We only needed somewhere to stay for a night and they made changes so our rooms could be adjoining which was good. Rooms were clean and well presented - not a lot of extra room but only to sleep so that was ok. Car parks outside were VERY small though - ridiculously small...

If you book through another site make sure you take your confirmation email especially if it says free wifi and parking. My checkin was very "unfriendly " and I was made to feel like I was in the wrong when she tried to charge me for parking (free wifi equates to 600mb per person). In fact the checkin was the worst I have experienced. Hotel in good location easy to walk everywhere (to shops attractions and eats). Room very small and housekeeping very slack (no spare loo rolls) beds made quite sl... Read more

Comfortable and clean accomodation in the Hobart CBD, room was clean and comfortable enough for three of us and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is ideal being right in the CBD within an easy walk of the wharves and bus interchange with all the shopping you need right outside the door.

Very central hotel good for a stop over while travelling. Basic room comfy bed. Friendly staff and good pricing. Car park out the back. Pity the shower was so tiny and low over the bath and only one flannel provided for us two otherwise we were happy. Laundry facilities available.

dirty unkept hotel, it is handy but if I had a choice would never go back, staff were nice and after we complained upgraded us to another room level up which had been updated and had a new bathroom which was heaps nicer and cleaner.

Not a friendly greeting. Here is the card. Breakfast at ground level open from 7:00 to 10:00 am. Done. Out of the lift on level 2, the stench of cold cigarette smoke reminds us that there are still rooms where you can smoke. It's either that or, if they've been banned, then the rooms were never re-painted or thoroughly cleaned enough to get rid of the smell... The room is simple to the definition: One double bed, two singles. No chair in front of the desk. No booklet to explain what is going on ... Read more

The room was clean but very old and outdated. The ac was old and broken and the walls and ceiling haven't been painted for 20 years. The staff were very friendly and the location is perfect. My biggest complaint is the cost, very expensive especially over the Christmas period. Definitely not value for money

As an hotel typical of a international chain the standards are pretty average. The cleaning was not spectacular but acceptable. More attention should be given, though. The bed / mattress and bedding in general are good. Has basic amenities. Is very comfortable and with air-con. But there is not exactly a great experience to it. Decor is stuck in the last century. The hotel has a very good location and offers free parking, which is always a plus in the centre of Hobart.

We stayed here 2 nights. $145.00 p/n, didn't include breakfast. Was close distance to lots. Comfortable enough, although showers 'squealed'. Not only ours as we could hear others when in use. Staff were friendly, wouldn't stay here again.

"Quality" should not be a part of this hotel's name as that was precisely what the hotel lacked. While the first impression of the hotel seemed decent, time soon proved otherwise. The daily room service was a poor attempt with the room still remaining dirty. Towels were also left unchanged despite being left on the floor, which is the common hotel practice to indicate the request for new, clean towels. Moreover, after a shower, the bathroom would always produce a loud, high-pitched squeaking ... Read more
