First I must praise the staff who mostly were friendly and efficient. This was our second stay at this resort, we were here last time before it was taken over. The resort has a good location especially if like us you enjoy walking as its on the edge of the national park with some lovely walks, even the one into town is pleasant if a bit hilly. Our main issue this time was the noise, our first room was opposite the loading bay and a nightmare to stay in with constant engine, reversing horns and g... Read more

Amazing hotel for our honeymoon, the room was huge and very clean. The balcony was also a good size and the room had a washer and dryer which is a massive bonus when you have been travelling around and are in need of some things freshening up! Would highly recommend, the surroundings are so tranquil and the staff super friendly.

Peppers Noosa is an interesting review because the place is big with 190 rooms spread out over a large property. We had a 3 bedroom setup within a hop, step and jump from the resort main. The rooms we had were excellent, very well appointed with room to swing a very large cat with sizable bathrooms. Each room was the size of a small house basically! Great laundry, study and 2 outdoor areas. The bed was super comfortable with great furnishings. The living area was massive with everything we ne... Read more

Customer service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Amenities: 5/5 Price: (not sure as frequent flyers paid for it) We just got back from our trip to Noosa and stayed at peppers resort. It definitely is like a resort, when we first got there we went and laid by the pool, took advantage of the pool bar and food. There is not one hotel I've visited in Australia that lets you have food and drinks in the Pool area so this was great for us. There is a little rock pool for the kids it was nice ... Read more

This modern resort is only 500m to the main street of Noosa (south end). Resort features include a restaurant and bar, a spa, and a heated pool with a gorgeous view. Their web site mentions other features including a theatrette and games room, though we didn't visit those. We took a last minute deal after a business meeting ran late and were pleased to accept a one bedroom suite and breakfast for $229 which was excellent value indeed. The one bedroom suite included a basic kitchen with ever... Read more

I asked my travel agent to recommend a number of hotels that my wife and I could stay overnight. After reviewing the selection we choose Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas. We were right in our choice and the experience we had would support a return stay for a longer period. This will give us a greater opportunity to further explore Noosa and its surroundings. We would recommend this hotel for a long or short stay.

Great place to stay. Were disappointed that the lagoon pool heating had broken down and didn't seem to be fixed during our 8 night stay. Especially given we selected this resort because of the pools compared to alternatives accommodation options. Location good, service fantastic. Buffet breakfast a definite hit with the kids.

We loved our stay. It was very relaxing. The 3 bedroom penthouse worked well for our family of 6. There were lots of different areas for the kids to do their thing, and the pool was heated to the point where they could enjoy swimming even in winter.

The staff were warm and friendly. The apartment was generally comfortable, with good heating and wifi access. There were some quibbles with the room: the master bathroom layout was a bit weird; there was some dust on the walls when we got there; the entry door was a bit stuck. I found the pillows too soft! Access to Hastings Street was good and on site parking was easy.

The resort is lovely, and room clean however staff were not friendly during a conversation about late checkout and were not accommodating about this despite paying in excess of $200 a night. The room was nice and clean however was ver noisy at night with cars driving past reception, and in the car park below along with people noise and what sounded like generators going throughout the night which did not make for a good sleep.

Having had exceptional stays at other Peppers resorts, we chose Noosa for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The website indicated views of the beach and plenty of sunshine, but it felt like we were staying in a housing estate (view of a raised garden in a gully). For that reason, although quality was high, it was not the beach experience we were after. Food and service was 10/10 however, amazing meals served with a smile. In our research, we found the recently opened eco-friendly Peppers Resort, which is a short walk to Hastings Street (National Park walkway end). Walking distance to Hastings Street, the main beach and the national park - you will get plenty of exercise. Breakfast was really good with so much to choose from and e also enjoyed the live music with happy hour as the sun went down.

Spent two nights here after 6 nights on the Gold Coast. For a 5 star resort, this was a real disappointment. Firstly it was a total mission to find, no where on their website did it say they have a night and day time entrance! They are 5 minutes drive from each other with no sign posting! Room was nice and clean, however there was a welcome note to Bruce left on the bench (not our name) hoping we enjoy our stay! As soon as i walked in the door at reception the staff were very warm and welcoming and were helpful in showing me the amenities that peppers had to offer. I stayed the night at peppers for my partners birthday so ending our night at the restaurant after drinks at the bar was perfect. My first time in Noosa and i would be back at peppers in a heartbeat. Thank you for the experience.

Set off Hastings St, above the village, with views out to the ocean. It's a bigger resort than it looked, but still quiet. One of the better rooms that I've stayed in, well set out, with modern look and appointments. Only issue we had was slow service at the bar one evening - perhaps understaffed over the happy hour. Although this property is located just off the main street. It lacked the standard of other Peppers Resorts. The restaurant, bar area (happy hour) and pool area are fantastic. However, the rooms were less than average. Our room was directly opposite the reception, so was very noisy with trucks and buses and cars coming and going. Also, if you wanted to have the blinds up and let sunlight into the room, there was no privacy as everyone walking to and from reception could see into your room. The b... Read more

From the moment you arrive to the private scheduled resort in a picturesque setting amongst the native bush of the national parkland, It is absolute luxury. The resort is finished immaculately, the apartment had a very modern decor and a very high standard of sheikh design. An gem in the crown that is Noosa and a must stay for anyone considering this destination.

We again enjoyed our stay at Peppers Resort, Noosa. We were impressed with our room and the service of the house-keeping staff and with the assistance and friendliness of the staff at breakfast and dinner in the View Restaurant. In particular, Mary was very welcoming at the breakfast sessions and Robert, Anneliese and Ross also provided great service.

This was a business trip. I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which is really a 2 storey apartment amongst other apartments. The rooms had everything one would need for a self contained longer stay (kitchen, laundry, esprsso machine!) I was pleased with the excellent quality of the resort, so close to everything. My only beef (minor) was the walls were rather thin. Being an early to bed early to rise sort of person, I needed ear plugs to stop listening to the dinner party conversations next door.

From check in it was clear you were just a number. The room was on level 2 then once you open the expected door to the room you then opened another and had to carry your bags down 2 levels of stairs. Subterranean!!! I tripped twice on the door step during our brief stay as it was not made safe or obvious there was a slight step into the room. The pool was small, and noisy with young kids. I would not stay here again.
