Really enjoyed staying at the Hilton surfers paradise. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Paid Internet very expensive. Should be free which I everything arranged. Rooms were comfortable and everything in excellent condition except stains on the couch and floor. I will stay there again.

Only overnighted and sadly checked in late and out early, view from 29th floor beautiful but didn't get to take advantage of any facilities due to the short stay. Whilst we needed to be right in the heart of Surfers this time, that also comes with a noise problem so if you are looking for a peaceful and serene property, this may not be it

We stayed for a weekend away. Whilst the location is perfect, right in the heart of Surfers and a stones throw away from the beach, we stayed on level 30 in the residences tower and it was SO noisy. The whole weekend we heard loud pumping nightclub music and people yelling out/partying. The rooms are stunning we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and well cared for. There were stains on the couches but I guess it can't be avoided it is a hotel afterall. We had breakfast which was $39 fo... Read more

Hated staying here . Was very noisy in the evenings . The apartment underneath constantly were partying till early hours. I surpose shouldn't really be surprised as it is situated in the centre of surfers paradise . We were on the 31st floor for 2 weeks . Hated so much we spent several days in the mount ville and noosa which was far better suited to us. More suited for under 30s age group Would never stay here again and certainly would not recommend

We stayed here for 2 nights & even though we did enjoy it, I would not necessarily say it was a great place. The room we stayed in had a king size bed but was quite small overall. Because of its close proximity to all the nightlife in Surfers Paradise, we were able to hear loud music till early hours of the morning from our room on the 6th floor. On a positive note, the breakfast menu was one of the better ones I have seen & the food was absolutely lovely.

I booked a room for three nights. Mother daughter holiday. I checked out one day early as it wasn't what it should have been. You are paying top dollar for the location only. It's very small room that needs too be cleaned thoroughly as food crumbs were left under & behind chairs. Finger prints on all furniture which obviously we're never wiped off. Although they are desperately trying to clean it up I wouldn't recommend staying in Surfers unless you really want to. The Hilton is fine, nothing special and a little underwhelming when you arrive. Reception staff were efficient and courteous (one gentleman in particular was very helpful). From what I could tell there was no valet, which I find odd so I could be wrong so its self park. Since the construction of the Hilton Hotel complex in Surfers Paradise we have booked multiple Hilton Residences (usually 2 bedroom) to accommodate those attending from our company as we have found it to be well located, very convenient (particularly now that the light rail is operational), good value and well equipped. Adequate but not much by way of luxuries - no bath robes etc. 'Ocean view' is pushing it a bit as you have to lean over the balcony to see the ocean but we were on a high floor & all views were lovely. Stayed for 4 nights in the King Guest Room. We were greeted and had our bags taken away before setting foot in the door! Excellent service all round couldn't fault the room (apart from a slightly confusing air con system and a bit of wind whistle from the window). Requested a higher level room and got level 14, which was nice. We were a little worried about the noise after reading some reviews but we had no issues at all - the room was nice and quiet. Was not impressed at all. There was 3 massive stains on the carpet, when we enquired about them we were advised they could be cleaned but would take a while? Should this not of been done in the first place? Breakfast was also very underwhelming, not worth the money, a 3 star hotel at best.

The table position was great and we could see the ocean and other high rise buildings .Champagne was very good. The 3 tiered display of food looked nice but the quality wasn't there. Sandwiches were ordinary. Scones were either defrosted or a day or two old. The other pastries were ordinary and my coffee was a capsule machine made cappucino. I would expect for the amount of money I paid to bring my family to this establishment that the staff would not use my toilet before I arrived to my room. More still, I would hope that they would flush away their mess and not leave a smell in the room. I would have also expected more than a cursory apology and perhaps some follow up to see how our stay was going and a room change, not just having my toilet cleaned.

Shabby worn upholstery, fridge was unplugged & apartment smelled & was musty. extraction fans were not working in any of the bathrooms, ran a bath which was little more than lukewarm. Not worth the 1200 dollars or the Hilton name. Air conditioner was patchy & not upto the humid weather The staff were friendly & service was v good. Very strange mix!

We booked at the Hilton for an anniversary weekend and despite booking a king room we were placed in a dark and gloomy room with a tiny window looking onto the building next door. The best window was from the bathroom! After speaking with front desk, we were moved to a balcony room for our second night. We could not have been more happier with the personalised service we received. The rooms are standard but the staff will go out of their way to help where possible.

