was such a good idea. We all enjoyed the spa and pool in the heatwave weather of last week. All the staff from reception, concierge and housekeeping were all extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Crow... Read more

Stayed for 4 nights and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and spacious with a good sized bathroom and a small balcony. It's a good location, right on the main road so easy to get a bus or tram or it's about a 25min walk upto surfers paradise.

We stay in surfers paradise regularly and we had a 2 night stay here over the Xmas.I booked a standard room however they gave us a superior room.We travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels that would be a lot cheaper than this one! For what we paid I couldn't get over how unclean the room was!!Dust and insects in corner of ceilings!!ive never seen a hotel room as dirty!Carpets not properly cleaned!Shower & hottub was dirty too! Also the room was damp. The beds were damp!I don't know what could of ... Staff were helpful and pleasant, I witnessed them going out of there way for a young family that was having issues with their small boy. Room was good and pool was enjoyable. Tv was old and hard to get channels but we were there to be in and around area so did not spend that much time in room

On our arrival the room had not been cleaned properly. Mens whiskers in the sink, dusty carpet and surfaces, blacony dirty, rubish behind curtain, shower moldy, toilet dirty, mirrors dirty. Not what i exected for the price. The hotel is very dated, close to Cavil Av and great public transport options but would not recoment this to anyone, A real let down after staying in many other Crowne's. We left a feedback card on departure and no feedback has been sent on the information we left.

Stayed in the Crowne Plaza for eight nights whilst visiting the Gold Coast. I found the hotel to be more for business clients ,with lots of different conventions going on during my stay. Also I found the hotel to be a bit isolated from Surfers Paradise centre with only a petrol station nearby for any necessities. Rooms were very large with fairly comfortable beds , but found the bathrooms were a bit dated. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Regards, Drew.

Enjoyed our spa bath in our bedroom, bed was very comfortable. The pool and heated spa outside was inviting, atmosphere and relaxation sitting outside was perfect. Breakfast was a variety of food and was presented with style. Overall an enjoyable stay.

This is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. The free bar of chocolate waiting for us when we arrived was a nice touch too! All the staff we met whilst there were really friendly and always did everything they could to help us when we needed them to. All the hotel facilities are well looked after and easy to use. We particularly enjoyed using the tennis court and gym. I can also recommend the hotel's restaurants. We had our even... Read more
