Very central location, close to Good range of eateries - price & style. Self parking, as always at a downtown hotel was expensive but conveniently located within the hotel. Friendly greeting on check in & out with no queues. Nicely appointed, modern room with good quality wifi

We recently stayed in a Studio room and found it very quiet and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Nearby are lots of restaurants and it is only a couple of blocks to the Myer Centre and Cinemas.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms, clean, well appointed. Lovely big comfortable beds. Despite the location, there was no city noise to keep us awake at night. There is a taxi rank on the opposite corner so always easy to get a taxi when needed. Couldn't fault our stay. Will return there next time we are in Brisbane.

Excellent location close to queen st mall and central station. Quality interior finish providing amazing comfort for long weekend in Brisbane. Staff were friendly and helpful providing room upgrade and drink voucher. Free apples in reception area was a nice healthy touch. Very happy with Sebel Brisbane and would definitely stay again.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a Mothers Day treat, the room was very nice, a one bedroom apartment, tastefully decorated, with a small kitchenette. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the sofa bed to pull out for my daughter to sleep on. We are silver members of the Accor loyalty program, and we're really grateful for the complimentary drinks, and we were also able to check in early, love that! The Sebel is in a very good spot in Brisbane. The staff are very friendly and the service good. The apartment was neat and clean. Just little things let it down. Old scruffy couch, no outdoor seats/table but had a nice Balcony to sit on if they were supplied. Bathroom was tiny. Rubbish bin not emptied over our 3 day stay. The Carpark has big accessible bays and this was very good. Although we had a package with "Valet Parking", there was no such a thing.

Located with a comfortable of walk of most attractions in the city. The hotel is an all suits affair. Arrival and registering are simple with on site car parking if you need it. The rooms (suites) are quite well appointed although the bathroom while manageable is a bit awkward. The property is a simple walk from the Brisbane River, Eagle St pier restaurants, Queen St mall shopping and only minutes from the infamous Fortitude Valley and the many other eateries in and around the city.

I was very disappointed when I entered the 1 bedroom suite that I had booked for a 3 night stay. Drab, grey colour scheme, with uncomfortable furniture (my friend commented it looked like it had been picked up from street recycling) not at all what I wanted to curl up on with a glass of wine to chat with my friends. If it were not for the sensational first class service and efficient & friendly staff, this would be a 3 star review. I would suggest this Hotel has been decorated with the corpor... Read more

I regularly stay here and enjoy the atmosphere here at this not too large hotel. The location is great for shops and bars with lots fairly close by. The restaurant is a little limited with its choice but they are happy to adapt an order and when you receive it is of high standard. In previous visits I like the food on offer for the breakfasts, had to miss today due to an early flight. I look forward to my next visit as this is my hotel of choice when in Brisbane.

My husband and I and our two young children stayed at The Sebel Brisbane for 2 nights in a one bedroom with a fold out sofa bed. We were upgraded to the top floor and a better room which was a nice surprise. All the staff we encountered at front reception at check in, room service, restaurant staff and check out were very accommodating and even helped us out with cooking our pizza's in the chef's oven, which was again a lovely gesture. The room was tidy, clean and quite roomy. The hotel is c... Read more

We rang the Sebel Brisbane at 8pm on a Tuesday night after needing to leave another hotel due to inaccessibility issues. They were able to immediately make available an accessible room but also made sure that the restaurant and other facilities were available as required. Staying here is always a good experience. Many thanks to Cassie in the restaurant for her friendliness and help. It rescued a potentially disastrous business trip.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with our 10 year old to visit the Winter Festival. Great location, walking distance to everything, including Queen street mall. Parking was easy, and our apartment was on the 20th floor with great views. Immaculately clean, with the sofa bed already made up for our son, which he loved. We had everything we needed in our compact apartment. The check in staff were great, and we had breakfast and drinks in the hotel restaurant, which was also good. Great h... Read more

Nice clean, neat and tidy hotel. would recommend this for business travellers and those looking for a hotel close to everything in the city. The breakfast was good, however the waitress seemed a little rushed on Saturday morning and did not understand my order of bacon and eggs. Forgot the bacon. No issue as the full buffet breakfast more than compensated.

Our family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. We arrived early and were able to check in to our room straight away. The location is great, walking distance to sights/shops/cafes. All the staff we met were polite and professional. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the cleanliness. There was a thick layer of dust on the back and armrests of the sofa, although this was easily rectified by housekeeping. Great service. We have already booked our next stay.

Having visited numerous times in business and conference visits I can honestly say the Sebel is one of the best places in central Brisbane that ticks almost all the boxes. The rooms are well appointed, spacious and looked after and the bedding is great. Great gym and pool area. Only issue I have is the low ceiling in the bathroom due to the risen height of the bath/shower in 1. It is difficult for a 6ft2 guy like me to have a great shower. Other than that I wouldn't hesitate to book again... Read more

I stayed at the Sebel a number of times in its old location across from King George Square and always really enjoyed it. This time it wasn't as enjoyable however the location is still great and the service excellent. I was provided with free wifi as well which was a plus. The wifi was really fast. The biggest con was the pool, there was no spa attached and no heating, which didn't make it much fun considering it was raining. Beautiful and very comfortable room. Incredibly spacious with all of the facilities you'd need. I did however experience two minor frustrations. The first is that the wifi is unreasonably expensive - it's my opinion as a traveller that free wifi should basically just be a given at any high quality property such as The Sebel. Similar properties of that quality around the world offer free wifi, so it just makes the hotel look old-fashioned and dated to not offer it. It's also frustrating as a trav... Read more

I had a 3D/2N stopover in Brisbane and am thankful for a friend's recommendation to stay at The Sebel. Its central location in the heart of the city is great for DIY travellers. What I liked best was having the shops, cafes and bars at my doorsteps, and being able to walk to the Botanic Gardens, Casino and the pier where I could reach the South Bank for a ride on The Wheel. We had reason to stay here on a recent business trip. It is close to QUT which is why we chose it. Our first impressions were good as the foyer is small but cosy. The room was huge, apartment style with a kitchen, separate bedroom and lounge area. It also had a balcony with views over the city, a dining area and an office desk. Hotel was good, although they were undergoing restaurant renovations so breakfast was served in a meeting room, and there was no bar - although you could ring for drinks, it lacked any atmosphere. The hotel is in a good location, close to most attractions and main shopping area. The one bedroom apartment with balcony was comortable. The main reasons for the average rating was the housekeeping service ( down on staff numbers so room not cleaned for a day and reception not all that interested when informed of the situation) and no seating available to use on the balcony. Why have a balcony if you can't take advantage of it. Bed was uncomfortable. Would not stay there again.

Very helpful staff; swift check-in and check-out; nice large room as expected and well appointed. All room facilities worked well and the small kitchen was most useful. [Had to ring for a glass of wine and wait for delivery to one's room]. Would stay here again.