If you want your room service to never arrive. Your shower to leak all over the floor which causes you to use all the towels to mop it up. Mind you we called 4 times over the weekend to have the towels replaced, they never were so we could not shower! The sheets were dirty on arrival and we asked 4 times to have them changed along with the towls and they never were. So disgusted with this hotel! We paid over $1000 to have a dirty apartment we could not shower in. The staff are not helpful at all... Read more

Ok, so the Hilton surfers paradise IS amazing, as far as a building goes, BUT: It's a very large hotel, with 2 towers and many many people staying there. Don't expect to feel at all special when staying there, as there will be hundreds of people checking in and out at any given time around you. There is no valet parking (work it out yourself!) Room service took nearly 2 hours to deliver an ice bucket... But, the view is amazing! The location is great... what more can I say ! I won't stay ther... Read more

Well this is the place to come to if you wanted to be treated like the dirt you left and the non existent entrance floor mat. I have never in my life stayed at a Gold Coast hotel that treated its customers with such disrespect. Upon entry I wasn't looked down upon, and treated as a third world citizen. Considering I had payed for a 2 bedroom apartment. Obviously customer service is not a priority, especially when greyed at the reflection desk with a, "yes?" On entry to the room it is made evi... Such a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the Gold Coast at Surfers Paradise. As Hilton Gold we were treated so well with a complimentary room upgrade and access to the executive lounge. Parking was very reasonable at $12 (or $16, can't remember) per night. The executive lounge served a wonderful continental breakfast, drinks and canapés in the evening. Lounge staff were outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The only tradeoff of our wonderful view was that it was above the str... Read more

Am a hilton honors member and tried to stay with them everytime in surfers. However, last visit is disappointing. 1. Online request for items were not fulfilled (I booked a king bed) 2. Even on Leve 7, extremely noisy at night to sleep 3. Complimentary wifi was not ready, need to call to sort out 4. Lift was out of order 5. Food store was closed from 1pm on a Friday? But the cheapest of it all, paid $30+ for breakfast and I had to pay additional $5 if I want a latte instead of the brewed coff... Read more

Being a HH member I thought things would have been better, but still had parking added and the internet could'nt be accessed from my room so being a HH member really gave me nothing but a few points maybe.

We were staying with our son and daughter and law and everyone just wanted to move in and never leave! We were on the 46th floor and the view was amazing. It was modern and comfortable and if we did move in, we wouldn't change much! Also in a very good location....walk to the supermarket, the shops, the restaurants and the beach!

As you would expect from Hilton this is a very nice modern hotel, the rooms were nicely decorated and big enough for 2 people with plenty of luggage, the bar area was a nice spot to sit and relax but a bit tricky to find at first, reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, great views of the beach, close by to plenty of restaurants etc, would definitely stay again

Blown away by the room, the view from the 7th floor, the amazing bathroom, gorgeous toiletries, the service, the parking, its proximity... just everything. Wow. Loved it. Will definitely make sure to come back.

Excellent location with short walk to beach and all kinds of shops/restaurants. Beautiful view of city skyline, beach and ocean. Breakfast included with gold Hilton Honors program was the best I've experienced at any Hilton property. 2-bedroom layout with full kitchen and living area in between. Laundry room in room was convenient for week long stay. No charge for parking in garage below hotel. Pool area is huge and well maintained. Fitness room needs some new equipment.

This review is purely for review of Hilton Ballroom with the Queensland Cancer Council Awards presentation. The Surfers Paradise Hilton is a relatively new 2 hi- rise establishment on the Gold Coast. Probably one of their 4 star hotels I think. However, the staff and organization for this day in the Hilton 1st floor ballroom was excellent. Car parking in large underground carpark was easy with good lift acess to reception enquiries first. All staff my friend and I encountered were pleasant and ... Read more

One of the WORST hotel experiences! I came to GC for a business trip and my wife and I paid $311 a night for a room on level 7 with a balcony that has ocean views. First impression is the lobby has tissue on floor, and chairs are badly stained. Outdoor swimming pool is dirty, some leafs floating and we can see craps at the bottom of the pool! We didn't get in. Then we went for the spa and got out of it after few minutes, because the water has very strong chemical smell. The color of the water ... Read more

Perfect for families. Very clean and tidy, great facilities, friendly staff, short walk to the mall. Only downside is the second bedroom isn't what I would call a bedroom (1 large sliding door separating it from the kitchen and another from the living area) which means resting in the room is impossible if the living, dining or kitchen areas are being used by others.

We tent camped most of this trip so this was our splurge, we couldn't beat the price. I booked online because it was $50 cheaper than at the desk. It had parking for $15 and that lasted us the night and all the next day. The internet was only free if you joined the Hilton club. The view was great we had a room on the 8th floor, it had a king bed, spa tub and separate shower. I was not a fan that there was no real door on the bathroom. It was a fogged glass sliding door so if you had to use the r... Read more
