Only stayed 2 nights but Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and absolutely the best part of my stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way when I needed help. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The staff were a little brief at check in and consequently we weren't told about the dinner special on offer. It would've been nice to know as we were tired after a long flight and would've enjoyed staying in house on our first night. Apart from that, the accomodation was clean and in a great location. The morning breakfast buffet had a nice selection. I did find it to be understaffed and I was left waiting for an egg for far too long. Despite these small issues, I would recommend staying at th... The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with from the moment we arrived. The hotel was impressive and the food was probably the highlight - it was delicious and exceeded any expectations (plus took special care for the special dietary needs within our group) I had for a conference. I'd stay again for sure!

It was my sisters 18th birthday during our stay, and when we checked in we found sparkling wine and chocolates in our room for her. On her actual Birthday, many staff made a point of wishing her a happy birthday, and the bar even made her a free cocktail. The room itself was gorgeous, and we could fault absolutely nothing. the view was amazing, and even with the heavy rain on our first day, the Spa made it a great day for staying inside. We stayed on level 21, and the balcony for our suite was ... Read more

It's obvious you have a business to run and shareholders to satisfy, however, once upon a time, staying in a nice hotel was all about the service you get, and how special they make feel...not any more, at least not at Mantra Legend Gold Coast, it's all about milking you for every dollar, with the service you get, to me there is no value for the money it cost.

no hassles - clean room - friendly staff. As this was a business trip I didn't need anything flash just a good clean room and a comfy bed. And the price was very reasonable. the view was beautiful from the 14th floor overlooking the beach and town.

Room not properly prepared, booked in for 3 people and only 2 towels, luggage not brought up as promised. Room very small and pokey, insufficient space for any more than 2 people (and that is at a squeeze). Room very noisy as you could hear everyone in the corridor outside the room. Mattresses should have been changed months ago and were very uncomfortable

The hotel location is great and easily accessible. I've stayed at level 10 and the view is beautiful, facing the sea. I've a Deluxe Twin Room with Ocean View... two double beds and is just nice for a family of 4(with 2 kids). The bed was so comfy that me and my family slept throughout the night. I have booked ard 2 months + in advance and paid for ard AUD675/5 nights. Is a very good deal.

We stayed here for 5 nights recently and were happy with the overall experience. The staff were very helpful and the lobby area was modern with views to the large heated swimming pool. Our Studio room had been updated and had great views being on the 18th floor. The bathroom was a bit dated however and would benefit from an update to match the room. We were able to book this room as part of a package which was great value and ideally located to the main holiday attractions within Surfers Paradis... Read more

Have stayed at this location numerous times. Room quality was excellent and spacious (Spa Suite). Had issue where foldout bed was not made up and had to contact reception. Food and services also great. Reception staff applied incorrect charges upon check out (to do with vehicle parking and hotel vehicle swiper). Got it rectified quickly enough though. On leaving the reception staff did not once enquire on how the stay was or make any small talk (was the only person in the reception area at... Read more

We stayed here on our annual holiday for a week. Unfortunately (and this is not the fault of the hotel), it is very popular with large tour groups, I mean like 120 room booking tour groups. These people are not considerate of others. Our main issue was large groups of people wandering the hallway at night until 1 am in the morning talking or shouting very loudly and going in and out of each other's rooms multiple times sharing food. In 10 minutes there probably 15 in and outs with loud door clos... Read more

Hotel is very close to the light rail station. Arrived early while room is not ready but staff happily kept and store our luggage. Located in a quiet area but very Close to the beach and shopping centre. Staff called our mobile when room was ready and they even delivered our luggage to the room. We were on a high floor with ocean views as requested. Love the stay. Room clean, nice facility like gym, pool, restaurant and cafe. Would definitely come back again.

Our room did not smell nice at all. I was disappointed that the toiletries were not new. Only one tube still had the silver top in place. The other tubes were either half used or empty. This was very unhygienic and not what I would expect when charged $197 for the night (with breakfast)

Got a deal through booking.com to stay here over the weekend which was more the half price of other units for this weekend. Would deffinately stay here again. Only negative about the propert is the parking It is $19 a night to park your car.

We stayed on the 14th floor looking out to the hinterland. The floor to ceiling windows gave a nice view. It's an old building that has been partially renovated, the main room and kitchenette were quite nice, but the bathroom really lets it down...so old and has some mildew in the grout...seriously needs to be renovated. I was pleasantly surprised in the freshness on the seafood and the quality of the oysters, crabs and prawns. They were in such demand by other Diners, that the staff were constantly replenishing the service area. They also offered a great deal for a Wine Buffett which we took up.
